Lost my damn package. According to the customer helpline, my package, (that was supposed to be delivered to me on June 19th) stopped being scanned into their system after June 22nd. They have no idea where it is! I even paid $11.99 to have the date shifted to 23rd so I can wait ALL DAY on my day off to sign for it. Waited for 12 hours in my living room for the delivery. Nothing. Spent 12 hours on my day off waiting for this delivery. UPS, you've wasted my time, my money, and now I have to contact Apple to have them file a claim. read more

I just dropped by 10 minutes ago and had a really bad experience with the Asian male. Firstly, he was very rude when I first came up. I had a heavy item that I was returning with Amazon. The item was still in the box, but the tape was cut open with a box cutter. Other than that, the box and item are still intact. I eventually go up and I get the item scanned. He asks, "Is this the box?" I go yeah. He immediately starts going off in an accusatory stance, "I'm not gonna take this! I will not accept it like this!" I'm like uhhh what's going on. He just continues, "I'm not going to take this. You need to tape this or else I won't take it! If you want us to tape it, it'll be $5." I start getting snappy and go, "Okay. That's fine." He goes, "It's going to be $5." I then go, "Yeah, I don't care." I still had a few other items in the car too. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and irritating, because this guy did not have to speak to me in that tone. It was a simple mistake where you could've just said, oh I'm sorry, according to Amazon, for this specific item, the box needs to be fully taped before we can accept it. If you would like us to tape it, it'd be $5. Being kind wouldn't kill you. Honestly, you need to learn some manners. Corporate should give you training on customer service, because clearly you don't have any skills in that department. This store is absolutely terrible and not followed UPS.com pick up policy, when I tied to pick up package for my Mom, the Asian guy wearing glasses in charge was very rude refuse me to pick up the package because my last name not same as my Mom's last name, even if I my ID address exactly same as the shipping label address. What the heck? After I checked UPS.com found that's was totally wrong he didn't offer me Option 3 pick up rules: even the name not same but full drive license address same as on the label plus showed the tracking number, I still can pick up packages for family members! I should file a complaint to the HQ. Also if they followed by UPS.com rules why not print out the pick up rules at front desk or Notice in front of customer when pick up? I've been using this location regularly for my business, but this morning (7/22) was the last straw. The young Asian girl working this morning with round lens glasses had an unbelievably bad attitude. She barely acknowledged me, spoke in a monotone, and dropped my item(s) on the scale like it was a burden just to help me. It honestly felt intentional and unnecessarily rude. I understand people have bad days, but there's no excuse for treating customers with that kind of disrespect--especially regulars. I dropped my a return Amazon package value $300 on 12/8/24. As of today (12/14/24), there is no movement at all according to UPS.com. It takes two business days max to reach to the facility in Las Vegas. I filed a complaint with Amazon and have to wait for two weeks for them investigate for internal theft. If you have valuable items like phone or laptop or any electronic devices, go to the one in Rosemead, behind Target. They always make sure to get the printing and the tracking number correct and give you your receipts.In addition to that , they always make sure to smile and greet you and make sure that you're well taken care of. Every time you walk in they greet you and you never feel like your interrupting their day. It sounds so easy. But other store you like MPK and Rosemead you feel like your the one greeting them. 2- Open when they say they will be open on time and never close early! Plus they open Sunday.
