Luckily, I made it just before their lunch break. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, personable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. She took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond when I was having trouble scanning and converting documents into a PDF. Instead of rushing me along, she patiently showed me exactly what to do and made sure I understood the process. The gentleman who took my fingerprints was also friendly and efficient, and together they made what could have been a stressful task incredibly easy. I had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store. There were three employees (young men) at the…read morefront desk when I came in. I already had my shipping label printed and ready to go, and my item was packed in a bag--I simply needed one or two pieces of tape to seal it. When I asked if they could tape it closed, I was told it would cost $1.50 for the tape. I politely asked if they could waive the charge since it was just a couple of small pieces of tape, but they declined and said they charge everyone the same. I ended up leaving and going to the UPS Store on Foothill near Ralphs, where they taped it for me at no charge without any hesitation. I understand businesses have policies, but this felt like poor customer service over something that would have taken just a few seconds. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like customer service wasn't a priority at this location and I will be telling my friends to avoid.

Best time to go is during regular business hours (I try to go during my lunch break). The staff is knowledgeable and will get you in and out with no issues. The parking lot is cramped and super awkward so if you can't find parking, parking on Locust St. (this store is in the shopping plaza that's on Lake Av. and Locust St.) and then walking over a bit is usually the move. 10/10 except for the subpar parking situation.

I asked where I was supposed to go then, because it said UPS, and she said "I don't know, read and figure it out." How rude!!! I showed her the code again and said it says UPS. She was wrong and didn't even apologize. I gave her back the clothes to return and now I'm worried she did all the returns wrong. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again.
