I don't write reviews very often, but when I do, it's because the service I received was deserving of it. From the start, Franco was so easy to work with. I ordered a large quantity of shirts to be custom made and delivered to my client in LA. I'm in Florida. I never even met Franco. All of it was done via phone, email and text. It wasn't an easy project. But he made it happen for us, with ease. We were working on a tight deadline and JFG Print Co. delivered, not only on time, but with high quality work. Bitter Apple is an awesome T-Shirt/Sweater Design and Screen printing company. Franco worked with our Nursing Club to get shirts and Sweaters made for our nursing program. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Bitter Apple Inkpresss was able to accommodate us and answer our questions with a fast response time. They were able to screen print a total of 130 shirts and sweaters with a good production time we actually received our products sooner than expected we were all very pleased. Our nursing class was content with the quality of the shirts and sweaters as they turned out even better then we originally imagined and the pricing was very reasonable. The embroidery lines are crooked and not the same thickness. The outline is missing in some parts. The shade of blue is completely off, even though they have the matching thread on the counter. Supposedly she had not seen the work until she took them out of the bag. Somehow I do not believe her and was probably hoping I wouldn't notice the horrible job. She offered to redo one of the caps but it would be 2 more weeks."Nah, I'm good!" She deducted $5 from the total. Do not go there for 3D embroidery. Maybe they're good at other embroidery jobs. Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there's just no way they can fulfill their promise. By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked! Surely the quality would be sub-par as nothing can be done this fast, right? Nope! I opened the box and the 250 booklets I ordered were amazing! Extremely professional looking! I couldn't believe it. this place is awesome and the team is really helpful and friendly . I never designed a Tshirt before and I was in need of Some for the pediatric brain tumor run I was doing and I absolutely fell in love with the shirts. They came out amazing and the quality is great. I contacted the owner, Franco, about a last minute need for some shirts with prints on them and he was very willing to accommodate at such short notice. Not only did I receive my shirts within days of putting in the order but the quality and outcome of the shirts was exceptional! I am extremely satisfied with the shirts!
