The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star. The staff is friendly, They do not have the biggest selection but they do carry a wide variety of modern style clothing and it's perfect for work gear and t shirts. The prices are decent as well.

The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

They had their official opening June 1-7 and ran promotions to encourage people to stop by to shop: any purchase would get you a free eyeliner and any purchase of $25 or more would get you a free lipstick. Lots of women stopped in to peruse the racks. They had some special prices on items outside which were marked down slightly from their tagged prices, like basic tees which were 3 for $18. I was interested in a top in the window and the saleswoman pulled it for me to try on. There is only one dressing room, but it's a good sized space to try on clothes. They have disposable face covering guards for protecting the clothes if you're wearing makeup and need to pull something on over your head. The top fit, but it wasn't my style. I did see other cute tops and items, but nothing I had to have that day. Prices varied based on the item and details - some of the nicer pieces could be around $35-60 while peacoats and winter down jackets were closer to $80-150. I would come back if I was visiting The Source. It seems like they always have new items in store and it's a good option for those looking for Korean fashion that could be sophisticated or fun without spending too much. Hello, This was at the fashion Q plus (which is right in…read morefront of the store) I wanted to let everyone know that I'm not trying to make them run out of business. I actually love their clothes there unfortunately I think I'll just shop online from now on, but I love going in person. I love shopping. I love checking out the new outfits they have, however Not once but twice this incident has happened. I'm not sure if she's the manager of the place or the owner of the place but one day I was trying to get a dress from top of the rack and I asked if the lady can help me reach it from the top rack she said, of course she went over and tried to help me, however, when she asked me about the size, I said XL she looked up and down at me and said oh, but you're a 3XL you're not a one XL . Due to my medical condition obviously I cannot lose weight. Sometimes I lose weight sometimes I gain weight and I cannot control unfortunately, this lowered my self-esteem of going shopping in person every time I go to the store I worry if they will judge me again. that's the only place I know that has a plus size store this happened again this weekend. I wanted to try on some cute shorts for myself and I thought that I gained some weight and I thought I was a three XL I came out of the dressing room and I let the lady know that unfortunately I will still continue looking for another size because they were too big for me. She looked at me up and down and said "too big ?" and a surprised look. I honestly felt super uncomfortable after that and I left the store. I didn't say anything, but I left the store. I didn't wanna buy anything anymore and I didn't wanna go to any other stores. I felt ashamed. Also, they do follow me around the store as if I'm going to steal something.
