The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

I found a cute little pink dress instead of a little black dress, even though I would have preferred black dress since its my favorite color but the pink is another favorite of mine too. They only had a gray and pink one. It's just a simple little dress for summer but they do have a lot of items just nothing that fit right for me that day. But the employees are friendly. They have fitting rooms to try stuff on. I'm sort of picky when it comes to clothes so I'm sure other people would find something here even though I didn't. Its nice for basic everyday wear, but once in a while you can find some super cute clothes that isn't too expensive either. Everything else is quite expensive for what you're getting. You can expect to pay $25 above for polyester. I would compare most of the stuff in this store to shein level. The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star. The staff is friendly, They do not have the biggest selection but they do carry a wide variety of modern style clothing and it's perfect for work gear and t shirts. The prices are decent as well.

Came here yesterday for the first time. We've lived down the street for some time, but it was…read morefriends coming into town that saw it on Instagram that finally had us waiting in line! We were on the hunt for squishy dumplings, butter, and Needohs. We waited about 45 minutes and they opened promptly at 4. We were third in line. We got in fairly quickly. It's a tiny little shop, but full of stuff that's sold out everywhere marked up about 5x. However, how much is your time worth when searching endlessly? The guys inside were super nice and helpful. I felt totally rushed, but not because of the employees, but because there was so many other people waiting outside. They were very patient with my son as he couldn't figure out what he wanted. He ended up choosing a Pokémon toy that I'm certain I could have got somewhere else. He cried when we left because he really wanted a dumpling like his sister so I'm sure we will be back to wait in that line sometime soon! My daughter immediately opened her big and small dumpling as soon as she walked out the doors and the smaller one had a hole in it. She marched right back in and the older gentleman gave her no grief and immediately replaced it. I was highly impressed as she would have been super bummed, but also he didn't have the obligation to do so! It looks like they may have popped and they resealed them and still sold them. You could see the glue bubbles on the pumpkin on the left and then you could see the white foam coming from inside. Also Christmas cat has white foam on the outside. My advice would be to inspect items thoroughly before purchasing.
