Amazing beyond words!!! I had a final project due the next day and I needed someplace that was near me and had good quality booklets. I contacted Norma and she was such a delight to work with. She helped me a lot and was so sweet with me. She did everything I asked for (double sided, spiral holder, color print, etc.) and the quality was amazing. Price too was reasonable. My review was almost going to be a bad one but I am now a forever client. I had to print open house flyers and when I picked up my order I didn't pay attention and the back side was wrong. I picked up as they were about to close and Sunday they are closed so I would not be able to use the flyers. The owner called me and had them reprinted and delivered to me at my open house. Walking into this place, its not very organized. I was standing there for 10 minutes while the owner was trying to find my package in a pile full of other boxes. After 2 or 3 tries, she apologized that it took her so long because my name was blocked off by the taping of the package. First time was okay, second time I had a package at their print shop for over a week, being that I went out of town, I emailed them first and Cindy was nice enough to reply back within an hour or two of the email, but told me to call them the next morning. I called them, and the man speaking over the phone was sort of rude. I was telling him my name, and FOR ME its easier if I spell out my name, rather than say the whole thing, due to a slight speech problem I have, and he was constantly talking over me, telling me to say my name instead of spelling it out. And sometimes I would have to pause and he thought I wasn't on the line or I couldn't hear what he said. He should've been able to work with my phone call, whatever way it was said, I only hope UPS doesn't take my packages here anymore. Thanks but no thanks! read more

There a good place they have reasonable prices for good printing.. just stay away from the gentleman in the back he is not that Pleasant he seems like he is but looks are deceiving. They must be doing good business. A gentleman has no problem sending people to Home Depot to get there things printed up as he said to another customer. Business must be booming. Worst thing was that I had to stop there on the way to drop offs a business papers and forgot to have them printed up. I'm a recovering cancer patient. And needed some things printed up I didn't know that I was going to be harassed. Worst thing was I don't know what he did to my file that I sent him but it got destroyed by the man and I had to send it again which cost me about an hour of my time maybe even more which ended up costing me over $600 and he was the one complaining read more

The owner Cindy is an amazing business woman. I worked with her years ago to create our Salon & Spa logo which has served us well. I have worked with Cindy and Mark for about 2 years, and I can't sing this shop enough praise. I am a difficult customer -- I regularly send Cindy complicated, "heavy", multiple documents, multiple copies, just plain insane print jobs, and, every time, she delivers. I work in a legal field that is heavy on paper and last minute changes, and knowing that I have Cindy to help me when I need something printed whether in advance or ASAP saves me from having nervous breakdowns. She and I have also developed a great workflow for scanning large batches of documents (ranging in thousands of pages), and I feel like I am a part of the crew there. Also, C&M is a local hub for the residents that pick up their UPS packages (please don't get annoyed with Cindy and Mark if they can't find your package right away, they offer this service mostly because they care about their community, not because they make money on it, and when the shipments get delivered, they are dropped off by the driver in whatever random order, so they don't know what is where). Cindy and Mark are active in their community by action, and not just words. And they are just wonderful people that you would want at your Thanksgiving dinner table. I love local, privately-owned, honest operations, and I do all I can to support them. If you live/work in the area and you/your business are in need for printing/copying/scanning, go to C&M.
