I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

I don't understand why a company that's based around manufacturing goods for customers and offering white label services would be insulted by someone looking to "jump on everyone else's production" is beyond me. Manufacturing for other people is literally their business model. Background info: I originally contacted this business around 6 months ago to find a local manufacturer to fill a need. I do my own US manufacturing, but sometimes I need extra help with items I can't do. I spoke with Chandler, the owner who I believe was texting the vile things since that's the same number he texted me from previously. - In September 2025, he invited me to join the portal based on my needs that I discussed with him and said that it would be up in 2-3 weeks. In October, I checked in again....no response. - In November, I checked in again....Zach Connor say's they're overwhelmed with holiday order and the portal will be public in January. - In January, I check in and Zach sends me some pricing sheets. I ask about the process to place the orders....no response. - On March 16, I call the business number and Chandler explains that I'm too small of a business to work with them. Had I known that from the beginning, I wouldn't have even bothered following up. I posted the review so that other potential customers wouldn't go through the same process of being strung along for months without information. Instead of replying appropriately, I get called homophobic slurs, insulted, and told to bugger off before an attempt to bribe away my review. I would never do business with this company and I just want anyone that does to know what kind of people run it. If you're okay with giving money to someone that calls potential clients "faggot" or "idiot" and insults them for attempting to hire them for manufacturing, then I wish you the best of luck when you have to deal with the fallout after something upsets their owner.
