Been using their services for the last 3 years and it has been excellent. If everything goes fine then it is good but as soon as you run into a problem they will make excuses not to reimburse you. Sent a package and had hundreds of dollars worth of medication missing and my family members were blamed for not inspecting the box first before hand. We trusted they would do the right thing given our history with them but nope so I would rather drive to Westminster to send things than use them again. read more

Vien Dong Cargo - Gifts sending to my family in Vietnam - Shipping Centers Near Me

They may not have the best price but they have the best service so far that I have experienced. I tried to ship a gallon bottle of spray to Vietnam. He did all the research to find out if it's ok to ship. He even help put an extra cardboard around it to prevent damage. Definitely going back to him next time I ship stuff to Vietnam again. read more

Idk how or what happens but their prices are really good. I've gotten many different quotes from surrounding businesses and for the size and weight of my shipment Vien Dong Cargo quoted me less than a third of the cost of others. My package arrived in two weeks as promised. I will definitely be back whenever I have to ship anything to VN. read more

I have used Vien Dong probably a dozen times over the past two years, and I have been very pleased with their service each time. I have had packages sent back and fourth from Vietnam. Each time, these were delivered without damage. True, once in awhile my packages get delayed and I can get a bit furious on the phone knowing that it's custom to blame but nevertheless, the staff there always manage to stay calm and courteous, trying to understand my frustration and kept me up to date. Their price is reasonable and they are absolutely trust worthy. Never once have I had an issue with their service. the people at the office have always been friendly and helpful. I will continue to use their services, because I have confidence in their ability to deliver my packages both quickly and securely. read more

When I travelled to VN, my husband sent some stuffs for me from LA. He saw this company when he was driving around the area, so he stopped by to ask for price and decided to ship with them. I couldn't recall the price, but I know it's not as cheap as those in OC. He shipped some fresh fruit with the hope that it would get to me in 7 days. Guess what? The package arrived Saigon after 12 days. I did look for phone numbers on Vietnamese website and call their office in SG after I tracked that the package had already arrived SG. They checked and said yes, they'd ship it to my place soon. I asked to have it ship with one of the bus companies (like Greyhound) in order to receive the package on the same day. But they refused, saying they only worked with VN Post (vietnam's postal company) for the shipments to areas outside SG. Or I could have someone who lived in SG to come and pick up the package and ship wherever I wanted on my own cost. And since I couldn't get anyone in SG to help me pick up package on that day, they shipped it to me via VN Post. My place is 130 miles away from Saigon, but it took them extra 2 days to ship. When I opened the package, all I had left was fluid and seeds from the fruit. Lol. Yelp! It was so funny that I need to laugh at myself. Anyways, in my opinion, or in good business practice, cargo companies always need to tell customers the best things to ship within certain time frame. Not just take the fresh produce, wrap them up for customers, then ship them without caring if it will arrive on time and everything is still intact or usable. The only thing I need to give them for credit was the follow-up phone call for feedback. Someone in SG actually called me to check if I was satisfied with the service. Of course I mentioned about the shipping time and fresh fruit situation, they said they'd look into it to improve the service in the future. So, I hope they are not going to send perishable stuffs for customers without warning anymore, and the best predicted shipping time is 2 weeks. read more

This place is very terrible. Sent package 1/24 and never get to my family. I know this company was involved in some illegal transport. They shipped their package with 850 brand new IPhone without permission. They got caught by Vietnamese police. That is why our package still get hold at the airport. Bottom line I am not recommend this place for anyone. We need to get all of the customer to make a claim against this business so we can get our money back or at least partial of what we have paid for all the goods. read more

Best service in the area! My family often send stuff to Vietnam and this is the best place with the lowest price. I cannot stress enough about how they treat their customers. Vien dong shipping in Westminster was suck. They got my box on 2/1/2015 but untill now my family didn't get it. Then I keep calling them to ask about my box, they were always so mean to answer and even didn't pick up the phone to let me know what going on with my stuff. Then I tried to call anh Vuong at Vien Dong Cargo in San Gabriel, and he's very nice to answer any question, let me know where my stuff is. He is so responsible with even that not his job. Even my family didnt get my stuff yet, Im still happy cause at least I got some information about my stuff. Thank you so much for your time again anh Vuong read more

FYI - my friend never received the package, so Vien Dong Cargo considered it is lost. They agreed to refund 40% of package value plus the shipping cost. The fact that they agreed to refund some of the package value, I gave them 2.5 (rounded up to 3) stars. Had they refunded the full value, then I would give them 4 stars. read more

I hoped that all of gifts will come to my family on time. However until now, more than 1 month passed, the package has been arrived yet. I already try to call them several times for find out what occur. But, all I heard is "few more days". That is not a irrational answer for the delaying.
