She always gives great styling suggestions and somehow manages to recommend pieces I wouldn't normally pick for myself but end up loving. She really makes the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. The styles are always great, they get new arrivals every Tuesday, and every visit feels like a VIP shopping experience. But the last couple times coming I didn't find a lot. Maybe the styles are just not for me lol. But I did come in the other day to do some shopping therapy and see if they had anything new. I found a cute little pink dress instead of a little black dress, even though I would have preferred black dress since its my favorite color but the pink is another favorite of mine too. They only had a gray and pink one. It's just a simple little dress for summer but they do have a lot of items just nothing that fit right for me that day. But the employees are friendly. They have fitting rooms to try stuff on. I'm sort of picky when it comes to clothes so I'm sure other people would find something here even though I didn't. Its nice for basic everyday wear, but once in a while you can find some super cute clothes that isn't too expensive either. I recommend coming here, since forever 21 closed near me this is my go to place lol besides the mall. Didn't look good, so I'm just leaving now 2/23 to return. They only do an exchange or store credit. It hurts these Asian b*tches to give back $1.11 Keep in mind I had already exchanged that 1 shirt for 4 items and they still couldn't give me back the $1.11 This was the first and last time I shop with them. If you shop here make sure you're positive you're not going to want to exchange anything. They cry for $1 back.

Could have been better…read more Staff was not very friendly, they just walked right pass you without looking at you or maybe a "Hello, welcome to Fashion Q" or "Can I help you with anything?" My wife says that it has always been like that. She used to come shop here years ago when she lived closer to the plaza. The place is clean and organized, they do have lots of clothes, shoes, and some accessories. Also, they do have fitting rooms. Prices are ok. The staff is actually constantly cleaning and spraying and disinfecting everything, as I was waiting for my wife and daughter sitting by the fitting room, one of the staff just shower the shoe stand in front of me with a lot of disinfectant, she did that about three times in 10 minutes. I started to get a huge headache so I had to step out and get some fresh air. Daughter and wife did find some nice dresses there!

The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star.
