This was my first visit to this location, and I accompanied my sister, who needed to fax some papers. At first, the line looked dauntingly long, but I was impressed by how efficiently the staff handled it. The man assisting customers in line stood out for his kind and professional service. The team was incredibly quick and efficient, providing some of the best customer service I've experienced. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was an older man with salt-and-pepper hair and glasses, very friendly and approachable. She faxed 3 pages including a cover page, she paid like 3 bucks and change. I have been a loyal customer here for years, and unfortunately, my most recent visit was the worst experience I've ever had. I usually come in to print stickers for my business, and the manager along with most employees have always been helpful. Even when new staff members are still learning, they typically figure it out quickly, and my files (which I always bring in the same ready-to-print format) have never been an issue. This time, however, there was a miscommunication with a new employee that we both acknowledged was an equal misunderstanding. Another staff member, Gisselle, offered to step in and said, "I got it." When she returned, she insisted my format was incorrect. I explained I have been using the same format for years without issue. Instead of clarifying or asking for assistance, she became dismissive and unprofessional. When I requested a refund for the stickers, she rolled her eyes, threw the paper on the counter, and stated she would not deal with it before walking away. She later began loudly announcing corporate's number from across the room in a mocking way, and even started laughing and taunting me when I asked to speak with the manager (who was on break at the time). This type of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's hostile and unnecessary--especially coming from a long-time employee who should set an example. The other staff members quickly resolved the issue and confirmed my format was correct, which further proved that the situation could have been handled calmly and respectfully. Unfortunately, Gisselle's behavior made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. If patience and professionalism are not strengths, then front-line customer service may not be the best role for her. The manager did not apologize and simply repeated, "I know," which makes it seem like this is not the first time complaints about her behavior have been raised. For this reason, I feel compelled to share my experience so it receives the attention it deserves. While I would normally rate this store five stars for the great employees I've worked with over the years, this situation warrants one star so corporate can recognize how one person's negativity affects both customers and coworkers. read more

I didn't ask for expedited service but, It sure felt like it. Great value for the turnaround time. She even offered to laminate it! I had no idea UPS stores had that service! Ive done last minute printing, shipped a few items out of state with no problem, always friendly service, they also provide Notary services. Theres a gentleman with dark hair and a mustache I cannot remember his name at the moment but he helped me select the best size for my baby's first birthday invitations and they came out perfect, paper and size were just right. The store does close early 3pm on weekdays is early for most people that work. There is also never any parking in this location. Also, one of your female workers looked annoyed that she had to explain how I could print the label at the store. When like I said there's no instructions how to do it. I understand her because I believe many people like myself do not know how to print it and ask her. They charge $2.00 for the 1st page etc. Save yourself the headache of Amazon returns. This was the busiest UPS store I've ever seen in my life. I thought for sure it was going to be a zoo up here and I would catch a case due to arguing with one of the two employees.
