Found a really cute little black dress with a cutout back which I have never got before, especially with my livedo reticularis (spider web rash) from my autoimmune conditions is all over my arms back and everywhere so it makes me a little insecure. But I saw this dress and just had to get it. I can never get enough black dresses or clothes lol! She helped me choose i picked out a long black dress and this one she told me the short one looked better. So happy I got it, I tried it on at home for fun why not right? The customer service is impeccable, and Izzy especially always goes above and beyond. She's incredibly personable, easy to work with, and has an amazing eye for putting looks together. But the last couple times coming I didn't find a lot. Maybe the styles are just not for me lol. But I did come in the other day to do some shopping therapy and see if they had anything new. I found a cute little pink dress instead of a little black dress, even though I would have preferred black dress since its my favorite color but the pink is another favorite of mine too. They only had a gray and pink one. It's just a simple little dress for summer but they do have a lot of items just nothing that fit right for me that day. But the employees are friendly. They have fitting rooms to try stuff on. I'm sort of picky when it comes to clothes so I'm sure other people would find something here even though I didn't. Its nice for basic everyday wear, but once in a while you can find some super cute clothes that isn't too expensive either. I recommend coming here, since forever 21 closed near me this is my go to place lol besides the mall. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse.
