She greeted me as soon as I came in the store! And she was apologetic that I had to wait, for my additonal purchase but I didn't mind. They had a little bit of a rush at the register. Zayden "Zay" is also a nice employee, he's the one that gathered the new set of limestone tiles out. I learned something everytime we've come here. Last time,a female employee helped us out with limestone tiles. I learned that the shade, caliber, and grade of tiles should all be the same on a box so that the tiles can match more. Otherwise if you get the same tile with two different shades and grades it's gonna look off and funky. Only thing is, I can't find an employee. It would be helpful if there was help buttons all around the store. That would be my only recommendation.

Not only that, per your office according to the shipping and return and refunds, shipping would not be included in the refund.
