    Formerly a UPS store. They will accept packages with a prepaid label, but not with a QR code.

The packages arrive before 1:30pm and are all received in excellent condition, no damage. Packages and mail received are safe, there are no problems with potential mail thieves breaking into your mail box. Any negatives? The pick up hours on the DHL emails says they close at 4:30 PM but they were actually still open when I arrived at around 4:45 PM. The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. I read her my tracking number as she typed it into a tablet. She then checked my ID to verify and I was on my way with my package. The whole experience was very seamless and easy. DHL always requires signature so I think I will opt to have my packages delivered to this locker location more often. Service was impeccable and I would definitely come back for any postal services. Shipping prices/stamps are also very reasonable. I think they also do notary here which is a plus. This location has a small parking lot attached but it was pretty empty when I came. Overall, great service and would recommend!

    I just dropped by 10 minutes ago and had a really bad experience with the Asian male…read more Firstly, he was very rude when I first came up. I had a heavy item that I was returning with Amazon. The item was still in the box, but the tape was cut open with a box cutter. Other than that, the box and item are still intact. I eventually go up and I get the item scanned. He asks, "Is this the box?" I go yeah. He immediately starts going off in an accusatory stance, "I'm not gonna take this! I will not accept it like this!" I'm like uhhh what's going on. He just continues, "I'm not going to take this. You need to tape this or else I won't take it! If you want us to tape it, it'll be $5." I start getting snappy and go, "Okay. That's fine." He goes, "It's going to be $5." I then go, "Yeah, I don't care." I still had a few other items in the car too. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and irritating, because this guy did not have to speak to me in that tone. It was a simple mistake where you could've just said, oh I'm sorry, according to Amazon, for this specific item, the box needs to be fully taped before we can accept it. If you would like us to tape it, it'd be $5. Being kind wouldn't kill you. Honestly, you need to learn some manners. Corporate should give you training on customer service, because clearly you don't have any skills in that department. I live 3 minutes away and this was my usual go to UPS store too, but I won't be coming back.

I hesitate to return here every time but unfortunately it is the closest location to me. I will start rethinking coming back here since I've been helped by this lady more than 3 times and distinctly remember unpleasant experiences every single time. Today I thought about asking a different employee for help as soon as I got there but thought I'd give her a chance once more. I did not mind staying in line to be helped by another employee because it already looked like she was bothered when she had to come to the register and help people in line. I tried and gave her grace when she called me next up in line and was met with instant regret. Once again, her demeanor was unwelcoming and hostile. She does not seem like she wants to provide any sort of customer service and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her for showing up to the store. I've read other reviews about her as well and had the same experience when it came to being told to go to the kiosk and figure out my shipment on my own. There should be nothing wrong with customers wanting a live person's support over a computer, that's why I visit storefronts in the first place. I've hesitated to write reviews in the past but also noticed months-old reviews about the same person and the same experience and want to validate that this is still happening to this day. I'm not surprised at the low ratings this location receives, as evidenced by follow-up reviews that report USP's lack of effort and my continued negative experience here. It is important for customers to know about this ongoing problem at this store so they can make an informed decision about using and paying for their services. While all interactions with other employees have been pleasant and should not be discredited, the consistently negative experiences with the lady has ultimately overshadowed my views on this location.
