I've been fortunate to have very positive experiences at this UPS store. The wait is typically short (I don't recall ever taking more than 5 mins here), the employees are friendly and efficient, and there is ample parking either on the street out front or in the public parking lot behind the building. If you live locally, I highly recommend dropping by this UPS for your shipping needs! read more

Great service over the phone and in person!! He saved me and my deadline! Thank you CHRIS !! read more

I love this ups store, they have the nicest and friendliest workers here. Parking is in the front and the back but they have a pretty good flow in here that you're never waiting too long. They also have a self serve kiosk that works on a variety of qr codes 9/10 times. I only go here to drop off and not for anything else but again the service here is the best. read more

This five star review is solely for ED. He is such a great professional employee in this branch. We've been here so many times for Amazon returns or shipped packages, but none like what we experienced today. This place would get 5 stars review if only everyone working there is doing their job like ED I hope the manager read this and Ed deserve a raise! read more

The folks here are super helpful. I called in prior and the phone was answered quickly and with a positive vibe. My situation? I had scheduled for an Amazon return set for another location but could I return elsewhere? "Yes, come in and we can help" Long story short, I came in and they helped me out. The clerk was super helpful and polite. Parking was available on the street, curb side. Quick and easy. read more

The UPS Store - Location - Shipping Centers Near Me - Alhambra, California

Is it possible to give 10 out of five stars? I wish! I'm not sure why this place has low ratings, as I'm looking at the reviews, it's barely 3 out of five stars. But on my visit here at 4 PM, I was able to find an easy street parking at the front and it was BUSY!!! But despite having four people in front of me, I got to the counter well under five minutes. Almost everyone at the location were chill or smiling; great vibes! The person who helped me was David, and other people before me that got help by him just absolutely loved him and seemed really thankful and I totally understood why. This guy is the MVP of customer empathy and super practical and rational, he literally will restore your faith in operations and humanity. I will refuse to go to any other UPS store or even mail service from here on out. read more

The UPS Store - Sending this oversized package was the bane of my existence. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Alhambra, California

This place is consistently the best. The staff is always personable and professional. Mr. Park was especially helpful with a notary request. Thanks! read more

My review from 2 weekend's ago Sunday kinda late with my review LOL. Favorite ups store ever. Everyone is so nice and respectful. 10/10 customer service. They literally helped me when I fell outside and even kept helping me even after closing. Even tho a rude old big lady came in cursing them out they responded in a professional manner. She even called me a Bitch for no reason but other than that amazing ups. Fantastic employees with amazing good attitude. read more

I don't prefer the parking BUT the staff is nice and they are quick and efficient. So 3 stars for the parking but 4 stars for the staff.

First time using their service. Went in the week day morning. I was amazed although it was busy they were fast, friendly and helpful. This will be my UPS store to for mailing and shipping needs. read more

I came in to ship a box for a refund. I didnt get a chance to write the address, but the staff member was kind enough to jot the information from my phone. He asked me for my phone number and they have my records from a previous UPS location ive shipped items out from. Thats cool! I also didnt have packaging tape, so I used painters tape. He also added extra tape on there so it would be secured. He said said that painters tape is better than scotch tape which he's seen from other guests. I know that if you dont have a box, its okay. They do and they can make a box to fit your item(s) and charge you with your shipment. I opted for the cheapest ground shipping because he said the same thing for air shipping was an additional $40. read more

I must say that the manager, David Park, is top notch. He is not only very knowledgeable, but friendly and gave me a veteran's discount, when he could have charged me more. read more

I love this one because the staff is really friendly patient and helpful! The biggest thing is that they are super efficient. Isaac helped me with a really large order of over 10 packages that required lots of different addresses and details per shipment and he was so patient assisting me and his customer service was wonderful. I will continue to frequent this location because of his kindness and generosity. read more

I always have a pleasant experience at this UPS. The staff are always so helpful and go above and beyond.

I stopped by to drop off a package. I don't have a box or a printed label. The employee said I can email them and they would print out the label for a fee. And I also paid for a shipping envelope. Friendly staff. Parking in the parking lot. read more

Service has always been great and staff has always been helpful if I missed anything or was new to certain returning/shipping methods. It's really just drop off and go. Park in front if street side parking is available or back structure lot. Can get busy due to the popular nearby restaurants. Hours are fitting for busy work schedules and they're open on weekends. read more

I love this location. David and his staff are always so pleasant. My favorite place to ship things out or return packages. Great customer service every time. Street parking available. I usually just double park if I'm doing a quick QR code return, but there's also a parking lot past Lunasia. read more

I cannot rate the service at this UPS store high enough! My daughter had about 30 things to return. David was knowledgeable, patient, and kind! He had recommendations to cut down on costs and explained things to help her make informed decisions! He spent well over half an hour helping and was kind throughout! He definitely went above and beyond and epitomized stellar customer service! read more

Can't say that staff was very helpful at this location, they saw me struggling with a large and heavy box and instead of helping out or even advising me to use a dolly, they just kind of looked at me and told me to put it on the counter to scan it then pointed at a stack of boxes on the other side of the store and told me "put it over there" terrible as the box was 90lbs. and marker HEAVY! I won't be going back to this Alhambra location. read more

I enjoy coming to this UPS Store. Although I do not live close by, what makes me come back to this particular UPS is the customer service. Personally, I feel that customer service is a huge plus when business is very competitive. In order to bring back the customer, the service makes the difference. Today's visit, I had the pleasure of being helped by Ed. This young man was very patient, his tone of voice was pleasant and his willingness to help me with three seperate transactions was phenomenal . Thank you Ed for your wonderful customer service. this was great service but parking was tricky. they are located in a plaza with parking but hard to find a 10-30 minute parking space during busy hours with neighboring restaurants that gets pretty packed read more

Closest UPS Store to home and it does the job. 4 stars!!!! Have dropped off Amazon returns countless times at this UPS Store, and have always felt that the staff is warm and inviting. Also, there's usually no wait or very minimal wait time since there's at least two staff members ready to help patrons. In addition, this UPS Store's location is pretty convenient since there's plenty of street parking right out front. It's located the same plaza as Lunasia, the popular Dim Sum restaurant, so if there is no street parking up front, there's plenty of parking available in the back. Pleasantly surprised that lately there has been no need to print and package Amazon returns. I simply needed to bring the item to the UPS store for my return and they take care of the packing slip and the packaging. Just be ready to show them your QR code which can be found in your return confirmation email from Amazon. Thank you Amazon and UPS Store for making an easy return process even easier and more convenient. read more

The service at this UPS store is amazing. Staff is very helpful & polite. The only downside is the parking .

I have been going here for the notary services for some time. Excellent service! I went today because I needed to help someone return some clothes to Amazon. I had no idea what I was doing. The staff that assisted me was very kind and understanding. Thank you! read more

Quick and efficient is this UPS. I like that it usually has parking available in front of the store but it can get busy at the end of the day as everyone's rushing in after work. There's plenty of free parking behind the store too. The line can build up but I'm usually in and out in a few minutes because of how quickly they take care of customers. I also found the notary service to be affordable and quick. It's one of the easiest way to get a document notarized in the area. read more

I always get fast and friendly service here when I need to make a shipment. One time I received instructions from another company to put 2 labels on one package because I was returning 2 items. I am grateful the UPS worker told me that wouldn't work instead of just sending it through. Another time they even accepted a package about a minute before closing! read more

I really enjoy the friendly and speedy service at this UPS store. Easy parking out front or a lot of parking in the rear parking structure. The staff here are exceptional and always have a smile and willing to help you. read more

I've had a box here for a decade. I always believed that box holders should not have to wait in long lines just to retrieve packages. Most walk in customers are doing transactions that require lots of help or explanation. Otherwise staff is friendly, professional and easy to work with. You lose a point making box holders wait ‍ read more

I know no one likes going to the UPS store, but sometimes it's nice to have a good experience. I was dropping off an Amazon return (which I normally do at Kohl's because I hate going to the UPS store), but they didn't have this option for this return, so I had to go to Kohl's. This was on my way to another location, so I decided to go in and drop off my return. The only good thing about this location is there is street parking in the front. I went in and talked to a youngish employee (I wished I got his name). It was Thursday late afternoon and no one was there. I did the return no problem, but when I asked him about a trash can to throw away my box (it was not that big). He told me that I had to take the box home and throw it away at home???? Aren't I at a UPS store??? It's not like I brought in a huge box. I was sort of confused and as I was walking out, I saw multiple trash cans (lol, I don't even know why I asked). I was just going to throw it away in their trash, but I realized the box had my address on it, so I just took it back with me. But, terrible service here. If you need to go to a UPS in Alhambra, go to the one on Valley. I went there the week before and super nice employees. If I ever need to go back to UPS around the area, definitely will not frequent this location. read more

The customer service girl at the counter, with the glasses, long black hair and heavy lipstick, , is the most condescending, rude, person I've encountered in quite some time. Was returning an Amazon package, very heavy box. She stands behind the counter as she sees me packaging the stuff and asks "is this an Amazon return, is it all one shipment" I respond. Then I start soft kicking it to the counter and she points out to the dolly on the other side of the store, mind you, it has a huge bag in front it and I had to move that around. I take to the box and she says "that's not by way a dolly works, you need to put the rack down" It was the tone and the attitude. I'm not there for training or to be seen with a judgy face. The other employee there seem very uncomfortable by everything, I can't tell by her face. If this happened while I was there I can only imagine what was said after I left. Never again stepping foot in there if she is behind the counter. I worked customer service for many years and that attitude would've gotten me fired. read more

These people are disgraceful pirates!! They tried to charge me for me picking up a package from them! The shipper sent it there and they wouldn't let me have it until I paid them an outrageous fee. The shipping was fully paid for, btw. They don't print this policy. They couldn't provide me a copy of this policy either. It took me a while to get through to UPS who said this was not necessary and not their policy. They took a complaint. read more
