Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service Experience…read more Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent shopping experience at your Seal Beach location. I arrived at the store before closing time and was interested in making purchases. However, at approximately 6:40 PM, the music was turned off, creating the impression that customers were being encouraged to leave before the posted closing time of 7:00 PM. Around 6:35 PM, I attempted to use a fitting room, but all fitting rooms were locked. There were no available staff members to assist me or explain the situation. Later, at approximately 6:52 PM, I was ready to make a purchase but again could not find any employee available to assist me at the register. When I finally received assistance, the customer service I experienced was rude and unprofessional. I felt unwelcome and was treated as though I was inconveniencing the staff despite being in the store during normal business hours. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Customers should be able to shop and receive courteous service until the advertised closing time. I hope you will address these issues with your staff and ensure that future customers are treated with respect and provided proper assistance.

There's so much to see! This shop is located at The Arbor, a neighbor of Shenandoah At The Arbor, a wonderful restaurant! Except for the sign out front, you'd think this was a residence rather than a store! Inside is chock-full of many things! Be careful walking around so you don't tip anything over! Some of the things that caught my eye were the teacups, vintage toys, & fun trinkets. They also sell garden signs, clothing, and cards! When we visited this past Sunday, they were having an Open House. They were offering hot dogs, nachos, sweet treats, and lemonade. Super welcoming and generous of them! I hope to shop longer next time I'm in the area! ~~~~~~~~~~~ *I noticed that the business name for the Yelp Page did not match the name of the store, so I asked Yelp to make the correction and they did! There is no "C" in Stik. I'm surprised nobody edited it in 14 years!

If you're looking for a good shoe store this is a place to go in Seal Beach. I decided to get me the Hoka shoes. Considering I have back problems and knee problems and I walk my puppy twice a day. These shoes feel so light and they feel great on my feet. These are wide shoes and my toes are not feeling squeezed in. So if you have wide feet, they got a variety there for you too. Keep up the great work young ladies.

I was surprised that the business is owned by a very entrepreneur. She was so friendly and sweet as well as the entire staff. During that occasion, I was able to see their beautiful dresses and accessories with the cherry blossom motif. I love cherry blossoms and I thought all the items were all carefully selected and so cute but honestly, I thought it's best suited for the younger crowd. We were treated with some bites and teas. There were some arts and crafts lessons available for kids and young adults. There were raffles and games. I didn't win anything but I had fun. Before I left, I went through the entire product display again and wasn't able to resist getting the cherry blossom purse. I haven't used use it though because I think it's too girly for my age. I've gotten most of my Gorjana pieces at this location (now I also visit the new Cerritos location…read morewhich is closer to me). Although further, this location is so conveniently situated at the 2nd and PCH plaza which has kids activities during the summer and some good restaurants we frequent. So it never feels like I'm just traveling further for the store. Anyway, for the store itself, I've gotten several 14k gold pieces and they're very dainty and delicate which I like. I accidentally broke one of my bracelets but it was very easy to replace and when it wasn't available in store, it was shipped to my home pretty quickly. For the non fine jewelry there are a lot of options. One downside for me is that I can't wear the earrings. I asked before if they're nickel free but I wasn't really given a straight answer so I just don't buy the earrings out of fear that it won't work out for me. I have bought gold earrings and they're great. Service has been friendly and helpful for me. Because it's such a family friendly plaza with events specially geared towards kids, I've walked in with my two kids several times before. Sometimes kids and jewelry stores just don't go together lol but I've always felt welcomed with my kiddos here (and yes, I'm extra mindful that they not grab or drop pieces). Overall, I like the location.

Despite the piece being gold plated, the coloring looks so fake and feels like I'm wearing a piece of children's jewelry. I can't layer it with any other gold plated jewelry from other jewelry stores because the coloring from gorjana is far too yellow. Definitely think twice about purchasing any gold plated pieces from here and make sure it fits the color palette you are personally going for. Apparently the unusual coloring is intentional--customer support has told me that the jewelry is designed with a "bright yellow gold tone. This is part of the gorjana aesthetic and gives the piece a vibrant, eye-catching finish. Because of this, it may appear more yellow compared to solid gold or other gold-plated pieces when layered."
