I recently paid a visit to Nail Labo, and I have mixed feelings about my overall experience. Let me start by highlighting the positive aspects of this nail shop. The ambiance was inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere for clients. The services provided by the majority of the staff were of good quality, leaving me satisfied with the results. The owners have clearly put effort into maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment. However, I feel it's important to address an issue I encountered with one particular employee named Erin. Regrettably, my interaction with her left much to be desired. She displayed a lack of politeness and at times came across as rude and sarcastic. It made me feel uncomfortable during my visit, which is not what one expects when seeking relaxation and pampering. I would like to stress that this experience with Erin does not reflect the entire nail shop. The other staff members were courteous and professional, which contributed to the generally positive atmosphere. Nail Labo itself has great potential to be a standout nail shop in terms of both ambiance and services. To the owners of Nail Labo, I kindly urge you to address the issue with Erin's customer service. By fostering a culture of respect and excellent customer care, Nail Labo can ensure that each guest has a consistently pleasant experience. This improvement would undoubtedly contribute to the shop's overall reputation. As a potential customer, please keep in mind that my review is based on a single visit, and experiences may vary. Despite the shortcomings, Nail Labo still has qualities that make it worth considering for your nail care needs. read more

Very good service! I don't know why they got 1 star, clean and professional! I live in Monterey park, my new salon gonna open, I don't want to use cheap gel, so I searched a lot, I come here and buy 193 colors for my new salon, in the beginning I just worried the gel will be fake or not, because some people sale Japanese product but they are not from Japan, when I been here I heard they speak Japanese, it let me feel safe to buy more! However, my recommendation is come on Friday will be cheaper . They have discount only on Friday! I don't know why, but just keep in mind!! Anyway. thank you for helping me to get good color!
