I had an odd size item I had to mail, a broken MIDI keyboard I was shipping for repairs,. My first thought was to go to a brand store like Office Depot (I had to get my prepaid mailing label printed there as well), but all of their boxes were for moving. Driving home I see the sign outside this spot that says "We ship anything" and I decided to pull up and see what they could do. The very helpful woman at the front measured my item, walked in the back, found a box that would fit it, started wrapping it up carefully with bubble wrap. Bought two 21inch vinyl dolls from nearby auction. It took this place two weeks to pick up my dolls to pack and ship. 01-14-2026 bought dolls. 01-28-2026 picked up and packed. Was told first the shipping would be 104.00 I was like what ??? Thats ridiculous for two dolls that aren't breakable etc. I do shipping for ebay. So box was cut down and they said 65.85. No charge for shipping. Ok, paid them. Paypal no invoice broken down just the 65.85. Supposed to come 02-03-2026. Package is lost went to get refund from them and lady was so rude and giving all kinds of excuses not to refund me. Also I told her my post office said the label had 27.88 for the shipping that was paid so they lied to me about the cost. She eneded up hanging up on me wanting me to wait more time. I contacted the auction company to tell them what happened and they were extremely nice. I got my refund back from paypal and going to put one in for the cost of the dolls through usps. This place overcharges, lies, doesn't give an invoice with breakdown. Don't do business with them!!! Read all the reviews! I wish I had before I used their service! Extremely friendly staff! I had several architectural scans completed, and as always, the quality was excellent at a very reasonable price.

I had won some auction items that were supposed to be shipped through GSC, but the location did not respond to three email requests to provide me more information on the breakdown of costs associated with my invoice. I had to call twice during business hours before someone would pick up the phone. I was told "their system doesn't break down charges" by shipping vs. handling so she couldn't tell me why it cost so much to ship my box. Which seems weird, as a professional shipping center, since UPS does it. I've even worked with shipping companies in podunk towns that can do this. It should be easy to do if you aren't adding hidden costs. The person I was speaking to became belligerent and rude with me after I asked her how many bills she pays without knowing exactly what they are for. I asked to speak to the manager, to be informed that she is the manager. She then hung up on me after telling me she'll just send my items back to the auction house. Just a fair warning -- you'll probably be fine if you don't ask any questions about their fees. read more

I'm never one to post but this issue really left a bad taste from this place. This place is serious up to deceptive and fraudulent business practices. I have a virtual mailbox that I pay a monthly fee for through anytime mailbox. As part of this service, my plan includes (a specified amount of recycle and shred actions per month, before additional charges of $1 per action is applied). This place decide to start charging me fees and disregarding the plan I have in place.... Absolutely ignoring the agreement. Their response?....."Because we can. Take this up with Anytime Mailbox". Anytime mailbox comes back and says talk to the mailbox operator. I'm still fighting ridiculous issue, but to those interested in a virtual mailbox with this location.....pick somewhere else. I received a prompt reply from the store to my email to confirm my appointment. I auction a lot = All over the USA. I RARELY come across a shipping company like Glendale Shipping Center (GSC). The fact is most shippers and shipping companies suck, they just do not care. THIS IS NOT SO at GSC! Let me illustrate by recanting my experience: I won an auction and did not actually realize the shear amount that I had won. I bid on some 1990 TY Beanie Babies, each lot showed a picture of about 20, I won seven lots, but was not told that each lot was approximately 75-125 TY Beanie Babies. Yes, I won 750+ 1990 TY Beanie Babies. The auction house sent my Auction Winnings over to GSC and they called me and let me know just how MUCH I had actually won. Ashley worked with me like no other shipping company I have come across. I genuinely was impressed with everything, EVEN the communication was robust, on-time and continual! We ONLY want a Fair and Reasonable shipping company. I FOUND ONE! I just wish I could replicate the GSC all over the country. I am not sure how they train their people, but the difference is stark and wonderful! I would give it a zero stars. I came early this morning and a gentleman was very nice and said he could print the documents I needed. He told me to return in 30mins. I told him I'd be back in an hour. When I returned there was a lady and looked lost. I should have returned later but I needed these items. She printed out my documents and they were small. I told her I needed them Larger. She said it was the file, it was a file I purchased on Etsy that sent me the dimensions . She's like well I can try to resize in a larger paper -_-. No need to resize print it in the larger paper. On the small files she printed out that were wrong she had pay them... she kept saying it was the file! It was her!!!! Excellent customer service! I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD'VE DONE WITHOUT HEIKO!!!! The other person was very nice too. I had a specialty scanning/printing project that needed time and attention (scanning and copying blueprint schematics from the 1970's). The scanner machine is great quality. My project was over 100 pages of various sizes, the largest size being 22x34, although I think they can do even larger than that. He spent a couple of hours to make scans and then copies, making sure to keep everything in order. He was so nice and helpful!! Other printing places are so expensive, and don't even have good scanners! Glendale Shipping Center has a great scanner and printers, their prices are the absolute lowest, and they are the nicest. Really disappointed. Now I have to drive all the way to La Canada the FedEx main in Our area.
