Buy online and pick up at store people!! Always check if there are coupons available, which is almost ALWAYS for both online and in store. WSS has always been affordable, and this particular store had friendly and helpful staff. Came across a small issue before I picked up my shoes, called ahead, and were helpful enough. Went to see if they had a shoe in my sons size. My son wasn't with me. I was looking to buy the exact same shoes he already has but just all in black ( for school ) The person at the front would not let me in with my coffee. Placed an order online sent me a order number and the next day it said my order was cancelled. Called the customer support number and they said that the item was out of stock. Awesome! I love WSS you could walking with 50 bucks and walk out with three pairs of shows. Some brand name, some not but they sure are serviceable. The prices here are unheard of. Not at the reebok outlet. NOWHERE comes close and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is for their loss prevention employee Brendan. This dude was completely rude and asked to look in my girls purse as we were leaving after purchasing 4 pair of shoes. My girl who hands were full with bags refused this request and Brendan said we were banned from the store now. After talking with the manager Jose he agreed that Brendan was in the wrong and said he would have a chat with him. He also lifted the "ban" from his store. I am going to call corporate on Monday and let them know about Brendan's behavior. I don't usually get upset with people who are just doing their jobs but this dude attitude took it to a who different level. read more

Always a pleasant visit when I come. I guess I always have good timing. Lol. They did change it up a bit still looks nice more parking which is a plus. Security is always in a great mood. I'm usually greeted at the door once one foot literally steps in. I loved how one time I asked someone for assistance and he did not hesitate to help me. Soon after I realized he was on break silly me. I come here about every 2-3 months. Love the coupons in the mail. On-line ordering is BULLSHIT-website stated order on-line in time for Christmas in store pick up or delivery. Placed order on 12/17/19 and order did not get processed until 12/20/19-I had a store associate check on status and shoes were coming from Bakersfield Ca to LA but check this out-they sent an order by UPS (Postal service) which takes 3-5 business days!! WTF-that delivery date is beyond CHRISTMAS---FALSE ADVERTISEMENT-then they tell me I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund-WTF??? Went here on 9/21/16 at 2:15ish to buy some running shoes. Was greeted politely by security officer and asked if I needed assistance. Found some shoes and brought them up to the counter where the cashier was thumbing through a folder of sorts. Not acknowledged for a good 3 min until he was done with whatever he was doing. Then comes over to ring me up. Never engaging with me, seemingly annoyed that I was there whilst giving me some sloppy explanations of discounts and what not... I will never visit this location again. I cannot stand people with retail/customer service jobs that act like this. If you are miserable doing what you do, try finding another job jerk! read more

I purchased a pair of vans a couple of weeks ago for my rough and tumble 8 yr old boy. Well they fell apart. I am accustomed to replacing his shoes every 3-4 mths but this was crazy! I brought them back to WSS and even though their policy requires receipt and or box the manager Jennifer made an accommodation for me. I am a single mom and really could not afford another pair so needless to say I am very appreciative. They even helped me pick a pair more durable. They have sealed me as a customer. read more

I come by from time to time to snatch up some shoes & clothes for me & my family. The security guards are cool. The staff seem very friendly. In my honest opinion. They've always check on the customers to see if we need assistance. Got a cool as hell acquaintance I know who works there who is very helpful & professional. They got very good deals. And I love to take in those $15 & $25 off coupons there to save even more if you spend $65 & $99 or more. Who can beat that? My wife likes the clothes. We always leave with some pretty cool stuff that my kids like. 2 of the coolest workers @that location are so helpful..what up to Harvey & Cecil. You're doing a great job. read more

This place is unbelievable and the entire staff's incompetence and disregard for customer service is astounding. While I was shopping they had my car towed........ I'm sorry but this location better be part of some community out reach program that gives job to mentally handicapped people because that would be the only forgivable reason that THE ENTIRE STAFF is so incompetent. Never shop here people. If anyone from the WSS corporate offices reads these reviews please, please end this community program you're doing that hires mentally handicapped people. Its a sweet thought but not practical in any way what so ever. The money you're spending on this you're should just use towards a political campaign to get them better benefits instead. Cause people shouldn't have their cars towed off because a special employee gets a little too excited about their semblance of authority. And if you're not running a community outreach program at any of your locations then you need to immediately terminate all members of this location and start with a clean slate before the current crew here tarnishes the respectable WSS brand name. I cannot imagine a worst employee better yet she was the "manager" than JENNY. I love Wss shoes and was excited one opened closer to my area where I don't have to drive all the way to the lb Blvd location but now I'd rather take that extra trip if I know I'll be getting better customer service. She should be fired for how rude she is to customers and her employees. My friends that live near say the same. My sister and I witnessed her yelling at an employee for something so ridiculous. I personally think a manager should keep cool and professional at least in front of customers when talking to them. Anyways we asked for help seeing she wasn't busy and she acted as if she was "too good" to help us find a shoe brand. She said "some one else could help you." And we where waiting but knew everyone was busy that's why we asked her and we say her shirt said manager and she wasn't the only one who was at register. Her rude attitude when we said it's this brand do you think you might have it? She responded I told you some one will be here to help! What? Okay? No, and we're very patient people but she was really negative and unprofessional I even want to reach corporate and tell them how their employees are acting towards their customers. I decided to give it another chance since I pass by everyday and I was greeted by security guard and I was coming in, and I started looking around and the manager asked me if I needed any helping finding a shoe I wasn't even there 5 min so I appreciate that she was very friendly. I was looking around somewhere else's the other associate asked if I needed help so she ended up helping me with a shoe for my daughter which I bought , the manager helped me with a shoe for my son which I also bought and since everyone was really nice and friendly I kept looking around and ended up buying a shoe for my husband. I got in line and the manager offered socks but one get one half off so I got them both, I do sales and really the bought me lol I was I had a coupon and I saved about 50 dollars and all my transaction and you know what I really appreciate everything because they took the time and gave me excellent customer service and were great in sales. I'm glad I had a great experience this time around. I spent $160.00 total and I was only going in for 1 pair of shoes, definitely will go back soon! read more
