I approached the register to look at some wallets and it was then that the worker looked up at me but still didn't care to say a thing. Sometimes I have RBF so I purposely smiled at her but I got a forced smile/fakeass laugh in return. LOL. Damn. Next, I picked up some wallets to look inside and it was then that she came out from behind the glass and just continued to watch me. When I barely put the wallets back and moved to a different area, she started organizing the wallets as if I made a big mess but I really didn't. I should have though so that it would actually give her something to do. I continued to stay in the store for another 2 minutes to look at some purses and another pair of mother/daughter customers came in. The worker approached them immediately, greeted them with enthusiasm but was sadly ignored by them. Karma I tell ya! Honestly her lack of service made me not want to buy anything. During this visit I found a pink Furla wallet and a unique matching black/pink bag that would have easily been over $600 in a 5 minute visit. However, her unfriendliness made me not want to give a dime to this business. It's 2023 and you're working in retail, you've got to be a little bit more helpful to your customers. I received a hat from this store from my sister who is a regular customer here. My sister did not receive a gift receipt because they didn't want to provide it to her (red flag) The next day I came in to exchange for a different hat that was more expensive that I was willing to pay for. I didn't have the gift receipt obviously while tags were all still on and never worn. The manager was so rude and wanted the receipt only without even trying to see what we can do instead. As a leader of that store, customer service and being flexible is key. She had no leadership skills and even the employees were so ill trained. While shopping for a different item, the employees kept staring at my husband and I...not even asking if we need help. This is a very LOW class store...never again as I'll be telling my friends and sister to never go back. After the holidays I plan to speak to the owner as to understand how the service of this store functions as I've never received such horrible low class service before.

The section itself has figures prices above what they should be so the figure selection is just pricey compared to you buying it yourself. The service was meh they don't really talk to you unless you're buying something. As a tip if you wanna buy a figure you see go online or AMIAMI and you'll probably save yourself an insane amount

Our church had a 40th Anniversary celebration and decided to have shirts printed. We had white shirts that needed a design on both front and back sides. We actually were going to print with another company however, the communication was not 100. So, we looked for other print shops and stumbled on Sanbon. The great reviews here pushed me to contact them right away. I sent the request on a Saturday night around 11pm. Robin replied back within a few minutes, and might I add wayyyy past business hours, BUT he was able to communicate everything I needed to know for an easy printing process. The next day, he already sent me the final price per each shirt and A MOCK of how the shirts would look like with the design we sent. HOW DID WE GET SUCH GREAT SERVICE WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS?! Due to the last minute request, he did suggest a waterbase print instead of oilbase, which we were totally okay with. Granted, our shirts were white with neutral font colors, but we were ecstatic that our budget was met with their quote. Shirts were dropped off Monday at noon and since we had children sizes that ranged from youth to infant Robin was cool enough to explain how the design will look on the smaller sizes, loved that he was very informative about that! so, after the drop off... get this, THE SHIRTS WERE FINISHED THAT EVENING! We picked up the shirts the next day on Tuesday. Once we picked up our shirts, they looked great. We are super happy with the experience from start to finish and can't wait to use them again for our future printing orders. Here's a photo sample of the design (it's on kid's shirt though). I'm sure it's a case by case depending on how many shirts you have to have had them printed so quickly but, we've dealt with other businesses before and SanBon was great and showed us they put their customers first. If yelp had Michelin Stars, SanBon definitely deserves one!

We stopped by at least three or four times, and each visit, she offered thoughtful advice and tips, never rushing us. She helped us find the perfect tux, and her support didn't stop there, she guided us through fittings, accessories, shoes and alterations, making sure everything was just right. Beyond her expertise, Aleena took time to get to know us and made us feel completely at ease. She truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process.
