Stopped by the Cerritos Crocs to shop for my son's birthday and had a disappointing experience. We were not greeted, acknowledged, or thanked at any point -- even after making a purchase. I bought my crocs anyway despite being obviously dismissed. Meanwhile, the associate Ro was actively greeting and thanking other customers coming in and leaving, customers who weren't making purchases- thanked them as they left but continued to purposely ignore us verbally- but watched us closely walk out - all the way out of the store staring at us (after being the only people who even bought anything?) I enjoy Crocs as a brand, but this level of customer service was uncomfortable and unexpected. Just hoping for basic courtesy next time. read more

I'm not a big Crocs fan but my wife and son are so we come to this store every once in a while when we are in the mall. The selection is nice and if you know what you are looking for or are just browsing the store is not too bad. The downfall of this location is the customer service. Help is pretty much non existent and when you do ask questions or need help they seem bothered. It's like they just wanted to come to work to relax and talk. Hey I get it a mall job can be tough and you might hate it but you need to show at least some kind of enthusiasm. If you can avoid coming to this crocs store please do so!!!! The attitude from the Hispanic blonde haired girl is the worst.!!!!!!! Every other person in the store was super friendly but her. Came for an order pick up and proceeded with we didn't confirm the pick up with an attitude and I was confused since she started mentioning all these websites that I was so unsure of and I looked at her puzzled and she made me feel so condescending. Until she goes to the back and comes out to say well we don't have it. I took off no need for her attitude much less did she need my business. First time visiting the Croc store and was greeted with respect and excellent customer service by a young man named Dillon (I hope I spelled that correctly) and he immediately started looking for my size before I even entered the store! In addition, I was having trouble finding a size 10 and he actually found one of the last one's available right before I was about to walk out the store; took advantage of the sale and bought two pair (in my Nelly tone)! This store is closed. I went last week and even though the Crocs website lists it as one of its retail stores and shows it's hours, the store is closed. It looks like it's been abandoned. There is no merchandise inside and some random things on the floor. Yelp also shows it's open and shows it's currently open until 9pm, as does the mall directory website. My wife found what she wanted to get then came the manager pressing us on what else we should buy. When going to pay he rang us up and still try to process on us to buy other things it was to the point where I wanted to cancel the whole order and just go somewhere else I get you trying to make commission or bring up your numbers but man learn how to take no as an answer. read more

RUBY assisted me and trying to find me a pair of shoes I am an older gentleman who has plantar.fasciitis & flat.feet so finding the right sandal is not an easy task we couldn't find one that was comfortable enough but RUBY'S Professionalism and Patience and even going to the back to try to find me the right Croc was outstanding in every way not once did she look like she was wasting her time with me even though I didn't buy anything I will definitely recommend this place for their customer service and hopefully they ask for Ruby. Came in yesterday for the first time since they opened. I'm so happy they didn't remove it from the mall since we don't have another near by. Ended up buying two pairs for my kids with very cute jibbitz. Gave a 2 star because customer service was so bad and honestly I'm so sad about it. There was like 5 workers and none of them looked like they wanted to help out. I kept on walking around hoping one of them would offer to help but they didn't, when I finally asked for help the employee answered my one question while walking away . This store is a little piece of heaven for Crocs lovers. Big crocs, little crocs, sneaker crocs, high heel crocs and so much more! They even have crocs reminiscent of the jelly shoes I had when I was a kid! For those out there who picture the classic croc clogs as the only option, this store will surely open your eyes. A lot of the shoes don't "look like" crocs, including their own line of Converse look alikes. They even sell business style crocs. They have a lot of really cute crocs for the kids, and of course they sell jibbitz, the cute little pieces you can add to crocs for decoration. The employees were friendly and greeted us as we entered, offering assistance with sizing if needed. I'm sure I will be back to check out the new styles, but I think I'll stick to buying our crocs online, where the prices and discounts tend to be much better. Worst time I've EVER had in a shoe store! The upselling was horrendous and had me on the verge of tears from how stressful it was. I was even cheated out of $3 when the cashier asked if I wanted a bag for my purchase. Mind you, he did not say if it was a reusable bag or that it costed $3. I was expecting a plastic or paper bag for $0.25. Being pressured to say yes to a bag that I thought was paper, but actually wasn't and costed so much more I thought it would added to the overall headache and anxiety inducing experience of the workers being on my butt for adding croc accessories. It felt like I couldn't breathe. I've literally never been in a store before and felt like this or been treated like this. The guy at the register asked me if I wanted to donate to some charity and I said no and he said "okay I guess you don't care about the children" and idk if he was joking because he was kinda young but it was super awkward. Crocs Store at Cerritos's mall. Bought two pairs of sandals . I exchanged them for a bigger size. One of them was a different model and they are very wide . Came to the store and they gave me a 21 + in a gift card because I did not have the original receipt, but I had the exchange receipt Then I found the charge in my CC and I showed it to Mayra the assistant Manager (With an ugly attitude).and still she did not want to give me the same price I paId when I originally bought them. I ordered some crocs online but didn't love them, so I went in for an exchange. The store was busy, but they were well staffed to where a couple employees could stand and talk. When I went in to explain my situation, the staff were very unwelcoming and had terrible attitudes, and would not let me finish my sentences. I understood that it was busy, but Crocs is one of few businesses that over staff their stores, and the prices make up for it. I had the return slip with me, which I tried to explain, but again I was given no room to talk so the whole situation ended up lasting longer than it should have. In addition, it took three people to do my exchange because they kept assuming I had no receipt or return slip and had to get their shift supervisor to do the return. I just wanted to do an exchange. I hope this shop fixes their attitude problem. read more

Terrible service. All the girls Do is stand around and talk to each other! You have to go ask them for help. The store never has sizes or the girls are too lazy To go look! It's a waste of retail space in that mall; order your CROCS on Amazon save your gas time and unnecessary aggravation! I never thought that I would own Crocs in my life, ever! I used to make fun of people wearing them & considered them to be so hideous. But what happens when you talk s**t? You end up doing that thing you talked s**t about, and in my case, owning 5 pairs of Crocs & wanting more. About a year ago or so, I tried on my little cousins Classic white Crocs b/c she had them decorated so cute w/ a lot of Avengers Jibbitz so they caught my eye. Once I put them on, I could not believe how comfortable they were, they cradled my feet lovingly & my feet sent a message to my brain informing it that that's what they needed in their lives, they needed Crocs. In the next couple of weeks I bought the Classic white Crocs, women's Freesail black fur lined Crocs, & a couple of months ago I bought the black Crocband 90's clog b/c since I always wear heels when I'm not wearing Crocs, I wanted some height. I usually always wear the Freesail clogs tho since my feetsies like some warmth. The first time I wore them I just kept staring at my feet & wondering if anyone noticed how ugly my shoes were, but now I could give a f**k & I love them so much! read more

I love that they have so many variety of shoes and accessories, but I did not like the customer service. I went in to do a refund on a purchase I bought on-line. There was no one to help me refund my merchandise. After a couple of minutes of waiting a cashier associates by the name of Alondra was able to process my refund. Before refunding my merchandise. She didn't even acknowledge or asked if I needed help. Off to a bad start already. I asked her a simple question if they just stocked the buzz and woody crocs daily. She said no they've been there. I told her that I called yesterday to make sure if they had it in stock so I wouldn't have to purchase online again. She said oh they probably just restocked it today. She just contradicted herself. The associate name "May" assisted me with what I needed that wasn't on the shelves and offered other suggestions that I might be interested in with kindness and very friendly. Jesika helped me with an online purchased return and also offered me some suggestions with my returns, she was very knowledgeable about Crocs merchandise and Crocs return policy (very well versed). I was desperately looking for the new Hello Kitty Collab, as they have been sold out in my size everywhere. Michelle kindly approached us to help find a pair, but only had larger sizes. I gave in and bought the bigger size and Michelle sweetly let us know to call the next day to get updates in case I would like to return them for a better size. She asked politely to wait before wearing the shoes so I can trade them in. As we left the store and entered BoxLunch, Martina came into the store to let me know they found the last pair in my size in the back. We were so astonished of how sweet and caring they were. They did their best to give me an amazing experience and the best customer service. I would've never imagined someone tracking me down just so I can get the crocs I desperately wanted.
