I am absolutely appalled. I ordered bathing suit online and when i received items in mail, the bathing suit top had deodorant stains on both sides and a stain on front area. I cannot believe their staff would send an item in such poor and used conditions. This is so disgusting! I Will never shop here again!

This store is two story and has lots of options in all departments. we order online and came to pick it up. All employees we talked to were nice and answered are questions.

Great selection of men's athletic clothes. Excellent service and getting someone to help me was very easy. I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a fairly reasonable price.

I had a recent fall on my ebike, and besides banging/scraping up my knee & having the nailbed of my big toe darken with blood, I also damaged my Shimano 7 Speed gear shifter. I recalled seeing a price list for bike repairs & maintenance, the last time I was browsing around at Dick's Sporting Goods. So, after receiving an estimate at a local bike shop I frequent, I went back to Dick's to compare prices. As luck would have it, Dick's had a cheaper price for installation, so I chose them. Ordering a replacement of the exact same model of the Shimano 7 Speed gear shifter from AliExpress, in about a week, I brought my ebike in to have the installation done. The bike technician was friendly, and said it would take a few hours. I left my number, and in around 4-5 hours, I received a return call, stating my bike was ready. Arriving at the store, my ebike was back to it's original glory, and the bike technician even tightened up some areas, which was cool on his part. Quite happy with the work done, I believe Dick's Sporting Goods will be my preferred option for future ebike maintenance & repairs.

Ordered on line..... big mistake!!! My almost complete order was wrong. Luckily most of the stuff actually fit. Except one sweater. I called customer service and was told to go ahead and come to this location because they were not able to help me on line. The size I was looking for they were currently out. Anyway Long Story short the problem was solved here at the store. The cashier Cedrik honored what I was told on the phone. Helped us right away. Very understanding.... Thank you so much. Next time I will just shop here in person!!!

While he was deciding and waiting for his turn, the clerks behind the firearm counter were speaking very loudly about "day drinking" and hoping to clock out in time for happy hour later that evening. One individual in particular (bald/sparse hair with glasses, someone I had not seen there before) seemed especially vocal about it. Hearing employees openly joke and talk about being intoxicated while working behind a firearm counter immediately raised serious concerns for me. Firearms require a high level of responsibility, awareness, and professionalism, and hearing staff casually discuss drinking while actively assisting customers was alarming. What made it worse was how loud and proud the conversation was. They were laughing and hyping each other up about drinking while customers were standing right in front of them. Whether they were joking or not, it reflects extremely poor judgment and creates a very bad look for a business that sells and handles firearms. It gives the impression that safety and professionalism are not being taken seriously. In an environment where safety should be the absolute priority, hearing employees casually talk and laugh about drinking while surrounded by firearms is incredibly concerning and completely unprofessional.

Insight Shooting Range in Artesia was the complete opposite. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable. Natalie especially was super helpful, educational, and easy to talk to. You can tell the staff here genuinely enjoy what they do and actually care about teaching people the right way instead of trying to intimidate anyone. The whole process is smooth and easy. Of course safety is taken seriously, which is exactly how it should be, but overall it's very easy to walk in, shoot, and get out without any stress. Their gun rentals are also very reasonable and affordable. Every time I come here it's always a breeze. Great environment, great people, and honestly one of the few ranges that makes you feel comfortable whether you're experienced or newer to shooting. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I probably annoyed him because I signed the wrong spot on the paper and it was near closing time. However, that doesn't take away from the process of how helpful the staff is when it comes to helping you out with your purchases or anything related to the sales of guns. Here's the process for all customers I think and first time buyers will be detailed below: Oh first thing is first, you'll need: - Have your invoice (if you order online) and let the clerk know where you ordered it from: Their website (Ammo Bros) or a third party website. This will help the clerk find the gun easier. - Picture ID (Driver's Licenses) - Secondary form of ID w/ address (Car registration, utility bill etc) - F.S.C. Card (if you do not have this, they will provide a test for you which will extend the processing time by at least 15-30 minutes. You'll need to take the test and someone needs to grade it.) 1. Sign in on the sign in sheet, and put down what you are here for. In my case, picking up a gun. If you haven't filled out any paperwork I'd put down paperwork to pick up gun or something to that effect to lessen confusion. In my case, I had to fill out paperwork, take the Firearms Safety Certification Test ($2 for a laminate copy). Then submit paperwork for a background check. This process varies (in my experience probably 1.5 hrs not including wait times). 2. The Firearms Safety Certification test is common sense (to me) and very straight-forward. Individual results may vary. 3. The background check is pretty standard but read through it carefully and make sure to fill out every line except M2 (the clerk will tell you too), it'll save them a lot of time and make the process smoother. 4. When signing papers, make sure to sign the right spot. This is the part where I messed up on and signed the "Sales" line instead of the "Transfer" line. I auto piloted at this point because I was super hungry and was still recovering from being sick. My bad! But please read before signing and ask (better to be annoying than to drag out the processing time). 5. They'll let you know when pick up the gun. Some advice: If you're picking up a gun and haven't filled out paperwork, slot at least 2 hours to do the paperwork process. Don't arrive 5 minutes before closing. They'll say 30 minutes but I think it's better to give them 1.5 hours to process. There's numerous factors: - Other customers - Paperwork processing - Murphy's law: What can go wrong will go wrong, better to be safe than sorry Overall, the store is clean, they have a number of guns in the store (I'm not really gun savvy yet). There were some missing items from the shelves but I think if you need basic things like magazines, sights, bags, containers, and gun cleaning supplies. They all should be fairly easy to find. The store is also under construction so expect loud noises like drilling and hammers. They have a bunch of different types of ammo behind the sales desk/counter. I know for sure they have 9MM since that was what I was looking to get. I'll update next week when I'm able to pick up the pistol about the pick up process. TLDR: Read the requirements of what to bring. Slot 2 hours for the paperwork process and wait times. Do not show up 5 minutes before closing (7PM). Sign the right boxes and of course read what you're signing. And sign up when you get there.
