It's always pleasant to come here when my kids need shoes. It's right in town, and they always have BOGO 50% off sale. Sometimes, in the clearance and last pairs rack, you can find decent shoes for a lot cheaper. My kids always find shoes they like. They get shoes for p.e. and for casual wear to school. Customer service at the worst. The price was wrong and they didn't want to honor the price stating that they were in the wrong place. I didn't want to argue just asked and they were quick to give attitude without a reason. All I did was ask if they could do anything. They looked pisses while checking us out like if we did something or they owned the place. Quick on a power trip for some reason. Also, no one was in the floor to help, only registers talking with each other and with no line. They certainly didn't like when I asked them a question like I'm stupid or something, I don't work there I shouldn't have to know what the codes are and a simple explanation would of been nice without the attitude. I bought 3 pairs of shoes online for work. They were lower heeled closed toe Marc Fisher and Bandolino; two great brands. They were super cute, but shorter than what I am used to, but I thought that I could make it work. Between that and the fact that they weren't that comfortable, I decided to return them, but I didn't want to go through the process of mailing them back. I went to my trusty Yelp app and saw that there were several in the area. I chose this location, since it was in the vicinity of where I needed to go. It was easy to find and I was ecstatic to see that the store was big, as I love shoes! There's plenty of parking and the store is located in a prime area surrounded by shops and restaurants and also across the street from the mall. Walking in, I was immediately greeted, which I liked. I walked straight to the shoes to see what kind I was interested in. Unfortunately, I have to wear closed toe shoes to work and almost all of my heels are peep toes. So needless to say, it was time to invest in new shoes. I had already bought some ballet flats from Target that I loved, but I also missed wearing heels, so I was determined to find something cute and comfortable. I was surprised to see that they not only had a good selection of shoes, but they also had plenty of small and large sizes. Today, they had a buy one get one 50% off sale. Definitely my kind of sale! I chose two pairs of heels, both of them higher than the ones that I was returning. I walk better in higher heels and they're more comfortable than the lower heel ones, which I also trip in...go figure! When I checked out, it was an easy return/exchange transaction. My receipts were inside my return boxes, so there were no problems. I also had no idea that I had already been gifted with a $15 off reward, either! So essentially, I paid about $12 for one of the pairs of shoes! Definitely join their rewards program! Because one pair was a five dollar difference in price not allowing you to buy a second pair at 50%. they lost 100% of the sale and 100% of a future customer. They advertised bogo- buy one get one free. Cool I was purchasing shoes for a community giveaway. I was going giveaway a couple of shoes but since it's bogo now I'll give away more. I Pick out the shoes and then the cashier tells me the ones I selected don't qualify. I said I selected in the section that says "BOGO". She's like it needs to say the red bogo sign. I said it does.......that's where I got them from. She's like well the register says it doesn't qualify soooooo........ So fine I just put them all back. I went in this morning looking for shoes. I'm greeted by a pleasant clerk who informs me of the current special. I look and spot the perfect shoes. As I'm looking, a clerk passes by me and says are you finding everything ok. I reply "Yes", select the box and putting trying them on. The shoes are super cute on! Disappointed with the customer service. Had a pair of booties to return. Got them as a gift... And I didn't have a receipt. The CSR, Hillary, tells me I can't exchange without a receipt... She tells me that I'll need to get a copy of the receipt online, if I can't find my hard copy.. Yata-yata-yata... I thought it was weird for a store that is so big to have such policy (I mean, for a little boutique is very common, but not a big shoe store) plus I was getting the same exact shoe, just a different size. I asked her if she was sure about that and she said yes. Well... I'm able to obtain the receipt and I go in two days later (Hillary was going to hold my shoes till today)... So I'm reading the back of the receipt and the receipt clearly says that I can exchange without a receipt!! Mind you, the CSR that assisted me today, Melissa, told me that it was true that they couldn't take an exchange without a receipt and that is how they've been trained. (She shared that she was fairly new). So then I ask to speak to the manager... And here comes Amanda... She heard me out and gave me an "I understand. I agree, they shouldn't put it on the receipt... Here's a card if you'd like to complain"... At this point I don't even know that I'm upset or just feel sorry for these sweet but useless store reps! It's ridiculous how clueless they are when it comes to customer service. How about a future discount for my time and gas!! Or just to show that you sincerely want to keep my business... Love this store! They have the very wide selection of shoes both for men and women. I went in to get some black sneakers for me and my daughter. The staff was super nice and they all had masks on. Amanda shared their special and she made herself available for any questions. My daughter found some cute sneakers and I found a pair of sneakers I loved however not in my size. I wear a 6.5 which is a popular size so I understood. I was bummed but Amanda offered to order them for me and I could pick up in store. I really loved them so I placed the order and within a couple days I was called and told they had arrived and I could come by and pick them up. They have great deals on shoes during the BOGO (buy one get one 50% off) special. The prices are a lot lower than department stores and other discounted shoe stores. They have plenty of selection on women's shoes from sandals to heels. They have plenty of sizes especially smaller sizes as those are difficult to find. I like that you can order on line and pick-up in stores so you can have it right away. The shoes are in great quality and they carry new styles as well. The brands they sell are well known and half the price compared to outlet stores. Many of the shoes are on sale and clearance prices. It is great that the clearance price also counts towards the BOGO special. When you sign up for the rewards program you get double the discounts and along with birthday offers. The store is organize: correct shoe size in the box, displays are in the right shoe category, and prices labeled correctly on the box. The clearance sticker is clearly marked on the box so you know exactly how much you are paying. The employees here are helpful they always help me check the prices and look for other stores if they have my size. If you do not see your size you can ask them to look for it in other stores, they never gave me an attitude when I ask them to do this favor. This service is especially helpful if you are looking for an older style shoe or last season and the mall does not carry it anymore - you might have better luck in this store. They also have a great selection of socks. They have fashion socks and socks specifically for winter boots that I have not seen in many stores. It was my first time shopping here today just days before Christmas as I needed a pair of waterproof shoes for my trip to New York next week. I came upon a pair of Rockport Ketson boots that were waterproof and had traction soles. Although this pair were not officially snow boots, the reviews on Amazon were great! It sold on Amazon for about $120-135, and I got them for $99. Then I saw a sign underneath that said Buy One Get One "FREE"... (Normally it's half off the 2nd pair, but certain boots were BOGO FREE this week). What a deal!!! They have a nice selection but some nice pairs had limited sizes. The good thing is that they can also order shoes for you if they don't have it in the store! They had a pair of mid-top brown leather Chuck Taylor's that was so nice. Too bad it was out of my budget. I bought a pair of shoes on the 10th for my work and the box said slip resistant, but when i wore them to work I slipped all around the shop. Went to the store trying to return them. They would not take them back with the box... like they don't have a bunch of boxes laying around the back of the wear-house... this is ridiculous so now I am stuck with a pair of 80.00 work shoes that I cant wear and they would do nothing to help me at all.
