Cole was great! Easy to reach. Spoke with him and business hours are 9am-5pm. But can accommodate hours outside of that with advance notice ($40). We just needed one signature so it was $15 for that. But we did run late to our appointment so a late fee was added but understandable. So sorry Cole for our late arrival! We had an early appointment so we parked easily on Colorado, not sure about other parking places. Note that payments are cash, Venmo or Zelle; but he does provide a receipt if requested. Would definitely use this notary again if needed, easy to make an appointment and great response times. read more

They processed it in one day with the Secretary of State, which was amazing. Plus, I needed to be at home for a Zoom call, and they were nice enough to come to my place to drop it off.
