I went this morning 1/5/24 like he said and he couldn't even find my hats. Then he finally found them and they weren't even done! So he tells me to come back at 1pm. So I come back at 1pm and 2 of the hats are ok, could be better but this one literally looks like my 5 year old daughter's writing!! The guy doesn't bother to say anything about redoing my hat or anything. Oh he gave me a .50 cents discount for ruining my hat! ‍ Place is garbage just like my hat he ruined! I will definitely not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. Overall, everything was speedy, efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

Absolutely outstanding quality, service, and generosity!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cory and the entire team at Manajattek Stitching! They created shirts for our anti-cancer walk in support of my husband, who is currently battling cancer, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The shirts were fantastic quality, the turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the customer service was truly top-notch. What impressed us most, however, was their incredible kindness and generosity in making a donation to support our cause. It's rare to find a business that not only delivers an outstanding product but also genuinely cares about the people they serve. Cory and his team went above and beyond, and we are so grateful! I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again. Five stars simply aren't enough!

We told them we needed the shirts by a certain date. Long story short, they did not come through. We realized the day before our event that we would not have shirts on time. The company kept lying about the delivery and tracking status. So eventually at around 10 am the day before my event I found Kustom Life. They promised me they could get over 200 shirts completed by the end of the day. I put my faith in them and I'm so glad I did... First off, their customer service was OUTSTANDING. they kept me updated throughout the day. Next, their shirt quality was out of this world comfy. I don't ever keep my old volunteer shirts because they're rough... not these. these were super soft and the price difference was minimal! Best of all they're LOCAL. no need to ship across the country. They offered to deliver but we picked up. I am so happy with Kustom Life. I will keep them in mind for any other project we have because they definitely made me look good. They are worth every penny. Thank you Kustom Life crew.
