I needed an affidavit notarized and called the number, not knowing what to expect, and didn't know what I needed. Ady is very professional and informative of the process. I told her we had pets and to let me know if I should put them away, she said "we love animals!" So far, so good. We scheduled dinner so that we'd be done right at 7:30. By 7:44, no one had showed up. I texted to ask if they were still coming, no response. It's now almost 8:30pm and they still haven't responded. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again. Notaries are a given (since it's part of the business name) but they also do fingerprinting for different purposes and agencies as well as I-9 verifications (for employment). The owner is pretty chill and always has an abundance of availability when you need to book a service. Very convenient with plenty of free parking right out front or in the parking lot just steps away. It's located right in between a beauty salon and an Armenian Market. And same complex as Mori's teppenyaki and Shamshiri (another 2 of my favorite restaurants!).
