We needed electronic fingerprints sent to the FBI for an Australian working visa application. Staff were very helpful and got our prints off to the FBI quickly - we had results returned in about 8 hours. The company that manages the download of the security clearance for the FBI had problems with their software. Deborah, the company owner was super helpful in clearing this up. She helped communicate with the computer people on the US East Coast and spent close to an hour with us on the phone. With her help, we got it all sorted out and were able to submit our records to the Australian visa authorities. I have used this establishment for live scans for work for years, and this last time I went, a girl named Diamond or something similar really helped me out prior to my appointment. I was given a list of Live Scan services in my area that had the cost ranging between $27-$50! I live in La Canada and I know I probably could have gotten them done closer but I wanted to support a smaller business. This place is a gem: I was assisted by their manager, Diamond, and my experience couldn't have gone any smoother: very pleasant, professional, efficient. I've become wary of brick-and-mortar businesses lately because of declining customer service. You won't experience that here :) They offer a variety of services all in one spacious office, conveniently located on the corner of a thoroughfare, right across the street from the church. You need an appointment but I was able to get one with 30 minutes notice. I was in and out in 5 minutes for my livescan. The fee was only $25 in 2022, which is very fair and lower priced than most of Pasadena.
