I did a quick search, and I am so glad I found Ady at Mobile Notary Public. The whole process was so easy all thanks to him and will definitely recommend him to my network. I needed an affidavit notarized and called the number, not knowing what to expect, and didn't know what I needed. Ady is very professional and informative of the process. He explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew what to do, and what to bring to my appointment. I explained to him I am on a time crunch, and he was kind enough to accept me the very next day. We made an appointment to meet on the phone and he even took the time the next day to make sure I got to the location safe. The whole process was quick and easy, and it was all thanks to Ady. He is the person to go to for all notary services. He also does live scan, apostille, translations, recording, marriages, and courier service as well. If you're looking for a notary public, go to Ady. He will take care of you and is awesome to work with!

We texted around 8am with our details and requested "this evening at 7:30pm". and I was told I was "confirmed". I told her we had pets and to let me know if I should put them away, she said "we love animals!" So far, so good. We scheduled dinner so that we'd be done right at 7:30. By 7:44, no one had showed up. I texted to ask if they were still coming, no response. It's now almost 8:30pm and they still haven't responded. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again. I just can't rightly give this place a positive review, and would hate for others to get caught up in the mix of her scheduling woes. Need to warn people off of this company. I'm sorry Rachel... you kinda earned this one and I did give you a second chance.

The younger woman sounded distressed and seemed to be on the verge of tears. I suspected she was being fired. I felt very uncomfortable and thought about just putting the envelopes back and walking out. That younger girl deserved to be in a space out of publics ear where she could at least be given a small amount of respect. I hope these owners realize that they need to think about their practices... you could have had that conversation outside around the corner at least.
