    ***Please be kind y'all. We're all frustrated, but dont take it out on others....leave your crap at home and do your job. Be professional...**** I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this location. I am an older person with visual impairments, I don't like to disclose because I'm able to do things ...just takes more effort but I dont mind because I pride myself in being able to get things done. I do ask for help when I actually need it. I needed help in this situation but I was shut down and turned away. I called USPS with a tracking number, the phone automated said my package was at this location, I thought it was weird too. I called twice to make extra sure. I arrived at 10:45 am... The door had a paper saying they'll be back in 15 minutes, I waited. The lady in the front was EXTREMELY RUDE. WITH OUT looking up my tracking number she told me I was in the wrong post office, didn't tell me where to go and CLAIMING I was in the wrong post office. I tried to explain how I was given this address by USPS automated service which I called, and I was YELLED at to "SHOW ME THE APPLICATION WHERE DOES IT TELL YOU THAT"....I felt so unheard and not seen. Please, if you work for customer service. Please do that. you're there to help. If you don't like your job, then get a new one. What could have been done differently: looked up my tracking number, told me where to go, said sorry for the inconvenience ( pretty generic thing to say in customer service).....the end. no attitude, no shaming and making people feel like they're dumb cus you think you know they are in the wrong place. etc etc etc. Please be kind y'all. We're all frustrated, but don't take it out on others....leave your crap at home and do your job. Be professional.

    The experience with them was a nightmare. I had mailed a paper that was really important to Mexico and I paid $75.50 12/13/21. To this day I have no idea where the paper is, I made a report and they sent me to the post office of Bell Gardens CA they told me that they couldn't do anything and too call FedEx. FedEx told me that they couldn't help me and that issue was for the post office and the post office told me it was an issue of FedEx. Nobody wants to give me a refund for my money and nobody wants to help, and they discriminate me and nobody is helping me. I have all of the documents that they gave me.

    Usually when I post a negative review I expect a generic and insincere response from the business…read more Most of the time their response is just a facade so to show those reading the reviews that they care and will learn from the experience I order to improve their company...the business usually does nothing to change for the better. After my initial post, JB hunt management quickly reached out to me via yelp. I didn't have time to respond nor was I interested in any back and forth on yelp, so I left their response on the back burner of my to do list. Surprisingly, 30 minutes after my post I received a phone call from JB hunt regional supervisor. I was truly caught of guard, he wasn't defensive, abrasive, or vindictive; he was the exact opposite, professional, apologetic, and sincere. He explained to me that they had already corrected the situation and held those specific installers accountable and responsible for their terrible service, he expressed how he appreciated the feedback, that he would personally come to my home to supervise the delivery of my new washer and dryer, and to personally take ownership of the terrible service I received. His willingness to drive from LA to orange county on a rainy day just to make sure his install/delivery team would give me top notch service was an amazing gesture! I'm impressed with the final delivery; my appliances were installed without any damage, attitude, or laziness. This team wore booties to protect the floor, they were interactive and asked questions on what I preferred, and they were careful to not damage walls or leave a mess, and they also went the extra mile, by trying to modify the washer tray so that the stands drawer can be opened. This delivery and install service was on par with my previous "white glove" service I have received from high end companies like Restoration Hardware, Wolf Appliances, West Elm etc. This service was exactly the service I was expecting on the initial delivery. With that being said, I felt assured and confident that future deliveries and installs from JB Hunt will be professional, respectful, pleasant, and possibly "white glove". They definitely set the bar high today with my awesome delivery and install experienceI. I look forward to doing more business with Best Buy or any other businesses which will be using JB Hunt as their delivery and installation providers. I truly appreciate the responsiveness of JB Hunt, their willingness to grow and improve from negative reviews or critiques, and their ability to be personable, transparent, and thoughtful.

    Carlos and Junior delivered my new Samsung TV! I bought it via Samsung but it was delivered…read morethrough Best Buy/JB Hunt. They called me and asked if they could come 1/2 hour earlier than delivery window and I was like yes please!!! I was so happy they came early, they were professional and I would highly recommend them!! Thank you for being so careful with my TV and being so respectful of my time. Thank you thank you. Super easy delivery.
