I had a very brief interaction with Stephanie this past week. At 2 pm on a Friday, I needed to submit a notarized form in order to complete a financial transaction with a deadline of 4 pm. If I didn't make that deadline, I would have to wait a week as the agent who needed the form was going on a 7 day vacation. I found Stephanie on Yelp, gave her call, and she was able to meet with me right away. By 3 pm, I had returned the completed and notarized form back to the agent and I was good to go. Stephanie was pleasant, professional, and accomodating. She was well-prepared and it took only 15 minutes to complete the notarization. In this day and age, if you're a walk-in or have last minute emergency appointment, you're are often treated with disdain, making it clear in no uncertain terms that your problem is not their problem. Not so with Stephanie. She greeted me with a smile and was very comforting in what was a pretty stressful situation for me. Thank you, Stephanie. I needed a form completed for my grandpa. Due to a deteriorating illness, it was hard for him to get out of the house. Trusty Yelp showed me a few mobile notaries in his area and I set out to get a few quotes. They all charged the same $10 per signature but the travel fee ranged anywhere from $5 to $80 even though they were all within the same city!! Stephanie was easily reached by phone and text, her travel fees were by far the best I've ever seen. She was prompt, friendly, and sooo affordable. What a great convenience to have a notary come to you and if you live around Monterey Park she ONLY charges $5 travel fee, you can't get better than that. Stephanie is extremely professional and knowledgeable, I asked if she can come to my house at 6:30pm and she was right on schedule. Fast, courteous, professional, and extra helpful. I had to get two documents notarize for my background check with Long Beach. I looked on yelp for the nearest notary service. I called another place in Monterey Park that I will not name but they made me go to straight voice mail and text me saying "Sorry busy call back later" I ended up calling them later and they wanted to charge me an additional five dollars to print out my two pages of black ink documents. I was having a hard time trying to get my printer working. It has a mind of its own. The only important time I need my printer, it decides to stop working. It was so frustrating for me to print out two pieces of paper. I decided to look else where because I felt that it was outrageous they would charge me five dollars for printing out two pages. I called Stephanie around 2pm and she answered while working her other job. If I had known she was working at her other job, I would have just text her. You can text her instead of doing it the old fashion way. She said she was working her other full time job and wouldn't be off until 5-6pm. She was very helpful and answered all my questions about my situation. She even helped me print out my two documents at no additional charge unlike that other place. I just emailed her the file and she text me to confirm which one I wanted to print out. Talk about accuracy and going the extra mile for her customers. We arranged a 7pm appointment because I think for anybody, once you get off of work you just want to kick off your shoes and relax a little bit. I met up at her place because it was only 10 mins away. She is mobile too, so if you don't have time to drive give her a call. Her place was super easy to find. She welcomed me in and was wearing a really cool Nightmare Before Christmas shirt. Her place was clean, had all her supplies in a neat portfolio and had the right pages printed out for me. She cleared and wipe down the table we were going to use to write on before I arrived and took care of everything. She answered all my dumb questions. All I needed was to bring my driver license, fill out a few lines, follow a few instructions and i made payment in cash. I was done in less than 15 mins. Overall, I was very happy and satisfied with Stephanie's help in notarizing my documents. I will definitely make another appointment with Stephanie if I ever need anything else notarize.
