Because I was using someone else's account . I went home and used a different canva account and voila. I was able to send him the link to print my soccer team banner. He stated it be ready after 12:30pm on Friday (next day). Friday morning @9:55am I get an email saying my banner will be ready after 10:30 am say what?! Now that was fast. Now I spoke to another copy place told them what I wanted and they happily explained what I wanted was not doable but were willing to help me find a solution. I felt the service they provided was awful and instead of explaining what I wanted was not possible they simply hung up on me. Again part of it was my fault I own up to it but better to educate your customers than hung up and turn away business. Worse of all is the manager is the one who was rude to me so if he was like that I can't imagine how his peers might be.

My mother recently passed away and I came into possession of her Roman Missal and a New Testament…read more They were in a sorry state, with the covers falling off but I wanted to save them because my mom had cherished these books as a young woman back in the 1950's. The New Testament was an inexpensive one with cardboard covers. My mother had written notes in it though, so it felt very special. I arranged with David Weinstein to replace the cover with a synthetic material but he found a small piece of beautiful leather and used that at no extra charge. The Missal was re-covered with goat skin. Both volumes were embossed in gold script on the covers. They look and feel amazing - like new books with a whole new life. It was so nice to hang out for a bit with David in his peaceful shop. I would definitely come back to see him for any other book binding needs. He's a real artist.

I had to go back 4 times because the prints we're never ready on time. On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria? I wish we had worked with them instead.
