Unfortunately, I didnt know that if I used my PayPal account, there is no way to pull up my order unless I had the actual order number. I went to another Nordstrom Rack and I was simply told I couldnt return them because there is no proof of purchase. Enter Kamila who saved the day! She called their service line and was able to pull up my order. She made the return so easy! I'm glad I went to this location! Thank you Kamila! I'm not so happy with the Cerritos Nordstrom Rack. In the past few years, it has been overrun by shoplifters. They literally calculate the amount they're stealing in the store to make sure it's under $950. Then they bust out running while the security tags sound the alarms. Besides that, they have a great selection of clothes and the service is above average. However, I no longer see a value in going to this particular location of Nordstrom Rack, a valueless location due to theft. read more

They have a wide selection of clothes, though the day I went, they were pretty low on dresses. I even went across the street to Nordstrom at the mall, and the sales associates there also said they visited Nordstrom Rack and that it looked pretty low on dress selection. They did have plenty of other items, though, so if you were on the hunt for jeans or other clothing, there was a lot to choose from. The prices are definitely a lot higher than at TJ Maxx or Burlington, but I'd say the quality of most items is better and makes up for the higher price. I also thought the customer service was actually pretty good, since they were super helpful when I had my strange questions, maybe because it wasn't particularly busy. read more

I have made it officially known that I will never enter the Cerritos Nordstrom Rack. I let it go on a previous visit when the store was a mess and the selection limited because it was a weekend. However, on a Tuesday I walked into the same mess. I went to the dressing room to try something on and the employee was having a conversation with a customer. She walked away and never acknowledged that I was standing there. When I walked to the dressing room on my own, she finally said I'll help you in a moment and she still didn't walk my way. It put me in a bad mood and I decided to not purchase anything from this location. While waiting for my daughter I was then followed by security. Rude employees and a store with a negative vibe. Seriously, this location is not worth my time. I'll stick to the LBX location. read more

This Nitdstrom Rack is huge! Lots of selections to choose from. Some of the prices are still high compares to Ross, TJMaxx, Burlington, Marshall, etc. It wad 125th Anniversary sale, so when you purchase anything over $125, you get a $25 off if you are a Nordy's member. read more

Clean store that is fairly organized. Lots of parking available but can get packed during peak dinner time since the parking lot is shared with other businesses. This store has a good variety of sizes and options for everyone. The only downside is the service, which could be much better. There's never anyone available when you need to access an item that's locked up - the last time I came to this location we had to go up to the registers twice and ask for assistance and didn't get any help for 30+ minutes. We almost left but needed to get that locked up item since it was the last one available. Staff could be friendlier as well. read more

This Nordstroms Rack is hidden among commercial buildings and is not in a mall or even a strip mall, so it's hard to find. Parking is limited and trash around everywhere in the parking lot. For a Nordstroms Rack, it seemed rather small and not very busy. The reason I drove way out of my way is that an online order could not be shipped and only found at this store. I called for an item check and spoke with a RUDE employee by name of Roxy. I asked if she could do an item check she informed me the system had 1. I said can you check the floor ? No I cannot because we cant. I informed her another location did and advised me to call before I drive. Roxy reiterated her dry response as if I was bothering her. Before I could ask for her name for being so bothered she quickly stated let me get someone from management and transferred me to a manager. I spoke to the dry manger name Agustina or something with a "A"Who repeated the same thing. I called another store prior who informed me to call them to check before I drove to the location. I have no problem with the policy it was HOW these two went about the cactus dry explanation and tone that I was annoying Roxy and her manger could care less! I usually don't write reviews, but after seeing others say the same thing, I feel like I have to. There's this middle-aged white guy who works here and always seems to be lingering around the girls' section. It's seriously creepy--he stares in a way that makes you feel super uncomfortable. And it's not just him. His coworker also acts weird, like they're both watching you the whole time. What really pushed it over the line for me was when they literally followed me outside the store like I had stolen something. I hadn't done anything wrong, but they chased me down and treated me like a criminal. It was honestly traumatizing, and I left shaking. This kind of behavior is not okay, and from what I've read, it's clearly not a one-time thing. If you're a woman or a young girl, I'd think twice before going here. I won't ever be back. read more

I am not even a big fan of this mall location, but since it is still one of the closest ones near me, when you are trying to get last minute stuff, it makes it more convenient to shop. I'm not sure why I never thought to shop at a Nordstrom Rack for clothes. I always went to Express or Nordstrom but the selection here is more my style. Anyway that's not what this review is about... I went on 7/29 around 8PM and Blair was who rang me up at the register. Lots of clothing, shoes, purses, etc. for women but the men's selection is sad. This is definitely the tidiest Rack I've ever been in; Marie Kondo would be impressed. The atmosphere is less frantic than other locations too. I went to look at what they had for men's shoes and was disappointed to see a limited selection and what they did have were embarrassing. One employee looking mad at me because she has to work, her working and getting pay have nothing to do with me. It all started with a simple search for the perfect sports coat for Mother's Day. I searched my usual stores including one of my go to spot Nordstrom Rack. I usually find what I'm looking for there, in this case they had my sports coat but did not have my size 40R. So, I went to my trusted app where they had my size and even another sports coat I purchased together. It was May 5th around 8:00 in the morning I ordered both sports coats, but the delivery date was May 15th - 17th after Mother's Day. It was a good deal, so I purchased(order#424249316) and waited for the delivery email communication. Mother's Day came and went and on Monday May 15th I went to the store to see if my order was ready. Once at the store the employee advised me that she could not find my order and it was not there. I checked the app while in the store and it said arriving between May 15th - 17Th. The employee said to wait for the ready to pick-up email with the barcode before returning to the store. It's May 17th and the app said preparing for pick-up, I called the store and the employee said he could not find my order and it sometime can take a day or two before it arrives at the store. Today is May 18th and 13 days has passed with no sight of my order, I called customer service where she had the store check for my order when she returned to the call, I was advised that my order was delivered to the store on May 9th four days after I placed it. So not only did my order arrive four days later in time for Mother's Day it sat there with no notification for 13 days. At this point my frustration was at its wits end. She advised me that one of the sports coats may have been lost in transit and to go to the store to pick-up the one jacket that arrived on the 9th, which I was not advised via the traditional email or via the app. Right after the call amazing I received an email stating that one of my sports coats is ready for pick-up and the other was returned for a refund. A sports coat that I never received, which made it look like I returned it. I got to the store where I asked to speak with the manager and explained to both the floor and store manager what had happened and why there was a disconnect with this communication. They both just said "I'm sorry and we have been having several issues with online orders and with the 3rd party delivery company..." as a customer dealing with Nordstrom any service failure whether it's not Nordstrom's fault or not for them to blame the 3rd party is unacceptable. When there is a service failure I the customer only see the face of NORDSTROM not even NORDSTROM RACK, I don't see the 3rd party. Nordstrom needs to train and give their customer service agents along with store managers more tools to resolve horrific situations like this. So, on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highly likely how likely do you think I will refer or do business with NORDSTROM or NORDSTROM RACK in the future? read more

I received a gift card and had to walk around the store for over an hour trying to find multiple items that I could buy with the $25.00 gift card and it was nearly impossible.
