Normally I'm a major fan of Nordstrom Rack, but I did find this location to be a bit lacking. I recently visited to find a dress / outfits for a wedding I attended in Mexico. I was pretty bummed to find that their selection of elevated dresses was relatively limited. In fact, a large majority of the options felt dated or incredibly picked through. Besides the women's clothing department, this NR also offered a small selection of accessories and home goods. A huge portion of the store was dedicated to shoes and male clothing. So this might be the right NR if you're in the market for these items! read more

I enjoyed how well organized this store was. This store is well maintained and well merchandized. I found a pair of comfortable shoes at a very low price. This is a smaller store than what I'm accustomed to but they had a verity of designers and sizes. It appears they were a large mark downs on most of their inventory, and I found so many great deals. Nordstrom Rack is one of my favorite stores, especially when they have sales. Lol. Workers here are so nice and helpful you cannot go wrong at Nordstrom Rack's locations. The Racks stores Carry mostly items that have been discontinued or due to new styles being brought in. I've seen items here that I would think were made specifically for the Rack stores. You will find some nice shoes, dresses blouses, pants, purses,make up, all these items are limited to what they have in store. Prices are not cheap but fair. Not much of a selection on girly under cloths garments. Love this store. read more

It's not my go to store to buy clothing but my girl loves to take a look at some of the name brands hoping that she will find a bargain deal. I checked out the luggage area and it's unfortunate that these big name brands are making junk luggage that will fall apart after a few vacations. I love looking through the t-shirts hoping to see a shirt I cannot pass up, but I found nothing I really wanted in my size. read more

Went to return Christmas gifts that didn't work out. The line was insane. They only got 3 associates at the front. Right when I get to the front one in a periwinkle top older woman with curly hair and glasses leaves (not calling anyone else to cover the front). Then the other one that should be talking me wearing all black/hair on a bun/older/heavy set decided to start breaking boxes (completely unnecessary). My husband was with me carrying the big box of returns, which had shoe boxes (only 4 things to return lol, but looked like more). It was very obvious that neither one of them wanted to do their jobs. The young lady that helped me, kept her composure and cheerful attitude, was an excellent representation of what used to be the standard Nordstrom costumer service. This was on January 4, 25. I've avoided buying from the Rack for some time mainly due to the absurdly incompetent shipping service which they use. Badly needing some items, I checked them online. To my surprise, online orders can now be shipped to a store location. Doing this may entail less convenience than a doorway delivery but everything went as smooth as can be. Five star service and amiability from Joe at the pickup desk and Kevin at the door. I notice that the same shipping service delivered the package to the store, but who cares, as long as it was there on time. No battling porch pirates, no fantasy "it's been delivered" notices, no problems. read more

Very large Nordstrom Rack, located in the Marina Pacifica Shopping center. Needed to kill a hour or so, so slowly went through the Men's section (multiple times). There were no special sales going on, which meant the selection was pretty good (hadn't been picked over too much). Three brands that were prominently displayed were Bugatchi, Penguin, and Tommy Bahamas (not silk Hawaiian shirts, but their leisure wear). read more

Oooooh Nordie! Came here to pick up an online purchase and thought I would peruse the shoe section. Lo and behold.... an extra 60% off clearance items! Yes, a pick up of one pair of shoes ended up being a purchase of five additional pairs for only $135. Not even mad... Scored a pair of plain white Cole Haan tennis shoes. Very clean looking, so would go well for a casual day in the office. Got some Dr. Scholl's Heist sneakers with the chunky rubber soles. Solid reviews and $49.97 was a great price for oxfords that are fashionable and functional. My other shoes were Dansko suede rubber bottom flats for a trip abroad I'm planning. Will be good for flat unpaved surfaces during a monsoon season. The inner soles are removable, which was a plus. The other pairs were Blondo, Clarks, and Vince Camuto. The store was packed with merchandise. Maybe the store is front loading on inventory for the Christmas season. Parking was a b*tch! Probably would be better to visit during the day. This was Sunday evening and most of the stalls were patrons of Tantalum and Acapulco. Def forgot Nordstrom Rack existed out in the Marina Pacifica. Let me just say that I've never understood the fascination with Nordstrom Rack, that is until they opened up here at the Marina Pacifica Shopping Center alongside several other store that I often frequent. I used to travel to the store in Lakewood and was never impressed. I came in today because I'm down another 15 pounds, and have an important job interview next week. I felt like I needed to reward myself with some new work duds. Not a much damage to my debit card. I made out with 3 shirts and 2 pairs of slacks for $200. I highly recommend this Nordstrom Rack store. The store has a friendly staff, and is well stocked and organized. It's located in a shopping center, with plenty of parking, so you could easily spend an entire day shopping, eating and perhaps even taking in a movie. If you're not familiar with Nordstrom Rack, come check it out. Don't expect the look and feel of a Nordstrom store. Think Ross...but more upscale, clean, and with higher price tags. read more

I recently when back to shop and didn't see her I asked and they told me she was fired because she stopped the thief I saw trying to take bags. I really love Nordstrom Rack PCH..you find new stuff every few days and the service is beyond expectations. It happened I went yesterday to buy some clothes and went inside the fitting room to try them out. There was a guy helping customers named Jahmyric who was extremely helpful. I bought some clothes and needed to know if they had bigger sizes for some items. He was so patient and tried to use his scanner to find me the requested sizes and spent some time with me. I really admire persons who work hard to please customers and help them out with love. I am a regular customer and never seen a distinguished employee like Jahmyric. read more

NR is always a "yes" especially when they have diligent staff that help customers put the clothes back, and cashiers that come to your aid as quickly as they can. They don't dilly-dally. The workers are helpful, friendly and polite! And the Nordstrom items are unique and for the most part, tasteful. read more

I would say I think Nordstrom Rack is one of the stores that I recently go to for buying shoes, sunglasses and also clothes. If you haven't been before it's a discount store that sells mainly items from Nordstrom's that might not have sold at the store and are given to this place to try to sell. I think recently though the things hat are sold here are just ok and I wouldn't say it's a super amazing deal that I need to go and buy it, right at that moment. Still I would say just go to the store and test your luck, you might find something that you weren't thinking you needed. Tip: Lines can be long during the weekends so come during the weekday to avoid lines. Also ty to avoid lunch time hours because I feel like most people will take a lunch break and just shop instead. read more

This store and the online store can't even honor their return policy. It's sad. They said I had 45 days from when stores reopened after the pandemic shutdown, but then counted it from the time of purchase and pretended their hands were tied. Not only that, but I have been treated in the past with suspicion when I have tried to return things here (not to mention being humiliated by the staff asking me my bra size loudly in front of a line of customers and male staff when I once tried to return an unworn bra). I should have learned then that I should never shop here, or on the online store. read more

So pissed off. Returned online order, everything is still in sealed original bags. The cashier made me wait 10 min after she printed the return receipt. She printed every single price tag for back-to-sale for all returned items ... she could not match the numbers. She looked at me like these bra are not the same. I asked if it's a new return procedure and she said "You returned so many so I had to check to make sure they are the right ones" (only 5! Yesenia was quick to search for the item on the floor and in the back stock room and put the items on hold. When I got to the store, I was having a difficult time choosing a color and Astrid was kind, helpful and patient with me in making my choice even though the store about to close. I really love the Nordstrom brand overall. I have never really had a bad experience at Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack. For that reason, I am a loyal, die hard customer of theirs. However my most recent visit left me feeling disappointed in the customer service. Specifically with Irma V. She had attitude right off the back, was condescending and was very rude. She was very unpleasant to interact with and made me severely uncomfortable. Luckily Kevin was fantastic and made the situation better. However moving forward, I will avoid this location. Glad to see the Rack relocate from downtown LB. This is a much better location and store. Came here the 2nd day of the opening. It was crowded. Items were well stocked and orderly. The sales associates were helpful and friendly. 25% off on all clearance items through this Sunday. I found 3 casual shirts. Opened up a Nordstrom debit card on the spot. You get up to $100 of free alterations a year with the card. Glad to have the Rack made its home in the Marina Pacifica! Now I won't have to drive down to South Coast! read more

Newly opened location (a little more than 1 month now), located at the Marina Pacifica (in the old spot where Loehman's was, right next to Ralph's and Acapulco). Plenty of parking available. My husband and I came to this location on Saturday afternoon (being out in Long Beach for the afternoon, I decided that I would check out all the Nordstrom Racks in the area that includes Lakewood and Cerritos). With this being a new location and a great space, I was a bit disappointed with this visit. The handbag department (right next to the front entrance) was rather lackluster. There were no high end brands (regardless of this being a new location, most of the other Nordstrom Rack locations that I have shopped at, which is plenty, have the good stuff) but more of the mid range brand bags, which is not what I am interested in (yes I am a bag snob, get over it). I was also disappointed with some of the selection in the shoes department (both in the designer section and the regular section). But I am sure if I lived in this area (I used to live up the street from here years and years ago), I would probably come back on a regular basis in hopes to find something good (especially since the store constantly gets new stock). I want to give a shout out to Bill, the manager at Nordstrom Rack Marina Pacifica! After reopening after COVID this store is in tip top shape. I went in when the sale was going on and was incredibly impressed with all the staff. I wanted to give a shout out to Bill because at most stores- the manager is very hands off and just walks around without helping the staff. Bill was running around and trying to make sure that every guest had a cart and answered any and all questions. I believe that Bill really dove in deep with the rest of the staff and was helping with all hands on deck. I've been a Nordstrom Rack shopper for years. This location is always very organized. I've found some good things here, but it seems to be a hit or miss. I usually come early when they first open because I am not a fan of the parking lot. People seem to drive way too fast and park in very interesting ways. The outside of the store always looks clean and the women's restroom is also clean. Will return when I am in the area. read more
