I thought I wrote a review for this store but I guess I didn't? I like this store they have a lot of cute clothes to choose from and accessories, shoes and bags. But the last couple times coming I didn't find a lot. Maybe the styles are just not for me lol. But I did come in the other day to do some shopping therapy and see if they had anything new. I found a cute little pink dress instead of a little black dress, even though I would have preferred black dress since its my favorite color but the pink is another favorite of mine too. They only had a gray and pink one. It's just a simple little dress for summer but they do have a lot of items just nothing that fit right for me that day. But the employees are friendly. They have fitting rooms to try stuff on. I'm sort of picky when it comes to clothes so I'm sure other people would find something here even though I didn't. Its nice for basic everyday wear, but once in a while you can find some super cute clothes that isn't too expensive either. I recommend coming here, since forever 21 closed near me this is my go to place lol besides the mall. Thank you so much for fantastic service, I hope you bring more summer dresses and tops in cause I really do enjoying coming to this store its good priced for everyday clothes like tanks, shirts, shorts, dresses and skirts. I didn't take a picture of my dress or the store but next time I come in I will. Have a beautiful day, be kind to everyone :) Aloha read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. I shopped here on Saturday 2/21 purchased a shirt I thought was cute but needed to go home and try on the whole fit. Didn't look good, so I'm just leaving now 2/23 to return. They only do an exchange or store credit. It hurts these Asian b*tches to give back $1.11 Keep in mind I had already exchanged that 1 shirt for 4 items and they still couldn't give me back the $1.11 This was the first and last time I shop with them. If you shop here make sure you're positive you're not going to want to exchange anything. They cry for $1 back. read more

This is the kind of place you'd swing by to pick up a last minute piece before going out later in the day. The quality of their items is very much Shein/Amazon quality (maybe even less). I do love that they have really cute trendy pieces for a super affordable price! The workers here aren't bad and are very standard. You get your stuff, go up to the register, they ring you up, and then you leave. This place has a no refund policy, but you can exchange or get store credit! I would say the store was pretty well organized when I was there, but there's just a ton of basic-ish/trendy-ish Shein-esque items. read more

I'm very disappointed. The fitting rooms are closed. I asked what the refund policy is because you can't try anything on. They only offer store credit and no refund. I think that's unfair because if you're not giving me the option to try anything on. You should allow me to get my money back if the item doesn't fit me properly. I gave them back everything I picked out and I'm taking my business elsewhere. No fitting rooms and Return policy sucks. read more

This is my preferred first stop before going to forever 21 / h&m/ etc. Sure, this place is pretty crowded with clothes, and sure the employees are not very helpful, (but hey I'm one of those people who doesn't like being bothered while shopping anyway so I don't mind). Regardless, this store is in my Top 5. Whenever I come here, I have to stop myself from buying everything. You can find things here for $10 that you see at forever 21 for $20+. Most of the things I purchase here are no more than $15. Everything is a steal, even their shoes are cheap and cute. No, their clothing isn't the best quality, but neither is forever 21's clothing. Only things are I wish this was at a better mall, I have to go out of my way to come to the Orange Mall just for this store (it's worth it though). AND they need a bigger store for all their great clothes. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. If you're buying a nose ring from here BEWARE! Never found anything here except the the nose rings. Asked for a few today and the sales associate picked them with her own fingers. She then dropped two and added it back into her hand after contact with the floor. Mind you this was not a drop and pick up (that still would disgusted me) but it was the first ones and they were laying there while she was getting the other ones. I then saw her trying to put them with the clean ones and asked her nicely not put the dirty nose rings with the clean. She then proceeded to tell me I requested a certain amount (which I did) but girl. I'm good with the ones that didn't touch the disgusting floor. I couldn't believe she was going to still sell me the other ones. I didn't see her throw them away so I'm assuming they are sitting back in the case. I could never come back after this, my trust was lost. read more

Shittiest place ever. Asian ladies are bitches and have the worst customer service. Spent 161$ on a Friday loved everything and threw my receipt away. The very next day the jeans I just spent 30$ on broke, the zipper just broke that easily. Went back and explained how that's unfair I spent a lot of money. Just wanted the same pair of pants. Said she's order some and call me never did went back a week later and she said there was nothing she could do. I get it no receipt no exchange or refund but seriously I just spent all this money and it breaks just like that. At least have common curtesy to replace the jeans. Greedy bitches. read more

I haven't been to the orange mall since probably 1996; with good reason- today I saw gang bangers just chillin', moms that were way too large and had way too many kids and places like Dairy Queen, that I will never need to eat at in my life. Yet I trekked on to Fashion Q- set up just like forever 21 but with much lower prices, same quality. There is no service or help, but who cares, I don't like to be bothered anyways. Good choice for a clothing chop shop, pricing was spot on, selection huge. read more

Alright yea I'm a guy, and yeah I'm givin it 4 stars. My wife likes shopping here and I don't blame her. Good clothes at stunningly low prices. We were going to Chicago during the winter and she got a very decent and warm winter coat here for 20 friggin bucks. Yeah it can be a mess and cramped in here but its worth it. Also avoid the location at Anaheim Plaza, see my review there... read more

Don't shop here . The Asian lady that works in this location treats her employes very very bad In front of costumers . She also don't let u try a outfit if it is on a mannequin . Even if the the last piece and only size. She also only give u credit back in store only no refunds . And lot of item are final sale so no exchange or anything . read more

I agree to all these reviews im not sure if she an assistant manager or what she is but its an asian skinny lady on the front floor, shes always mad and throws the change and bag on the counter! I been here twice and both time ive felt shitty service! Hope they fix this cause this lady is rudeeeee! read more

If I need some retail therapy and I don't want to put things on my credit cards or --as my friend so brilliantly calls them--"we-regret cards"-- I come here. I can do all the splurging I want without the actual splurging. Fashion Q has my loyalty over Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe. When I want a new outfit for a hot date... I come here on a whim. When I try things on and admire myself in the mirrors, I must buy everything... and I can without breaking my bank! Stylish and quality clothes... and you'd never know how cheap I really am. ha! read more

The two stars is for customer service only. When you walk in no one greets you which is fine with me. The girl working in the fitting room tonight was friendly but the girls in the floor/ register weren't . Store says it closes at 9PM but at 8:30 they turned off the music & lights. OKKAY?? Shouldn't you be doing that at 9? What really bothered me was the fact that I wasn't done paying when another girl jumped on the register I was being ringed up on & started helping the person behind me. The poor girl was still stapling my receipts together when the other customer was being told her total. Totally unprofessional ! The clothes are inexpensive & if you're like me & rather spend your money on Lululemon then this is the store to shop at for regular clothes. I paid 25$ for 2 pair of jeans. Not too bad, but i'll try my luck at another location where im not being rushed to leave 30 minutes before they advertise they close. read more

The store would have 5 stars if the customer service was better. So to be straight forward it's a cheapo-asian store, BUT, the prices are actually amazing and so is the selection of clothes. The stuff is really cute and trendy, not just plain and young looking like most similar places. 3 stars because the customer service was horrid. I was in the place for 40 min and not one worker acknowledged that I was even there. For me, this personally isn't a problem. At a place with tops for $5, I could really care less. Just a heads up though.. If you're big about customer service and how you're treated, this probably isn't the place for you. Other than that, I really don't have anything negative to say. read more

This is the Brea Location, I would give it a Zero for customer service. The Asian Lady she was busy to help us. The Hispanic looking lady was down right rude. Will Never go back again. Not worth the trouble. Ruined our shopping trip. read more

Love the selection of styles/sizes/colors of all of the clothes here! The staff is also super friendly and eager to help you find what you're looking for. read more

BUYERS BEWARE.... I wanted to give zero but it won't let me... So I went to this store, I tried on the black medium shorts and they fit so to get the 50% off I grabbed the white medium.... my mistake was I didn't really look at it... my first time here... so at first she said I could exchange it then since there was no more medium she said she changed her mind I can't help im not the owner here... I asked her who the owner was and she said she can't give me her name::.. so I asked for her name she said I can't give you my name... she said we can't help you store policy... read more

The clothes here are very inexpensive and they have a great selection. It does not change often so returning often is not necessary. The prices are very reasonable but they only accept store-credit for returns, which is unfortunate. read more

this place is crazy... its SUPER cluttered in here and makes your trip here unbearable. I dont know whats up with the owner/sales associates but they seriously need to clean this place up and organize it. i could barely walk through some of the aisles since there were SO many racks of clothes everywhere. also i disliked how there was a minimum for debit card purchases ($10 min) what i do like about fashion Q is that the prices are dirt cheap and they have tons of different styles so theres a good chance you can find what you are looking for here read more

I love this store. Whenever I'm near, I always stop buy and grab a treat from here. I'll admit, the customer service isn't great, but it's not like they can do much with how the store is organized. The racks are so close together, it's hard to look through items with more than one person in the aisle. Doesn't bother me as the clothing is worthwhile and cheap, with the same if not better quality than F21. The store clerks are not going to be much help. They are courteous and polite, but honestly don't care to help you look for anything. Overall, if customer service and organization doesn't bother you, this store is great for you. Honestly, the pros outweigh the cons for me. If you're looking for a bargain, stop by here. (: read more

I love the clothes at this store , everything is so pretty. But the service here is terrible, they never ask if you need help on anything and never "try" to help you out with a clothing size or shoe size. I use to come here and shop all the time but after my experience here , never again will I come. I came looking for sandals and they didn't want to help me find my size or bother to call another Fashion Q store to see if they had them. Also, I asked where I can find a dress they had on display, the lady told me she had nomore , the dress on the manikin was the last one, I asked her if I can buy that one , she told me no and kept telling me no after I asked why if she has no more then why would she be displaying that dress. I now dislike this store and will never come again. Ps this lady was the manager read more

The Fullerton location is way more friendly then the Anaheim location. The Sales associates were friendly , the fitting rooms were clean and the Manager was really nice. The only thing is they don't have a big Plus section. read more

I spent my gift cards here, like 5 lol oops I didn't know the machine would be so slow but it gave me so much anxiety just standing there the lady didn't know how to work the debit and credit machine and it was so slow, please upgrade. Sorry I had too many gift cards, and there is no one at the fitting rooms. sometimes I just stand there until someone notices I'm there and when I'm done changing no one is there to help. read more

I am a hard person to shop for and Alejandra was willing to help me with a big smile. She was so patient, I felt so grateful to have been helped by Alejandra. I came back to shop a second time because I had such an amazing experience. Again Alejandra was incredibly helpful again. I'm going to keep coming back. read more

Literally a hole in the wall--it's messy and totally disorganized; but for me, this is the first place we go to when shopping for clothes--Forever 21 is our last resort lol. You can find what would be worth about $20+ at Forever 21 for about a fraction of the price at Fashion Q. Although the sales associates aren't really helpful, the variety and price of the stuff they sell here makes up for it. This store is pretty updated in regards to style, you can find similar pieces to what Forever 21 offers as well read more

It's ok to go if your size is XS to M in regular American size. They don't do return and probably 7 days exchange or even no exchange. Price is very low for fashion clothes and varieties are wide. Store is not small, however, loaded with clothes might make you feel very narrow, lack of room. Still worths shopping for some fashion tiny things... read more

When I got to this store there was a lady talking to the girl at the register. I don't know what the issue was but I was in the changing rooms for about 10 minutes and the woman was still at the counter when I came out. I went to pay for my clothes and I was kept waiting for...wait for it...27 minutes! This is not an exaggeration. I text my coworker right when I got in line to say I'd be maybe 5 minutes and that was exactly 27 minutes after the time on my receipt. From what I could hear the woman was having issues using her loyalty card or something. It is completely unacceptable to leave another customer waiting this long! If I wasn't raised to have manners I would have thrown the clothes across the room I was so appalled. No apology when I got to the front either. I definitely wouldn't recommend a place that treats customers this way. It's not that the girl was rude, there was just a total lack of common sense. Seriously, I will never shop here again. read more

I like that they have great sales deal. I just dont like that its only store credit for returns.

This is the best place to stop at for a last minute outfit for pretty much anything. Some of the items are cheap like forever 21, but occasionally you can find a quality item for a little bit more money. It's color coordinated which is nice, but very tight and sometimes cluttered. If you do not mind digging through some small racks, then stop by. The customer service is horrible!! Make sure you tried it on and want it. My mom bought me a jean jacket and I came to return it 9 days later and they wouldn't even let me exchange it. They are very rude people. Overall great if you need quick retail therapy. read more

This location is not as big as the Anaheim one but the clothes is still super cute. Prices are great too. Customer service could need a little more improvement. I come to this location a lot but I never shop comfortably. The associates never greet the customers or offer any help. I got a lot of attitude today. I think it will be my last time shopping at fashion q. read more

I would give a zero if I could, the so call assistant manager is really rude, she let 3 ladies cut in front of my sister and I. She lied saying they were together when they all paid separate transactions that's not being together. And then she had the courage to talk shit about me when I was paying with the other cashier and talking shit with the costumers who she let cut in front of me not only that she started raising her voice. She should not be a manager very rude ! I'm thankful that this is not the only fashion q around.... read more

I had a terrible experience with this store. I wanted to return my shoes because they were hurting me but the lady said no even when I offered to pay the difference. I left with no shoes and I returned the ones I bought. read more

I bought a dress and a cardigan from this place. The items were cute but when I got home, the sensor was still on the dress. I had to go back and get it removed the next day since it was already late. The next night when I'm getting ready to put the cardigan on for work, the buttons were coming off the garment. I went back to the store to request an exchange. I understood the return policy and didn't intend to return anything. I just wanted a non-defective item. When i went in to exchange, they were out of my size so I decided to go a size down. It didn't bother me because I'd still keep it even if it's only a little snug. But what really made me rate this place a 1 star is the fact that the lady at the register told me "no more change okay" and went ahead and marked my receipt a "final sale". That really got me upset. If you shop here make sure you check the merchandise thoroughly. They made me feel like I damaged the cardigan. This is such an inconvenience. That's the last time I'm shopping here. read more

Great prices on clothing. The price that you pay is terrible service, they won't lift a finger to help you, either to find sizes, to start a dressing room, a simple greeting you as you pay -- nothing. They couldn't care less about customer service -- but if you don't mind all of this, at least you can walk away with some cheap clothing. read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. Bought an inexpensive item, wore it that week, washed it per instructions and when hanging it up to dry found 4 holes!!! Not one but 4!!! They would no t stand behind their product and return the $4.99 I paid. I didn't expect it to last forever, but I did expect it to last for more than 1 wearing. So they would rather lose a customer than return my 5bucks for a defective garment. How stupid!!! read more
