Very rude do not come here. Over the phone was quoted a different price I spoke to the person in charge and they were rude and brushed me off. Some of it was ignorance on my part ordering something and expecting something else but instead of explaining it to me he sighed (yea you could tell over the phone) brushed me off and hung up on me. Now I spoke to another copy place told them what I wanted and they happily explained what I wanted was not doable but were willing to help me find a solution. I felt the service they provided was awful and instead of explaining what I wanted was not possible they simply hung up on me. Again part of it was my fault I own up to it but better to educate your customers than hung up and turn away business. Worse of all is the manager is the one who was rude to me so if he was like that I can't imagine how his peers might be. read more

Walked in to see about getting a quote for some T-shirt's I needed printed for a tv production. I walked in and there were three people sitting in the front of the store, one eating at her desk and two men sitting at their's. The place is small and no customers were inside. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged and never was until I decided to walk out. Don't know what the quality of their work is but if it's anything like their lack of common decency and customer service, I'll pass and take my money elsewhere. read more

Rude, poor communication, and unclear services and hours. I called Minuteman Press in Downey in order to get some last minute next day business cards made. The person at the other end of the phone reassured me that they were able to do it, and had me email them in order to finalize my order. Upon sending credit card authorization, I was told that they would not be able to process my order till the following Monday. I responded to them telling them that I was told they would be able to do the cards next day and that I don't want the cards If they would be available on Monday. At this point, I had spoken to 2 different people. Today I check my email, and I have received an email from a 3rd person. In this email, Manny tells me "when you need to do something done quickly, you need to act quickly," and "NEXT TIME, RATHER THAN EMAILING, SIMPLE CALL TO HANDLE YOUR MATTERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"(In all caps as written) because "they are not 100% of the times in front of the computer." Despite them quickly responding to all my emails, and receiving payment within an hour of them asking for it. A simple "Sorry for the misunderstanding, we couldn't process your order because it was placed too late" or "Sorry we only provide next business day services" would have sufficed. Instead, I spoke to 3 different people. I went out of way for no reason. And I was slapped around as if they didn't need my money. For the record, I would rather print out my 250 business cards on computer paper, and hand cut them myself with toenail scissors than deal with this bullshit again. Go to Gold Image Printing for your last minute printing needs, even Kinkos is better option(despite quality). read more

Not a fan of these people. I had a terrible experience last year when I came in to have some invitations printed (i'm just now reviewing because I drove by and realized how upset I still was about this). My friends mom highly recommended them to me. She has used them for years so I googled them and saw they printed invitations. I found the perfect invites for my sisters baby shower online and I purchased them for $2.25 each. The paper was beautiful and I knew if I had them printed they would look like I paid $10 or more per invite. I walk in to the businesses and a lady is sitting there, does not get up to greet me or even bother to look up at me. I said I needed some invitations printed and a middle aged man came to me and checked out what I had. He then tells me that paper is hard to work with and I would need to agree to allow him to possibly ruin 25 of them before he could get them right. I just thought to myself "this man is crazy, that's over $50!". I then told him they were expensive and if he could maybe instead use 25 sheets of cardstock to ruin then add my invitations. He said "no, no, no I don't do that, you need to go somewhere else". I am always understand if something is beyond the capability of a business. If I ask for something a business does not offer, I will not get upset about it because I can not expect a business to do something they just don't do. What upset me about this situation was the customer service. Totally trivializing my situation and of me as a customer (not to mention rude from the moment I walked in the door). Anyway these people MAY be good with printing jobs but unfortunately they left such a bad impression on me that I'll never know. Luckily I ended up finding this little print shop in Long Beach and they charged me $2 per invite AND they did not need to ruin any of my invites. read more

And let me tell you , as of now they have gained an ongoing new customer. Manny is the man. I appreciate individuals who look for solutions and make things happen. And have a positive and willing attitude. I did have a small issue with one of the other employees. And I asked to speak to him. And he just made up for it... Starting a new business and was looking for a designer to make our postcard flyers and business cards. I checked out four different places locally 3 of them were closed and the other one walked in and there was not one there to greet us. My last resort on my list was Minuteman Press. My husband and I walked in and Eddie greeted us with a smile. Since we are novices about designing a flyer and had no idea were to start Eddie did not mind brainstorming with us and giving us ideas on how to create our advertisement. He answered his email promptly and gave us a rough draft template quite quickly. Today was our last day to finish our proof and now its headed off for printing.
