Spent a delightful time shopping at Stitch & Feather in Seal Beach. Everyone was so helpful from the manager Bri, to all of the staff helping me find what I needed. The quality and pricing on the clothing is excellent. I will definitely be back! read more

Champagne and cute clothes; sign me up! Upon arrival I was greeted by two wonderful gals who offered me some champagne as I shopped. As I browsed, one of the employees started up a dressing room for me, and she even added a few items she thought I might like. When it comes to prices, I think they are pretty fair. I like to look at the material of clothing, and have picked up some very cute cotton pieces here for less than 50 dollars. (I like to stay away from polyester.) the jackets are probably the more expensive items, but still not bad for the material. Love this place! read more

Stitch and Feather has quickly become my favorite shop on Main Street! I stop in a couple times a month, and they always have the best selection of jeans--great styles, great quality, and super affordable. Their tops are adorable too and won't break the bank. The staff is amazing--Jocelyn gave me styling tips even when the store was packed, Bri is always so helpful & so nice when I bring my dog in, and Mattie even called another location to hold an item for me. They always go above and beyond! If you're looking for cute, affordable fashion (especially jeans), this is the spot. My wallet loves this place as much as I do! read more

Wow! The quality of their jeans is unmatched. They're seriously the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn and they give your butt a nice lift. I also got a cute romper to wear around the house, and the material is so soft! The employees are really nice and accommodating, they make you feel so welcomed while you're shopping. I've always been a huge fan of Stitch & Feather and I'll definitely be back soon. read more

I love this place so much and I also hate it because every time I go, I want one or two of everything! lol Their clothes are such good quality, so adorable, and fairly priced for the quality of the material. They always have new and different items every time I pop in. The ladies working there are always so helpful and friendly and make the shopping experience enjoyable. I think it's probably my favorite in-person clothing shop! read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Stitch & Feather in Seal Beach! I originally came in to do a return from some birthday gifts my daughter picked out for me, and what could have been a quick errand turned into such an enjoyable visit. The entire team: Bre, Grace, Tiffany, and Brooke were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. I'm honestly not someone who loves shopping, but they completely changed that for me. They created such a relaxed, friendly environment that made it easy to take my time and actually enjoy the experience. A special shoutout to Bre, who gave me honest, thoughtful feedback in the dressing room and it made such a difference and helped me feel confident in my choices. I live in the South Bay, so it's a bit of a drive, but it's absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back next time I need something for an upcoming trip the selection is amazing and it changes often. It's clear this team genuinely loves what they do, and it really shows in how they treat their customers. Highly recommend! read more

Customer service was horrific! I guess if you don't look like the white and privileged you will not get good customer service or your bag wrapped like everyone else's. One girl did help but the much younger girl at the register that looked like a teen didn't say a word to me like I shouldn't be there. I can tell you this much I'm pretty sure I had more money than anyone in that store shopping. Don't judge a book by its cover. Last time I'm ever shopping there again. FYI I'm half white too. read more

This is a wonderful clothing store and more. The ladies here are kind and genuine. I was really impressed by their kindness. The clothes is good quality and well presented. I went in there once and they added a few items to the dressing room and I ended on leaving with those pieces. Now I need to find time to go here regularly. Prices are on point and this makes the clothes move quickly. So if it's something you like, buy it because it won't be around long. read more

While having some downtime attending a conference in Long Beach I took a break and wanted to stroll the Seal Beach Pier for some Vitamin D. Found the cutest downtown and this store. My colleague and myself bought some items from S&F. Associates were friendly and truthful when we tried on stuff. Prices reasonable for most items. Will be back again when I return to Long Beach! read more

I had an incredible experience at Stitch and Feather from the moment I walked in. The store has a great selection, a welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Everything was organized beautifully, and the quality of the products really stood out. What made my visit exceptional, though, was one of the managers, Mady. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to answer all of my questions, offered thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It's rare to come across customer service that's this genuine. If you're looking for a store that combines great products with outstanding customer service, I can't recommend Stitch and Feather enough. Huge thank you to Mady for making my visit such a positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Stitch and Feather, my new favorite clothing store hands down. First time I just randomly found myself here, I immediately felt quite attended to! Loved the options available, mainly soft colors. I recently shopped their digital catalog and items arrived very quickly. I had to return some items so visited this physical location for the second time, and it was just so delightful. Immediately greeted kindly and offered champagne (thank you; I was having a very rough day lol), and a room was setup for me immediately. This time, there were additional items also placed in the dressing room as considerations for me to try!! That was soooo appreciated because I'm not the best at picking out items for myself, and Christina, girl you have an eye! I took two more items thanks to her choices, and somehow she got my pants size down perfectly... Magic. I don't even know my own size hahaha Every single employee is super sweet, I felt very pampered, and the clothes are really good quality & reasonably priced ($30) or can go higher ($100+). Thank you for making me feel seen read more

It was my first time coming to stitch and feather in a long time and I AM IMPRESSED. Aileen and Jocelyn were sooo friendly and helpful as I was trying on tons of clothing. They didn't feel pushy or in-genuine when suggesting new items or giving me advice on how things were fitting. If you come here you will encounter staff who are knowledgeable and honest! read more

I stopped in while on vacation and really loved this shop. It has cute neutral colors and I felt like the prices were affordable but the pieces are still quality. I got a cute sweater that is so soft and nice and light. They have cute jewelry too! read more

Their boutique always looks so nice. They offer water as soon as they greet you. The collection of clothing is right on trend and classic. Quality is amazing. I can't wait to wear my top. read more

I was in Stitch and Feather on Mother's Day with my boyfriend and these girls were the absolute nicest! They added stuff to my dressing room that they thought I would like and gave their opinion on how I could wear the things I tried on. I specifically talked to Teegan and Brooke, and they made the time I spent in there so nice! The store was great, but it was the people who really made it a good experience! read more

I love this location. the staff here are always so kind to me and my baby, they are so sweet to her when I am trying on clothes. I come here often as a new mom - to get a little me time and of course to find the cutest clothes! read more

Thanks to the lovely ladies working today who made my shopping experience so lovely! Was greeted and helped with finding new sizes. When I found a pair of leather shorts I loved, both ladies offered to pick out a matching top and accessories. I was even offered water! Top notch customer service; I'm sure to be back :) read more

Just a shout out to say that I wandered in to Stitch and Feather a lovely professional gal by the name of Taryn was kind enough to find me age appropriate items that I was more than happy with! Very accommodating and polite. What I refreshing surprise. Keep up the good work. Thank you thank you Georg-Ann read more

I went shopping at this boutique in Seal Beach for the first time today and was very impressed with the clothing selection (very cute and modern), but what actually BLEW ME AWAY was the customer service. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ari, Taylor and Katie. These girls went WAY above and beyond to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. I happened to have gone shopping alone today, but felt like I was surrounded by girlfriends! I walked out with a few new outfits and cannot wait to come back for more! These girls made my shopping experience exactly what it should be - FUN! Sadly, many boutiques in the area are seriously lacking in the friendly and polite department, but not Stitch and Feather in Seal Beach! Keep up the good work ladies! Whoever is in charge - PLEASE give these girls a raise! I simply cannot say enough good things about them! read more

My favorite shop ever!! The ladies are so sweet & helpful, the bohemian style is so inviting & my hubby can literally walk in and KNOW that he will pick something I love!! The bonus is their location: Main St @ Seal Beach ! read more

EDIT: The customer Service Manager at Stitch and Feather corporate called me and apologized for my experience. She listened to me and let me know that this circumstance should have never occurred and promised me that my experience would be used as an example in stores that there should be some humanity and exceptions to their bathroom policy. She also took into consideration my previous shopping experiences. Because I have expressed my frustration to management regarding my shopping experience at the Seal Beach location and never received a phone call back; I am giving Tanya specifically a huge thumbs up and came back here to change my review. Thanks for listening and putting your customers first. I have been a stitch and feather customer for years now. I get gift cards for friends, employees and frequent the shop weekly for myself. Over the last several months I have noticed how cruddy their customer service and quality have become. I have had issues returning merchandise that is defective and unworn with tags still on it, and the customer service in the store is pushy and rude. Today I searched in seal beach for 20 minutes then stood in a 20 minute line with my 3 year old to purchase $1000 of gift cards for our company. I get to the front of the line and my son had to use the restroom so bad to the point where he was holding his privates. I asked if he could use the restroom and they said no and I could go to another establishment and come back. To which I replied I just sat in a 20 minute line to purchase gift cards. The lady looked at me completely helpless. The Lady was their STORE MANAGER ARI. The worst part is there is a restroom that I have used before. I understand that there are store policies but there is also just being humans and kind. So long Stitch and Feather. I really hope it was worth it. You just lost a good customer of yours. read more

This place is awesome! I was greeted within seconds of entering. The lady offered me water and asked if she can help with anything. As I walked around 2 other ladies let me know they are here if I needed them. They were all nice and it really made my day. I got so much for the price I paid and I'm excited to wear everything on my vacation. Also they were so informative on when new arrival are here and they made sure to ask me if I've shopped with them before. I highly recommend going there. Thank you! Lisa read more

This store is amazing! I came in here today with my husband and the store is organized and clean. Easy to spot cute outfits. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I ended up getting a bodysuit, white jeans and 2 belts! I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone that's looking for trendy outfits at reasonable prices. read more

Can I start by saying I have become a regular here over the past 6 months and I can't stop! Not only is the store located on Main St in Seal Beach (a lovely afternoon stroll) but it's just so easy to shop here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming they are eager to help if you need it, or just to start your dressing room as you pole clothes into your hands. One of my favorite things about this brand is I can shop online and place things on hold at the store to come try on or purchase. And that is a great feature, since things typically sell out quickly! Also when you go into the store they carry some extra things that they don't typically sell on their site, so I'm always finding more things I need! I'm always a happy customer when I leave, and I love supporting this local business! read more

I have been a huge fan of this store since they opened, but this past year I feel that the quality has really declined. I love the home stuff, but the clothing is very hot or miss. They used to carry a good mix of stuff with quality brands like Rolla's, Spell, Cleobella, and Kivari. Now everything is just like the garment district generic stuff that every cheap boutique carries. I'd love to see them bring those brands back. I hate leaving this kind of feedback because the service is always great. Just not loving the buying as of late. read more

Needed some summer dresses for my mothers birthday and came to the right spot! A definitive California beach boutique. Everything in it looked like it was suitable for wearing at Coachella. Tons of flowy fabrics with a boho-chic feel. The nice thing about the store is that everything we looked at was priced pretty reasonably. The only downside were the employees. They weren't very friendly, and when my friend and I were checking out, were downright rude. When the woman was done swiping my friend's card, she limply held out her hand to return it while not even looking at her. She did thank us after the transactions, but it really wasn't genuine. Disingenuous service aside, this is a neat store with decently priced bohemian-wear. read more

Love this boutique! It's one of the larger boutiques on Main St. in Seal Beach and the ambiance is so open and inviting. Like others have mentioned, it's a combination of Free People meets Anthropologie. Before those names scare you away because of the high prices typically associated with them, let me be the first to say... For a boutique, prices are not only fair, but cheap in my opinion. Stitch & Feather carries the trendiest and cutest dresses/tops/bottoms of whatever season we are in, and the price tags are never intimidating. I've even done my research and looked online for some of the pieces I fell in love with here to see if I could find for cheaper. Believe me, they don't jack up the prices or rip you off here. So rest assured, whatever you're buying is at market value. Or... it might be even lower. You heard me. It might be even lower in this store than what you would find online. I found some cute bangles with real gemstones in the store and thought, geez $40 is way too much for a bracelet, I'm positive I'll find it for cheaper on Etsy. Went on Etsy and, sure enough, the same bracelet with real gold detailing and gemstones was $58. ALSO, LADIES, ATTENTION: They sell authentic QUAY sunglasses here. Yes, Quay sunglasses which are only accessible online shipped from Australia. HERE. In the flesh. So you can try them on before purchasing. All Quay glasses online are typically $50 + shipping. Here in the store, Quay glasses are $45 a pair. ...BLESS YOU, STITCH & FEATHER. On top of beautiful clothes and delicate accessories, they have the most delightful fragrance and bath products, and even a cards section with quirky birthday/ i love you/ just because cards. Staff is stylish yet approachable and friendly. I've always been asked how I was doing and if I needed any assistance. read more

This store is the best! My two favorite things: first, the customer service is amazing and the staff will help you pick outfits/make recommendations/find other clothes that pair with what you pick out, and they really make shopping there a fun experience. However, if you prefer to shop on your own, they are good about that too. Second, they get new shipments every week so if you don't find something that day (unlikely though!) they always have new, cute stuff coming in. Love this place so much! Also Ariel is the fantastic, and I love when she helps me out :) read more

Wow just popped in here after meeting girlfriends for happy hour. Had one hour left to myself before heading home to the fam... so wandered into here. And the ladies working tonight- AMAZING! I said... "I need ideas, a refresher. I'm kid free and would love some new jeans and tops and some basics." And these awesome ladies were sooo sweet, encouraging, helped me break out of my comfort zone. I spent waaaay too much but got so many great basics for the holidays/ fall/ winter. Thank you stitch and feather for becoming my new favorite one-stop spot. I'm sooo over the mall so I will definitely be back for the amazing customer service and reasonable prices. It's hard to find boutique places reasonably priced that actually help you! LOOOOK AT ALL THIS CUTE STUFF I GOT! I'm a new woman! Xoxox read more
