Skin type: combo, acne prone, sensitive skin I loved this shop!!! The girls were so sweet, when I told them I couldn't use niacinamide because of my rosacea, they would read the ingredient list before recommending a product. I usually go to Moida in Ontario but I didn't want to make the drive. I'm so glad I found this spot. Customer service is way better and the products I bought were soooo good that I will be repurchasing! I haven't repurchased in a while, since switching to Korean skincare. I just try something new every time I run out but thanks to these ladies, my regimen is bullet proof! read more

This is the cutest Korean skin care store I've ever been too. The aesthetic of the shop is everything! I came here for sheet masks and fell in love with the other products they offered. Are you looking for a local K-Beauty Shop. Go upstairs and you will find the most aesthetic little shop with good lighting to try on different makeup and skincare. I walked out with two products I'm going to try on the back of my arms to make it look smooth again. I work outside during the hottest hours and so skincare products matter. Amy and my other k-beauty friends helped me find all the acronyms: PDRN, BHA, etc. She also included a variety of samples. Parking is easy. read more

Located on the second floor above little ox coffee they have all new Korean skincare and beauty. The aesthetic pink interior and organized to each brand really is fun to walk around. Also they have these amazing workshops that range from skincare classes to making keychains and so many other workshops that a lot of Korean beauty places don't have. PARKING (3/5): It's a small lot that shares with LITTLE OX COFFEE which can get pretty busy at times, but there is an overflow lot. LOCATION (4/5): It's easy to see & find! It's on the 2ND FLOOR. Great signage, starting from downstairs leading you upstairs, you can't get lost. AMBIANCE (3/5): I saw this being promoted on IG @sokitbeauty it's much cuter online than in person. It's cute in person too, but it just looks sterile, a little empty? SERVICE (4/5): If you have an idea of what you want before coming in, there is only 1 person working but they are able to recommend anything you may need. If you come in without a plan (like myself) it feels VERY OVERWHELMING. I can't read most of it and it's just all unfamiliar so I don't know what to try. Once I found something I thought I'd buy, then I'd ask which was the best option for me. PRODUCTS (4/5): $15 SUPERPROOF PEN EYELINER: liquid eyeliner that didn't smudge all day when I wore it! I'm always looking for "waterproof" eyeliner because my eyes water all day due to my allergies. $19 MADAGASCAR CENTELLA SUNSCREEN (1.69 oz): SPF 50! Can go under makeup and doesn't leave a white cast. This is one of the more popular face sunscreens. It's VERY LIGHT. Can't even tell it's on! It's a very tiny bottle. I'd definitely come back for this sunscreen or to try others. Most non-Korean sunscreens are heavy & leave a white cast and have a lower SPF coverage. read more

**Update:** I'm updating my review because the situation has been resolved. After my review, the team reached out to me and worked with me to make sure I received my face analysis report. They discovered that the original email had bounced back, so they weren't aware that I never received it. I really appreciate that they took the time to investigate the issue, communicate with me, and make things right. They offer the latest products from Korea and ranges of skincare from toners, lotions, face mask, and the list goes on~ the interior is to die for! super pink and minimalistic! I visited Sokit Beauty after watching some IG reels raving about it. I'm from San Jose visiting Orange County to attend BTS Jin's concert in Anaheim so decided to visit Sokit with my bestie. We both have hyperpigmentation that needs lightening. We met Yuna, the owner, and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She asked us questions to understand our needs and to diagnose our skincare routine. They were understaffed that day, but still took care of all of their customers needs. After consulting with Yuna, my bestie and I both purchased her recommended products. Since I didn't want to carry so many things on the plane home with me, I purchased the items on the Sokit website. The products were the same price as the store prices and with free shipping over $40. The prices are reasonable, especially for such high quality products. A few days after I got home, the package came with a personalized note from Yuna. I loved the little touch :) Highly recommend Sokit Beauty!!! They only offer items they would use themselves. Before this, I used to shop online for K-beauty products, but I would never know the integrity or quality of those products and the other websites are overwhelming with too many products and no customization or recommendations. Going to Sokit really made my bestie and I feel like VIPs with a personal skincare consultant. I'm a customer for life after such a wonderful experience at the store. read more

Loved the curation of products here - everything presented are products they recommend so you don't have to sieve through a bunch of random items you aren't sure about. Bought Mixsoon collagen glass skin mask - such a great mask - and also got some samples of Numbuzin toner and serum! Also great items I would come back for the full size. Staff are happy to help. Overall just a nice experience. Parking lot is quite small but I was able to get a spot when I stopped by. read more

The skin care analysis with 3 products included with you appointment is such a great opportunity to learn about skin, those areas that sometimes we lack and not realize, and most importantly about the solutions. Came here twice and each time the ladies working the front were both very knowlesable I didn't get name of first person that helped me but she was also super knowledge too. I love products from here because beauty products made in the USA are full of ingredients we shouldn't be putting on our faces these products are much clean. Store is very organized and stocked up. Products are amazing and cost $2-3 cheaper than other major name brand store like sephora. Love how the store is cozy and gives the friendly vibe. All the workers are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Love how they give recommendations to different skin type. I brought my daughter here because her skin has started changing and she is getting breakouts. My hairstyle recommended it and I had come across it on social media a couple times. I was able to get my daughter a five step routine for about $100. This is so much more affordable than Sephora and Ulta.The staff were so knowledgeable and knew the product ingredients so well. There were no pushy sales tactics. I plan to come back for myself and I may even bring my 20/yo son who could use some guidance on what to use for his skin type. read more

OMGGGGG love this place. Went in to check out the hype and that's exactly what it gave me. The Korean skin care was EVERYTHING I need to get me right and tight. YOONA was my girl- she give me insight and personal recommendations for all the Korean beauty brands I asked about. There were soooo many things that I love din there but for this trip my favorite purchased item was the medi cube vit C moisturizer not only did my skin feel sooo hydrated it left me with a dewy glow. The funniest thing about this location is that you can see all the boyfriends, husbands, and partners and their kids just waiting outside milling around on their phones while their S.O. is shopping inside. When I went on the weekend it was pretty packed. I liked that there are some brands you don't generally see at other Asian beauty shops and that there are samples you can, I guess smell or swatch. There's make up, skincare (serums, toners, sunblock, face wash, etc.), hair care, body care, and some household goods like those air freshener sticks. However, after a quick look through I was just ok with the prices and the selection that they have here for my own beauty and skincare needs. Some of the items are a couple dollars more expensive that what I could find online, but that's understandable. I think my only issue was the stock that they had of what was carried and the state of the samples. Most of what did pique my interest, the cute eye shadow palettes and make up, were all sold out but were still on display (10+ items like this not just a couple) and the samples that were out for swatching looked absolutely disgusting and dirty. Smeared lipstick and cream and blush everywhere, some had hair and dust and other things in it. I dipped real quick. I don't know, I've been spoiled with ShinuyaLa and I'm genuinely quite surprised there's no K-beauty shop equivalent that does it like them.

They have some cheap lotion and makeup but I'd recommended not getting them here as it's hard to return and plus the quality might not be as good. Overall a good shopping experience buying new toys and shirts for a toy drive. One less star for store being cluttered and prices not always posted. So had to bring it up to the register to get a price check. Staff was very young so when I asked for a different sized t shirt her response was "idk and what's out there is there".

I have 6 months to use this whole bottle. I used my last foundation for over a year. There is no way a foundation shelf life is only 6 months, that thing has been sitting on that shelf for years. Also, I bought Anessa sunscreen for less than $20 bucks, they sell it for $39. This place can't get rid of their make up bc of their prices and customer service so if you do end up shopping here, you'll end up with overpriced, almost expired makeup. O and they make it clear there are no refunds or exchanges. I have never encountered a beauty store that doesn't do exchanges. How will you ever try new make up at this store? What if you break out or get almost expired make up? Such a waste of money.... Don't bother going here, there's other make up stores in the mall, try them out or buy online from a reputable store

There's plenty of parking available, and the stairs in the right corner lead you to the store upstairs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to answer your questions or recommend products tailored to your specific skin type. They even offer curated mini bags with selected products, perfect for those new to Korean skincare or anyone looking to explore a variety of sunscreens. One of my favorite features is the skincare section organized by skin types, which makes finding the right products so much easier. Plus, there's an entire wall filled with all kinds of sheet mask! This place is on the 2nd floor of the strip mall it is in. How fun it is. The motif is pink and super organized. The sales ladies were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tinted moisturizer is not for everyone but i really like it since it's light and looks natural and also has spf in it to protect your skin. The girl that helped me at the counter was so friendly and helpful. I didn't need anything else so that's all I got. They have a good selection here which I appreciate since it doesn't smell of perfume like the Sephora at the mall lol, I really appreciate that.
