Was looking for new sneakers that are water proof like the ones I bought a couple years ago. They found something similar from Gortex but I'm not sure if they will workout. Employee said no problem. You can wear them and have up to 3 months to return if you don't like, as long as you are a Nike member. That great! read more

Nike Factory Store - Long Beach - My purchase - Shoe Stores Near Me - Long Beach, California

Great selection of shoes, discounts, savings, and staff. Ro, one of Nike's associates was so helpful with my senior mom. She assisted her in finding a pair that felt best. Not only did Ro take her time with a picky senior citizen, she gave multiple wonderful suggestions that were super helpful. We tried every pair suggested and we absolutely walked out with two pairs both my mom and aunt loved. Yah at the cashier continued that same level of elite service with my mom and aunt being far from tech savvy. The service was outstanding, the location easy to commute via train, the cleanliness, and staff, made this first visit memorable. Thank you again! read more

Nice store with some great deals, especially if they're running an additional discount on clearance items. When I stopped by a week ago, they were running an additional 40% on clearance shoes. That was a great deal, and they even had Jordans on the clearance wall! Checkout was a breeze since it was still the morning. Would definitely come back here the next time I'm in town! read more

I had a good experience shopping at Nike. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had a nice selection of products. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience. read more

This Nike store has horrible customer service. I tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size, and the so-called manager (beverly) said I couldn't, because my return period was past the 30 days by 3 days. I've been a life long Nike customer, but will switch to a different brand. The customer service I received was unacceptable. As horrible as the Nike brand is doing (look at the stock market), you would think they would do all they can to keep long-term customers happy. My guess is this store won't be around in 2 years, because the brand is going to crap...and you have employees who don't give a damn about the customers experience. read more

Store was clean and well organized. Lots of variety in men and women's clothing and shoes. Purchased items but had to ask for the discount that was posted. Cashier was efficient otherwise. Great value. Store is located at the Pike location and there is little to no street parking but there is a parking garage nearby. read more

As always zero in my size and even just as hard to find anything in my son's size. I know when I come here the disappointment will definitely happen. I was lucky this trip to find something for my son but it took forever just to buy the one item. 2 cashiers open and 10 people in line waiting until they finally opened a register. read more

Visited this store today. And I shop here frequently for my self and my family. Today a rep named Justin asked if I needed help I said yes, I don't see any plus size stuff in women's any more do you guys just not carry it in store? I said normally you guys have XXL. And he said No we don't have plus size there's no market for plus size here. Me looking at him like he's not the brightest in the bunch.. I said how is that you literally carry XXL in men's how is there not market for plus size in Nike?! Please make that make sense and he just stood there looking at me like well... needless to say they need better training. Over all other reps were nice but Justin needs more training. read more

Always a 5 star at the Nike any Nike store but i can tell you this for sure it has to be a spontaneous visit to get a good find due to the high volume of shoppers daily, I feel like when u got the money they either low on stock or your size is gone, and when your budgeting there is plentiful your size stare you in the face read more

Andres (floor associate) immediately greeted us with a professional, jovial & non pressure approach. He possessed a knowledgeable, confident yet humble disposition. He immediately checked if the(clearance) shoe my friend was trying on was available in her size in the stock area. He also recommended a few other clearance selections while awaiting the prospect of the right size in the desired pair. 3 minutes later, voila! The shoe was on clearance well within budget. Andres provided nostalgic, 1st Class Customer Service rarely seen in the 21st Century. I perceived him to be 100% genuine, so the next time I visit this location I will call in advance to make sure he's working. Would not surprise me if he's not because this young man is obviously "going places"! read more

Huge variety's for men's and women's and children's clothing always has great deals when ever I'm around the area I always have to stop by

This location at the Long Beach Pike has more clothing selections than the Rolling Hills Nike Outlet. Plus, this location had their markdown price lower as well. Right when you walk in the doors you always get greeted either my the workers or by their security. read more

Very easy to get too location. Very helpful staff! This location has smaller sizes than The block of orange. My son is bigger than kids but on the very small side for men's and they are hard to find, luckily this location had plenty!!! We were in and out in 10-15 minutes. read more

Always getting a deal - assortment can be better but you can find some gems in clearance. Shout out to Philip for always helping me out. He is the best!! I will be back based on his service alone. read more

Employees were very patient with our teen boys. Selection was exceptional. We will be back. HR is definitely doing a good job hiring.

I was searching for sandals and I found them @ this store. It was a bit confusing getting parking because the entrance d the parking structure was closed. So it took me longer to find parking than, going to the store. I went in to the store and made line to pick up the order I placed online. I waited about 5 minutes. The guy that helped me was nice when getting my order and he validated my parking. If you come to this Nike Store, come with time because it is a busy area. read more

I waited +30 minutes in line to make a simple return!! Mind you I came here Monday morning around 11am and I thought it was going to be a quick in and out trip but I was so wrong. Both cashiers, Damien and Alexis were moving incredibly slow and looked unfazed about the long line. They kept on advertising to sign up for the app so it took people even longer when they were up on the registers. There was also another worker helping with the line but then one of the cashiers told her to stop and to just fold clothes behind the register! The 3 people in front of me looked so annoyed and they were there way before me, so I can't imagine how long they have been waiting. They stopped validating parking so be prepared to waste your timed meter in this store. read more

Worse Nike location in the area workers are lazy I went into the store the item was in stock for curbside pickup in multiple sizes but wasn't on the shelf worker told me I would have to process it online because it's in the boxes in the back we haven't opened up yet I asked the manager he said they haven't had that item in over 3 months mind u it's only some black and white Nike joggers I called the PCH location and they handled everything directly how a store should conduct business .Long Beach workers just hanging out fire all them read more

Had an issue with a refund and was very frustrated. First of all Nike customer service told me my refund wasn't processed correctly and it's not the best idea to go into store. I don't think it's ever ok to disparage channels within your own company. Anyway, I voiced my frustration, Mel went above and beyond to hear me out, provide a solution and follow up if I needed. She is very professional and understands how to handle escalations. Thanks Mel for your help, I got it resolved read more

They wouldn't honor a gift card, I was upset about that. I was provided with a gift card that was attached to a card for Christmas, which partially ripped. I was given a gift receipt though. so I came in with both. They wouldn't honor it. They have a good selection here, prices are ok but are a bit high. The customer service completely sucks. I went here about a month ago and service is slow and they don't let you try on both shoes at the same time. My podiatrist recommended a specific shoe for my low arches so I was happy to have a Nike store nearby that carries it. When I walked in there were several employees in the same area talking, then they seemed to scatter. It was really difficult to flag someone down. When I finally got someone I wanted to try on two sizes- he came back with one right shoe. I needed the next size down so waited again. Got another right shoe. I needed to try on the left shoe, so I waited again. When I finally got help again he told me I can't try on both but he can switch for the left shoe. I tried, but I wasn't confident enough to spend $150 without walking around in them since I have problems with my feet. Spent 45 minutes in there to try on one shoe and didn't make a purchase. I'm assuming this policy is due to theft but they need a better solution. read more

All this time I have shopped at other Nike Factory/Clearance stores out of state when traveling and then come to know that this place has been right under my nose for the last 7 years... Nikes are my top athletic shoes and I am pretty hard on them as I use them as my daily foot wear as well as for my gym shoe. Great selection and great deals abound especially in the clearance section. Found a pair of Monarch Airs for 24 bucks, a steal! read more

I am APPALLED by the way that I was treated today at the Nike store by LEXXUS and her team! I've been a loyal customer of Nike for years, spent thousands in that store. Seven of those years in Long Beach. I am a local respected artist of LB. All those times I have visited that store, I've NEVER been made feel so uncomfortable shopping at this store, especially on the day of the celebration of my daughter's 14th birthday! I am OUTRAGED by the number of team members following me around. I had team members all follow me around the aisles, but at least they didn't make it as obvious or kept it respectful all males by the way Then as I go back to check on my kid and bikes that are outside, I see more than 5 females, stand there, stare at me for minutes! Talking about me as if I'm not conscious of what they're doing. At first I dismissed it, but when I felt All their eyes focused on me, one single person doing absolutely nothing but walking up and down the store shopping, what the fuck is so suspicious about that! On top of that, they literally saw me walk in with my kid. Saw me walk up to my kid multiple times and speak with her and point out the dressing rooms and telling her go ahead do your shopping spree, after all they are "watching" and then as I'm standing there waiting for my kid I see more than 5 employees, shay, esmeralda, lexxus, and the rest whom the manager did not want to give names, huddle up and give me the nastiest look as if standing around is suspicious, judging me making me feel so uncomfortable that I had to speak up in front of everyone embarrassing myself because I'm not gonna stand for the disrespect! not in front of my daughter on her birthday! I cant believe I had to confront them about it. Only to be told we can't control how you feel, imagine that kind of customer service. I know the difference between being observant and being harassed and being focused on and being judged Upon when it's being made more than obvious! Nike corporate if you are reading this, and this comes to your hands, I demand that you contact me and I demand actions. I'm not requiring any gifts. I don't want anything. I just don't want what happened to me to EVER happen again TO ANYONE!! no one should be made feel so uncomfortable shopping around the store that trying to spend $$$ because it's already expensive. You tell me corporate what is so suspicious about a hard-working man who is taking out his daughter to shop??? and on top of that for a manager to still give you attitude and not even apologize to begin with, not even say thank you for shopping, nothing but still pure hate as if im in the wrong,. The attitude was of, if you don't like it get the hell out, that's the feeling that I got from the manager and then she denies all her crew members names as if they are not in the tag continuing the disrespectful judgmental treatment yet hundreds go to Rob. No one's there to stop them, but bring all hell and judgment if a father walks in there to shop Until something is done about this, I will bring more light to the incident that happened today An image that im sure NIKE DOES NOT REPRESEN. I'm gonna make sure that this issue gets all the way to the top because no one should have to feel that way, I should feel more than welcomed. read more

Great customer service- and attentive employees. I shop here often and always like that it's not as crowded as other factory stores. Today a young man - Deon- helped me with my return. Not easy to find good employees these day- Deon is a keeper Thank you Nike LB!!! read more

I had a good time a this location. It was clean, there was a large selection of shoes and they were discounted and in my size. The manager was being very rude and was walking past me on a mic yk how the workers have the little ear piece. So she walked past me saying "not this girl naked in the store" me knowing that my sister was trying on clothes because they don't have any fitting rooms open so i went up to my godmom like where's my sister because the lady on her mic talking that stuff so I went up to the lady which I find out later is the MANAGER and i ask what did you say about my sister bc she trying something on and i heard you. She starts shaking in her boots so i walk away and another one of the ladies goes what's the beef. no lie she was finna get all hands because as an employee who tf are you talking to. so she starts kind of going back and forth with me and my sister and i tell her to do her job because i don't have the patience for that. Went by today to exchange shoes that were gifted to me for Christmas. My husband called prior to us coming and was helped by one of the store managers named Johnny. He was very helpful over the phone after we explained that we just need to exchange shoes that was purchased a while back. We met him at the store and he was so friendly and understanding. Before he got off work, he took time out of his day to inform us that he was leaving but he already informed their other manager regarding our situation. So thoughtful of you ask me! The other staff members were also very attentive and helpful which made our shopping experience so much nicer even on a busy Sunday. Thanks for a wonderful customer service all around! read more

This Nike store is not wow. Pretty empty here. I didn't see any wow deals either. Probably people are not interested in shopping at Long Beach. Most people come to Long Beach to enjoy and relax.
