I never leave Yelp reviews, but I had such a negative experience I wanted to prevent other brides from shopping here. I came to Frontier multiple times to see fabric and dupatta samples to ensure my two tone dress was the right color. When I was trying styles on, the employees kept making comments about my weight and how this would be flattering to slim me down? The fabric swatches sent to the store from India also showed the hideous bubblegum, so I did my best to course correct with the thread shown (albeit it's a bit darker than the original vision). When my dress finally arrived a mere week before the wedding, the color was all wrong: they gave me bubblegum pink instead of dusty rose/mauve so my dress didn't match my fiancé's shelwar. The owner berated me, yelling "MIA this is dusty rose." GUYS there is nothing dusty about the pink they gave me She gaslit me and told me that it's the exact color I wanted and made me very uncomfortable. When I asked to see the original swatch book, she claimed she had sent it to India and doesn't have it. She never apologized, and tried to convince me that this extremely bright pink is what I ordered. Then, as I waited for my fiancé to come help me carry my heavy outfit to the car, multiple members of the store tried to kick me out because it was 10 minutes past closing, even though there were other customers still wrapping up as well. This was a very degrading experience. I'd like to know not that I was calm and polite throughout all my visits here. This place is an absolute scam. I spent over 5k on my outfit. They charged me 1.4k for a VEIL and tried to charge me $295 for a matching potli. My fiancé had to last minute buy a new sherwani just to match. I recommend going to Loubna's down the street. She has great prices, can do any style you want, can get it shipped quickly, and got the color perfectly right. read more

My experience with Shivani was great! The minute I walked into the store, she was so welcoming and helped me try on wedding lehenga's that fit with my vision. There were two lehenga's that I really liked and when I asked Shivani if I can take the color and the top style of one to the design of the other, she said they can definitely do that! I honestly came into the store not expecting to fall in love. Everyone was super communicative about my outfit and before making it, they sent me a design to confirm it was what I was envisioning. Shivani took all my measurements and about 6 months later, the dress was ready and to say I LOVED it is an understatement. I have been a customer with Frontier for years and recently got engaged. With my wedding being six weeks out, we walked into frontier with no expectations and boy, was I blown away!! Pankti (auntie) took care of us right away. I had no idea what I wanted, so I browsed the floor and she showed me a handful of options based off what I was leaning towards. The very first dress I tried on ended up being the winner!! I need major alternations and she recommended getting the exact dress custom made. With the wedding being six weeks away, I was really nervous but went ahead with this option because I got to change the dupatta to exactly what I wanted. They gave me a four week delivery timeframe and the dress arrived in TWO AND A HALF WEEKS! Amaziiiiing! I also am so so so impressed with the measurements and attention to detail. DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE. These people are crooks. They don't care about the quality of their work or delivering on their promises. Once you pay, you're screwed. They will be absolutely useless from there. I went to this store with my fiance on May 9 to buy outfits for our engagement party on August 17. We were shown multiple dresses and Saurabh told that I can get a dress custom made in the color of my choice. When I opted for blue, they showed my fiance a suit in blue, so we agreed. We paid in full, being promised it would all be done by July 22. In mid June, I messaged Saurabh to check in on the outfit. He told me it would be ready "in early September." I clarified the date and they ensured me it would be ready at the end of July. Saurabh then messaged me July 22 to say that the dress was made in grey, not blue. When I was upset, he said "we never make couples match." I was infuriated - we were shown a blue suit solely so that we can match. He then finally agreed that it was their mistake and that they'd fix it. On July 26, Neeta (the owner) told me she couldn't make the dress AT ALL. She FaceTimed me and showed me the only blue they had. It wasn't my style but I still said yes so I can have A dress for my engagement party. She promised it would be ready and perfect. On August 9th, the dress was WAY too big despite my measurements being taken on May 9. They ensured they'd fix it and took my measurements again. On August 11, it got delivered to my home, again WAY TOO BIG and impossible to wear. It looked like no changes were made at all. They dodged calls and made a fool of me for months. This is the most disappointing experience of my life, being promised 10 times that they'd make me look beautiful, yet they let me down over and over AND OVER again despite me giving them multiple chances. No other bride would be as accommodating as I have been and these people deserve NONE of my patience or respect. Go anywhere else. These people will make your experience miserable the minute that you pay them. And for the record, they are incredibly expensive for their mediocre quality and poor customer service read more
