Poor customer service. I tried in a dress that was on the floor by mistake and the worker realized this and did not let me know until I tried to purchase the product. Once at the register let me know she saw me in the dress and "hoped I didn't want it" because it was not in the system yet. When saying I wa disappointed and to please be more aware of it, she said it's not her fault because people grab things and she was working alone. Yet noticed me trying on the dress and hoped I didn't want it. . .rude employee pushing the issues off on her manager who was not there. read more

Edison Rd is a cute little dog friendly boutique off of Main Street in Seal Beach. The sales associates were friendly and very amused by my newly trimmed and bathed dog. Even the woman in the dressing room didn't mind my dog sneaking under the curtain of her room - opps! They have cute accessories!!! I saw some cute belts for $7+ and lots of wonderful clothing for Spring. I loved how some dresses and tops were very unique yet not too over the top that you wouldn't be able to wear it on a normal day. (I know what you're thinking, the petite aka vertically challenged girls can get away with the long tops as dresses ;) Basic tank tops and sweaters were in the mix, which is incredibly handy if you need an article of clothing after a trip to the beach. Such a cute & trendy boutique with quality finds. This store has really cute pieces from tops, to maxis to bralettes to skirts. The store isn't cramped and had 3 fitting rooms. They offer some cute jewelry pieces at the front by the register too! The girl working was super friendly, offered to start fitting rooms & never gave an un-friendly/judgmental type vibe that some boutique places often do. **Highly recommend if you're ever in the area!! I received a gift from here on Christmas. I wanted to do an exchange (not a return), but because I didn't have the receipt or the card it was purchased with, they wouldn't help me. The item still had all the tags and is brand new...and it's a GIFT. How am I supposed to get the card it was purchased with when it's a gift?! I could understand if I was trying to return it and get money back, but I wanted to do a simple exchange. I guess Goodwill is gonna get a brand new item. The girls here are ALWAYS so helpful and friendly. It's such a great shopping experience every time. I'm 6 months pregnant, and I refuse to buy maternity clothes, so I've been trying to find cute stylish clothes that can accommodate my bump, but also that I can wear still when I'm not pregnant anymore. This is a very tedious and difficult task, as you can imagine, and it takes a lot of patience. But every time I come to this store, I've been able to find something that I end up falling in love with and leaving with. The ladies today were just so awesome. They searched the store for different outfits for me, and just made me feel so great in the selections I ended up making. I went in today and really had such a bad experience that I had to write. I walked in and there were two or three girls working in there, there were only two other customers in the store at the time, and no one said hello. They were involved in a conversation amongst themselves which is fine, not the best first impression, but I began to look around. I grabbed a few things, and still not a word. No one asked to start me a room, or if they could hold my things at the front. At this point I was the only customer in the store. I made my way around and wanted to try on. I let myself into a room, and still not a word. At this point I just felt strange. Could've bought a few items but felt so crappy, that I decided to just leave. And not even a word when I finished in the dressing room and walked out!! I've had this happen in this location a few times, with the girls just having a bad attitude or being really unhelpful, but I keep giving it another chance because the clothes are cute! But I don't think I'll be back after this. You can find cute clothes everywhere on the street, and the other shops have much more friendly and attentive staff! read more

My wife loves this store! She goes there every time we are in Seal Beach and loves the owners. This last time we were there she bought too many blouses and she brought em over to Woody's where I was enjoying a cold one. Window display is cute, right? Sure, it's Coachella meets Free People mixed with a little beach and country glam and you're not sure if you could rock this style on a regular basis, but go inside and take a gander. New items come in regularly, which is exciting, but it can be a hit or miss. Some stuff is overpriced ($49 for a t-shirt) but some are total treasure bargains ($20-something for a pair of trendy printed bell bottom pants). It averages out, so my final takeaway is that this store is pretty affordable. MEN, if you're looking to buy stylish clothes for your girlfriends/friends/daughters etc (age 16-25) get yo ass in this store. It will practically do your job for you. They're gonna love it. Brands include Honey Punch, Audrey, Cotton Candy LA, etc. I love that, even though the clothes here blatantly follow trends and buy into the whole boho babe festival hippie hype that's going around right now, they still manage to be pretty unique and great quality. If you're sick of buying the same exact clothes that other girls are buying from stores like Forever 21, come in here for some creative finds. Jewelry is super cute too. Right now they're carrying delicate gold jewelry that's simple and good for layering. Customer service here is pretty good as the girls are friendly and will answer any questions you have. This store does have some super cute items at a wide range of prices. Where i have an issue is the customer service was not so good. I called regarding two long dresses i purchased. Hand washed in cold and hung to dry. When i went to wear them they had shrunk...a lot. I am 5'4 and both dresses that once hit the floor now both were well above my ankles. Very disappointing. When i called to ask about a refund or exchange i was told if i didn't have a receipt there was nothing they could do for me. Apparently it was unheard of that this dress shrunk. But the friends i have that had these same dresses had the same complaint. When i asked to speak to a manager she never called me back but had another associate call me. When i asked her to please have the manager/owner call me back she never did. Please beware the quality of the clothing in this store is not amazing and the store is not willing to stand behind their product. I will no longer be shopping at this store. read more

Very friendly and pleasant store, with a pretty nice selection. Their accessories are even better, super cute! I love their scarf selection, and depending on the season they have lovely jackets, tops, shorts, all sorts of cute things. (Especially in the summer. Cute sandals too!) Not everything is always trendy or very cute at all times, but there's variety and so there are some awesome finds to be had. And also, the selection changes regularly, so if you don't like what they have at one point you might find a bunch of awesome stuff the next time new things come in. Be careful with the pocket watches though. They have a lot of cute ones, but the quality of those is pretty low, unfortunately. It's really a pity because they look awesome. I love this kind of decorative pocket watch, but it's rare for one of them to last long. I love love love this store. I have found numerous unique clothing items here, and my closet is now dominated by clothing from this store. They have shirts and skirts from the softest fabrics, and I think they are extremely reasonable. Definitely Urban Outfitters/ Anthropologie style without being as pricey. Seriously, discovering this store has made shopping so much easier. I always have unique clothing in my closet thanks to this store, and for that I am especially grateful. I love this store. Most of their clothing is reasonably priced for a boutique. Most of the girls when you walk in are friendly and engage in conversation with you. This is not always true for boutique like store. Usually because the owners are not always there to keep everyone attentive. The owner should be aware that the employees working yesterday were too busy socializing with each other and some friends who came in to say a single word to me. Really not pleased with this store lately. I would recommend either going to Isabelles cabinet or stitch and feather if you want great service, helpful and nice girls and a great experience. Elison Rd. is not the place for any of those. This used to be my absolute favorite store. Recently every time I have come in no one helps me, the girls are rude, and I feel so uncomfortable. My husband bought a gift for me here for Valentine's Day. The sweater was too short to cover my pregnant belly, so I attempted to return it the following day. I was told by the clerk that there were no returns, only exchanges. While not ideal, I said OK and begin shopping for a replacement. Shortly thereafter, the clerk asked if I had the purchase receipt. I told her I did not, reiterating that it was a gift. She said she couldn't exchange the item unless I had a receipt or could convey the last four digits of the credit card number my husband had used to purchase the item. I could not get a hold of my husband at work and had driven all the way from Long Beach to this location. Even so, they would not deviate from their highly restrictive and inconvenient company policy that operates to the detriment of its customers. I will never, never shop here because of its ridiculous policies that screw over its patrons. I regret I'm going to have to come back again and engage in this charade. read more

Greatest clothing store to hit Seal Beach! They have a very wide selection of clothing, purses, and accessories that you cant find anywhere else. The owner is amazing and has excellent taste in the current fashion trends. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The prices are extremely reasonable and the clothing is very durable.
