George is very kind and went out of his way to help me trying to figure out how to send the link from Canva to him so he can print it. Although we weren't successful. Because I was using someone else's account . I went home and used a different canva account and voila. I was able to send him the link to print my soccer team banner. He stated it be ready after 12:30pm on Friday (next day). Friday morning @9:55am I get an email saying my banner will be ready after 10:30 am say what?! Now that was fast. When I finally received the invoice, it did not contain a payment link or instructions. I emailed asking where I could make payment and received no response. I was actively trying to pay. I was also specifically told my order would be ready Friday before 12 PM. This is why I disagree that this was simply a matter of 'expectations not being aligned.' My review is about the lack of communication and follow-through Really disappointing experience. I contacted this company a couple of days ago to have labels printed for my small business because they're local and only a few minutes away from me, and I really wanted to give them my business. From the beginning, the communication was unorganized. I was told I would receive an invoice, but I never received one at first. I followed up and even stayed on the phone trying to get everything handled. When I finally received the invoice, there was no option or link for me to actually make the payment. Despite that, I was specifically told my labels would be ready Friday before 12 PM. I called Friday morning because I was planning to pick them up, only to be told my order hadn't been done because they "never received payment." I explained that I was never given a way to pay. Only THEN was I told they could send me another invoice with a secure credit card payment link, and now suddenly my order wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. That was the last straw for me. I had already followed up multiple times and was trying to PAY them. I shouldn't have to chase a business down to give them my money, especially after being given a promised pickup time. I ended up telling them I would take my business somewhere else. I really wanted to support a local company, but unfortunately the lack of communication, follow-through, and organization made this experience way more stressful than it needed to be.

Now I spoke to another copy place told them what I wanted and they happily explained what I wanted was not doable but were willing to help me find a solution. I felt the service they provided was awful and instead of explaining what I wanted was not possible they simply hung up on me. Again part of it was my fault I own up to it but better to educate your customers than hung up and turn away business. Worse of all is the manager is the one who was rude to me so if he was like that I can't imagine how his peers might be.
