Per our discussion today, I shared my grief regarding the advertisement that shows Image 2 as having #12 flag stoppers for $.75/each. I placed an order for 10 packages equaling and expecting 120 parts. There were only six stoppers received in a plastic bag and per our findings four of the stoppers were not a part of the mailing. As agreed today, I am returning the stoppers received (6 in all) for a full refund as offered. Not only that, per your office according to the shipping and return and refunds, shipping would not be included in the refund. Customer service had a total disregard and neglect to not see my point of Image 2 showing a package of #12 flag stoppers would be shipped to me. A true argument and disappointment. read more

I had to get the rings for my flag pole, which obviously is a small purchase, but the owner of the shop, treated me as if I were making a massive purchase. Extremely helpful and courteous. I was incredibly impressed. I can't recommend this business highly enough. Wonderful experience! read more

The Flag Shop is a great local establishment where you can find a variety of flags and banners for just about every occasion. We have been buying our American flags here for years, and we also buy seasonal flags for hanging off our porch. I love the selection and the prices are very reasonable. If any retailer answers an email inquiry within 12 hours, they're worth taking a look at! The online purchase was so smooth. Ms. Angie had my NeverFurl packaged and waiting for me long before I arrived for pickup. The store was spotlessly clean and the staff bent over backwards to try to satisfy another product inquiry. Alas, they didn't carry that 2nd item, but after this experience I'd shop here for any other flag stuff I need! A word of warning, KNOCK...THREE...TIMES... on the front door for entry. COVID-19 security measures are in effect. Oh yeah -- that other flag shop in Long Beach??? They still haven't answered my initial inquiry! Too bad, So sad for them! read more

Support your local business! My wife and I have been here a few times now and the service is always exceptional and warm. We purchased our Santa Claus flag here and that thing held up PERFECTLY... I mean PERFECTLY--we had just taken it down since it's now April and our neighbors began looking at us funny--HA! The prices are very fair... anywhere from 20-25 dollars will get you a good sized flag for any occasion. The flags are also organized well, from the bargain bins to the eventful section to the season section, so on and so forth. The staff is very knowledgable and the last time my wife and I were here the owner went as far as to go through almost every bin to find us a "CUTE ANIMAL" flag. Give the flag shop a shot and you won't be disappointed! P.S. one of my favorite sections in the store is the GARDEN flags section--they have great WELCOME flags that will make your home very inviting--unfortunately I can't shop from this section because my dogs don't discriminate on what they demolish. read more

They actually go out of their way to show you what size you need, the different types of styles, and they even offer shipping if you live far and need something custom made.
