First time getting my passport photo taken somewhere other than cvs!…read more I had to get some China visa photos taken and given they had to be digital to upload, I checked cvs online and they charge extra for digital on top of the 16.99$ for two passport photos! This place advertised 16$ flat rate for passport/visa photos and digital is included and given I need 3 photos for 3 people done, this was the best value I could find. I called ahead to make an appointment and got a 9:30am Saturday, the lady was nice enough to be flexible as well and como date as early as 8:30am if needed. When we arrived around 9:20am, we saw they were closed! But around 9:30am, someone came and helped us out. The 3 different photos only took us 30min from take to print/email! Super quick. One thing I'd like to point out is that they know what photos the China visa processing will accept. And yes the photos were accepted and successfully uploaded! I have a son who cannot sit still or even let me take a photo by myself, the staff was super nice and patient! He was able to get great poses of my kid even though he was fussy. They accept credit cards and cash. Overall, super great experience and definitely recommend when you need pour photo done quick and done right. Check their website for accurate opening hours!

I tried and gave her grace when she called me next up in line and was met with instant regret. Once again, her demeanor was unwelcoming and hostile. She does not seem like she wants to provide any sort of customer service and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her for showing up to the store. I've read other reviews about her as well and had the same experience when it came to being told to go to the kiosk and figure out my shipment on my own. There should be nothing wrong with customers wanting a live person's support over a computer, that's why I visit storefronts in the first place. I've hesitated to write reviews in the past but also noticed months-old reviews about the same person and the same experience and want to validate that this is still happening to this day. I'm not surprised at the low ratings this location receives, as evidenced by follow-up reviews that report USP's lack of effort and my continued negative experience here. It is important for customers to know about this ongoing problem at this store so they can make an informed decision about using and paying for their services. While all interactions with other employees have been pleasant and should not be discredited, the consistently negative experiences with the lady has ultimately overshadowed my views on this location.
