I came on time and was told to come back later. Returned at around 6:30 and told it would be another 35 minutes. Came back 45 min later and told it would be about 10 more minutes. At this point it's me and my husband and our son waiting for another hour! now it's 8:45 and I'm finally signing and paying. He then tries to quote me $795!! But don't worry- he's gonna cut me a deal and make it $650. I reminded him of the quote which he denied and kept saying "you're a smart woman... you know what's happening". I told him I didn't go to H&R Block for first time in 10+ years and I know what the higher end cost of it looks like. Long story short he tried to charge me like $450 and I was completely over it. He tried to tell me to file a tax extension and go back to H&R Block if I like them. After 5 hours!!! Are you serious?! I gave him $460 in cash and told him I would NEVER return. I said I'm not the type of person to get mad like this but this is just wrong. This is my first ever yelp review good or bad. I'm just so disappointed and feel swindled.
