Bought 12 shirts & 1 pair of jeans at $300 (with our coupon). Average price for shirts are $30 each. Not the cheapest but, good quality shirts & nice prints. Teenage boy approved I've been shopping here for years and the clothes holds up well. The store has a great selection for girls, boys, men & women. I take advantage of the coupons & sales. There's always plenty of employees on the floor available to help. The fitting rooms are clean and spacious. The cashiers are efficient and I've never had issues using my coupons.

They resell defective broken items.  Battery cover missing, top security sticker folded into carton, unlike the bottom sticker.

Update: they weren't able to change the order. I had to order another pair. And when the large ones arrive, I will go return them along with the broken cat lights. On a side note, the phone number given to me by the associate was for the corporate offices. Unless you know the extension number of who you're trying to reach, you will enter the twilight zone of never-ending phone loops. I ended up calling the toll-free number from the Tilly's website and speaking to a guy named Frank. He was helpful, courteous, and honored the coupon price on the second pair of shoes. Go Frank. That star is for you. Lol ------------------------------------ Was here on 8/30/15. My daughter wanted a pair of shoes from Tilly's. They were a bit snug, and they didn't have a bigger size in stock . So I asked the clerk to order a bigger size for her, a 7.5 instead of a 7. after I was handed the computer printout / receipt, I noticed that the cashier ordered a men's 7.5, which is a women's size 9. Um, yeah. Wrong size. I was told that the order could not be fixed, and that I would have to wait until they were delivered (3-5 business days), come back to the store to return, and then re-purchase. What a pain in the behind. So then I asked if I could just order one more pair in the proper size. if I'm going to have to return to the store anyway, I might as well do a return and not wait for another shipment; right? The clerk told me not to do that and to call the 800 number instead. she told me that, if I called right when they opened, they would edit the order for me. hopefully she's right. I will have to call tomorrow. Although I am not happy about the shoe situation, it wasn't a big deal because the shoes are super cute and I got to use a 20% coupon. the main reason for my 1-star review is because of the broken cat lights that I bought. when we got home, I noticed the security sticker flap was pushed into the package, indicating that the package had been opened previously. And then we noticed the cover to the battery chamber was missing. This item must have been returned before. We put batteries in the lights, and guess what? the lights don't work. I was not surprised. Why would you put a defective item back on the shelf after it has been returned? Stupid me, I shouldn't have bought twenty dollar cat-shaped string lights anyway, I guess. here's the kicker: We had no clue what cat lights were until we were standing in line and someone had called the store looking for cat lights. the girl who had answered the phone was a clueless teenager, and she put the customer on hold and started giggling and asking the other workers, "cat life? anyone know what cat life is? Haha, cat life!" One white guy even asked her, "why is that funny?" Seriously. Then a blond girl told her she would handle the call, and had the brains to clarify. "Oh, cat lights. Yes we have them." So I sent the kid to follow the worker for cat lights because I love cats and made a stupid impulse buy. Ugh.

Love this place looking for scarfs, gloves after Christmas sale....I freeze all day long, so figured I can look. This store has great stuff I love the hats, shoes and jewerly. They have cute and girlie stuff for those of us who do not like dressing like a guy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mom had bought a pair of shoes that were damaged (there was dog poop on the bottom of the shoe and also dog hair) Keep in mind that the cashier VIVIANA didn't check the shoes to make sure nothing was wrong w them. After a day, when my brother was going to wear the shoes for THE FIRST TIME, my mom noticed the poop stains and went to the store to get a refund. Once she got to the store she spoke to the manager VERONICA who calls herself the boss of all tilly's. My mom explained to her the situation and requested to get a refund since they didn't have the same shoes available at their store. The manager VERONICA denied my mom the refund which is weird because she had the receipt, price tag and everything in order. My mom kept telling her that she didn't want the shoes and VERONICA the manager told her that she could keep the shoes all dirty and she would give her a 20% off her next purchase but my mom would have to go home and clean the shoes herself. When my mom didn't accept her offer she got upset and started to tell her to not talk to her because "she didn't want to fight w my mom" after that they gave her some other shoes. My mom told me about the incident and i wasn't okay with the way the treated her. We go back to the store and I tell VERONICA the manager that we didn't like the shoes and wanted a refund. She was still denying my mom her refund and I asked her why ? The store policy says we have 30 days to make a return and still get your money back. So after that she got really upset and put her hands on my face and started to tell me to not talk to her and she said this " if I was you I'd get out of my face " and then all of her employees were in the background talking about my mom and one of them his name was JOSEPH referred to her as the "dog shit" after we kept telling her that we wanted to speak to her boss she told us she was going to call corporate and ask again about the situation. Finally corporate took care of it and we got our refund back. As I was walking out of the store another employe which I don't know her name told me to get the fuck out of the store and never come back. This is by far the worst tillys I've ever been to. You all should really think twice before coming here. And to the manager VERONICA, you should go over your policies one more time and make sure you know how the policies work.

I love the customer service here! There are always sales associates around to help you find something! Today one of the girls helped us find some tanks for my son (since the weather is getting hot)! She helped us find some great colors and even started a room while we were looking around! She was great! Wish all sales people were like her!

OMG I love this store so much!! I had plantar fasciitis last year and all of my running friends…read moretold me that I need to get the right shoes and to go to Lucky Feet ! I honestly never felt like spending money on running shoes but they were like you need to do this and get the RIGHT SHOES since you could barely walk! Right when I walked in there, they helped me immediately with so much kindness!! They have this easy technology where you step on this pad and it tells you what type of foot you have and once I did that they brought out the types of shoes that would fit me the best! The first shoes I tried on were the best shoes ever they were a pair of HOKAs and it felt like I was walking on a cloud!! Mind you I could barely walk at this time because of my plantar fasciitis and it felt like a miracle! They also gave me insoles that made it so much better which I didn't even know it could get better!! I bought them and six months later I came back to get another pair!! I just bought a third pair today and was not even expecting to do that. I just went in to buy new insoles but because they were so kind and personable I was like what the heck I don't mind getting another pair because they're so amazing here!!! So thank Aly, Angelica, Stephanie!! You all the best!!! Thanks to y'all I can walk.. and RUN AGAIN!! Yayaya!!!

I went in on Monday 4/21 to exchange a pair of shoes and make a new purchase 2 graphic tshirts. I…read morecame back to exchange the shoes for a smaller size and return the tshirts they didn't fit my son on 4/22. I found the shoes and the cashier asked if I wanted to choose different shirts- I let her know the store didn't have anything I preferred because most other options had provocative graphics for my 13 year old. I was told I had to get a store credit because the exchange from the previous day and purchase were on the same receipt. I asked to speak to a manager and the young female cashier said she was the manager conveniently. I mentioned that she processed the transaction the day before and never mentioned that a refund was not an option if I completed the exchange on the same transaction. I had my son come and pick out something because I didn't want a store credit since I won't be coming to this store anymore. I let her know that as a "manager" and being in customer service she should have let me know that if I wanted to be able to return the new items I needed to process two separate transactions. She said looking down the entire time I will take that into consideration. I didn't want to argue because she was clearly young and lacks experience dealing with customers, as well as experience using a POS system. As a manager she has the ability to override things the system won't process. Especially since she failed to mention the day before that the exchange would be the only future option. Definitely recommend training considering the location of store because that interaction could have went a different way considering her attitude and demeanor. I'm also guessing because they have a security guard sitting in the front of the store they are used to people being unruly. I won't be shopping here ever again.
