Champagne and cute clothes; sign me up! Upon arrival I was greeted by two wonderful gals who offered me some champagne as I shopped. As I browsed, one of the employees started up a dressing room for me, and she even added a few items she thought I might like. When it comes to prices, I think they are pretty fair. I like to look at the material of clothing, and have picked up some very cute cotton pieces here for less than 50 dollars. (I like to stay away from polyester.) the jackets are probably the more expensive items, but still not bad for the material. Love this place! read more

Stitch and Feather has quickly become my favorite shop on Main Street! I stop in a couple times a month, and they always have the best selection of jeans--great styles, great quality, and super affordable. Their tops are adorable too and won't break the bank. The staff is amazing--Jocelyn gave me styling tips even when the store was packed, Bri is always so helpful & so nice when I bring my dog in, and Mattie even called another location to hold an item for me. I had such a wonderful experience at Stitch & Feather in Seal Beach! Stitch and Feather, my new favorite clothing store hands down. First time I just randomly found myself here, I immediately felt quite attended to! Loved the options available, mainly soft colors. I recently shopped their digital catalog and items arrived very quickly. I had to return some items so visited this physical location for the second time, and it was just so delightful. Immediately greeted kindly and offered champagne (thank you; I was having a very rough day lol), and a room was setup for me immediately. This time, there were additional items also placed in the dressing room as considerations for me to try!! I went shopping at this boutique in Seal Beach for the first time today and was very impressed with the clothing selection (very cute and modern), but what actually BLEW ME AWAY was the customer service. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ari, Taylor and Katie. These girls went WAY above and beyond to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. I happened to have gone shopping alone today, but felt like I was surrounded by girlfriends! I walked out with a few new outfits and cannot wait to come back for more! EDIT: The customer Service Manager at Stitch and Feather corporate called me and apologized for my experience. She listened to me and let me know that this circumstance should have never occurred and promised me that my experience would be used as an example in stores that there should be some humanity and exceptions to their bathroom policy. She also took into consideration my previous shopping experiences. Because I have expressed my frustration to management regarding my shopping experience at the Seal Beach location and never received a phone call back; I am giving Tanya specifically a huge thumbs up and came back here to change my review. Thanks for listening and putting your customers first. I have been a stitch and feather customer for years now. I get gift cards for friends, employees and frequent the shop weekly for myself. Over the last several months I have noticed how cruddy their customer service and quality have become. I have had issues returning merchandise that is defective and unworn with tags still on it, and the customer service in the store is pushy and rude. Today I searched in seal beach for 20 minutes then stood in a 20 minute line with my 3 year old to purchase $1000 of gift cards for our company. I get to the front of the line and my son had to use the restroom so bad to the point where he was holding his privates. I asked if he could use the restroom and they said no and I could go to another establishment and come back. To which I replied I just sat in a 20 minute line to purchase gift cards. The lady looked at me completely helpless. The Lady was their STORE MANAGER ARI. The worst part is there is a restroom that I have used before. I understand that there are store policies but there is also just being humans and kind. So long Stitch and Feather. I really hope it was worth it. You just lost a good customer of yours. read more

I have been a huge fan of this store since they opened, but this past year I feel that the quality has really declined. I love the home stuff, but the clothing is very hot or miss. They used to carry a good mix of stuff with quality brands like Rolla's, Spell, Cleobella, and Kivari. Now everything is just like the garment district generic stuff that every cheap boutique carries. I'd love to see them bring those brands back. Can I start by saying I have become a regular here over the past 6 months and I can't stop! Not only is the store located on Main St in Seal Beach (a lovely afternoon stroll) but it's just so easy to shop here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming they are eager to help if you need it, or just to start your dressing room as you pole clothes into your hands. One of my favorite things about this brand is I can shop online and place things on hold at the store to come try on or purchase. And that is a great feature, since things typically sell out quickly! Also when you go into the store they carry some extra things that they don't typically sell on their site, so I'm always finding more things I need! A definitive California beach boutique. Everything in it looked like it was suitable for wearing at Coachella. Tons of flowy fabrics with a boho-chic feel. The nice thing about the store is that everything we looked at was priced pretty reasonably. The only downside were the employees. They weren't very friendly, and when my friend and I were checking out, were downright rude. When the woman was done swiping my friend's card, she limply held out her hand to return it while not even looking at her. She did thank us after the transactions, but it really wasn't genuine. This store is the best! My two favorite things: first, the customer service is amazing and the staff will help you pick outfits/make recommendations/find other clothes that pair with what you pick out, and they really make shopping there a fun experience. However, if you prefer to shop on your own, they are good about that too. Second, they get new shipments every week so if you don't find something that day (unlikely though!) they always have new, cute stuff coming in. Love this place so much! I was originally introduced to this store by my sister who gave me a gift card for Christmas. I ordered some stuff online & fell in love with this store. Everything is so cute and fits absolutely perfect! I went online this morning and saw that some of the items I wanted were sold out online but showed they were in stock at the Seal Beach location. I called and the girl who answered was so sweet & so helpful. She was able to put the items on hold for me. I arrived at the store a couple of hours later and it was so cute and clean inside.
