I told them what I was looking for and KC began to walk me around the store, pulled about 10 bathing suits and set me up in a fitting room. Every single bathing suit I tried on was beautiful. I instantly fell in love with the first one though and had to stop trying on the rest. The girls complimented me on every pc I tried on and I knew the compliments were genuine. They made me feel like a million bucks!!! Unfortunately, my family and I were hit with some sad news that night and I called Savannah and she was so understanding of the situation. When I stopped in the lady (without greeting me at all) snapped at me in the shortest tone to leave my tea drink at the counter. Not thinking any thing of it I replied with "gladly" as I wanted my hands free to shop the racks anyway (I figured people must've spilt their drinks in the shop at some point so no biggy). Then as I'm leaving I see there's a cute cat sleeping on the clothes in a literal Hawaiian button down shirt so I stop to pet him, I kid you not I'm petting the sweet baby and the lady again barks at me that he's napping. Yes lady, I can see that, he was totally unbothered as I pet him. Did I miss the "no petting the chill shop cat while he's napping" sign on my way in? Then I grab my drink I walk to the door, my dad's sitting at the bench right outside the door and I tell him to come check out the cute cat in the Hawaiian shirt. The cat's sleeping five feet from the door on a display shelf and again I walk in with my dad and the lady barks at me so fast "drink on the counter" in the most vile tone!! I'm 5'2", weigh 145lbs and purchased a M/L (the largest size they offer). When I got home and tried them on, it was extremely difficult just to pull them up. They barely came up, and while trying to pull them up all the way, I ended up putting a huge hole in the back/butt area. Honestly, I can't imagine how anyone taller than me could wear these. You would probably have to be under 5 feet tall to comfortably pull them up. For $27, they were not worth it at all, and I wasn't even able to wear them.

The message support is like dealing with a one-year-old child on an ADD sugar crash. It's like talking to a duck that's just finished off a handle of cheap vodka. I ordered a size 34, they sent a size 32 Jammer. Luckily I needed a 32. I decided to order a faster Jammer and a second pair of the biofuse 2.0 goggles (I had bought the mirrored biofuse 2.0 goggles and wanted a clear set for overcast days). The Jammers, goggles, and swim cap were all shipped from Speedo's return warehouse. Speedo's website is cluttered with bad swim gear. Their swimwear for non-professionals but serious lap swimmers is getting too costly. Businesses have two jobs. Care about your customers. Care about the quality and cost of your products. Speedo fails at both.

I was literally in and out - the sales associate already knew what I was looking for and asked if I needed wax. Parking here is really easy too. Unlike most places in the area. It's easily available and free. Good, right? I might have to come back the next time I need more accessories or clothes. Oh, and it's super clean. Totally dig the place. I've been to Competitive Aquatic Supply in Irvine and have seen them peddling their supplies at local swim meets. But, it wasn't until recently that I made my way to their warehouse/store in Huntington Beach. They are located in what looks like an industrial area. Parking is plentiful in their lot. They are much larger and carry more supplies than their Irvine store. As you walk in, they have suits on their bargain racks. Some great deals can be had on competition and training suits. They carry all kinds of suits including technical suits. In addition to suits, they also have fins, goggles and other equipment for swimming. The employees are nice and helpful. They can help fit you for goggles and other equipment they sell, yet they don't use high pressure sales tactics. This is a great place for swimmers, of all levels to get their gear. They have suits for both male and female. Whether you compete or swim laps, this is the place for you.

After ordering, I called three times (September 14, 15, and 17). Each time, they told me they only had one suit in stock and were waiting for the other one to arrive, but they couldn't tell me when. On top of that, their customer service was rude. Instead of helping or giving me real answers, they made me feel like I was bothering them for asking about my own order. My order finally shipped on September 24, almost two weeks later. When it arrived on September 26, there was only one swimsuit in the package, even though the packing slip listed two. I paid $170.14 and only received half of my order. I waited so long because I needed these suits for a swim meet, and it was really stressful. If you need your suits by a certain date, I'd recommend calling first to make sure they actually have everything in stock before you order.
