It wasn't really helping much so today I decided to slip in my original souls in and noticed the imprint of these orange soles cutting through the back edge original rubber midsoul, not sure what the long-term effect would be but does not look good and wearing out my boots way sooner if I didn't remove them today. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Juan went ABOVE and BEYOND for my babe! He offered so many different styles and pulled several from the back and was very patient. Juan suggested shoes that were light weight and supporting, and even hooked him up with some insoles to keep him comfortable! I definitely recommend! I was searching around for a place to get comfortable work boots as I was doing an event to raise money for kids school and working in concessions stands all day. Right as I walked in, I was greeted by Juan. I relayed I wanted comfortable work boots over protection. He immediately referred a few pairs that met my requirements, he didn't try to push more expensive pairs even though I personally wanted to try on the steel toe versions. He was patient and allowed me to get several pairs to try on. I wanted a very soft insole insert and he allowed me to try on multiple pairs with the insert. I ultimately went with a higher level pair, the Dewalt brand as it had steel toe and I figured I might as well since I was already spending the money to get quality work boots. After I paid, He was nice enough to measure the insole insert and cut it to size for me. I even tried it on again and he trimmed it a bit more to my liking. Overall, I would say this is one of the BEST shoe experiences I have had. Very nice customer service by Juan. Even though they were not busy, I have been to other places where they bring out the shoes and you are on your own after that. Boot World on delamo and bellflower Blvd. so I came in around 640 ish. The store closes at 7pm. My feet was hurting super bad. The sales girls Dianna and Jazmine was very patient in helping me out. I recommend if you need boot to stop here and get your boots. There prices was pretty normal but the service was outstanding. I needed inserts for my boots so they should be more comfortable and bearable to wear. Since I am on my feet 10 plus hours a day 6 days a week. Thank you Dianna and Jazmine for all your help. I have been wearing a pair of steel toed shoes that I purchased at Walmart for $29.99 to work for the past year and half. They keep me safe. However, they are one set of ugly mugs to tell you the truth. *L* I have been driving by KM Shoes store since last year. I have been meaning to stop by and check their selection out. So, this past week I finally took a left into the plaza from Firestone and tried some shoes. This is a fairly small store with probably 200 shoes on display. However, they have slip resistant and steel toed work boots in all sizes and a variety of different brands. Employee helped me with the process and had a few tips about the shoes. Came here for work shoes for my son. Great service with plenty of stock. I will say the price points are a bit high but then again, I'm not that well versed on what they should be so maybe I should shut up LOL. The boy scored some really good work shoes from the clearance rack. They were marked $20 but when we checked out, they were only $10. Awesome! They were super nice and I now have a place to send the husband for his work shoes. The store is close to home and on the less busy side of the shopping plaza. Staff is absolutely incompetent, poor selection, then when you finally find something you like; the staff makes zero effort to accommodate to the customer! For example, wider size, different color or possible heel options, for same shoe; no sincere work effort to help the customer make the best purchase for their needs! I guess that is asking way to much at this store. The time I was there, I saw three people walk-in and leave, w/out making a purchase for the exact same reasons! They don't initiate solution for the customer, doing the minimum is literally going out of their way! Horrible with company contract processing, and their ability to use their own systems effectively. If you want to wait up to an hour, settle and be subject to their incompetence/complete lack of customer service; then be my guest. read more

WHAT A PLACE!!! I like this store because it's concentration is in occupational shoes and boots. They have some of the ol' favorites and classics. Great selection and the prices are VERY competitive with the "other guys". Jessica answered the phone yesterday and gave me EXCEPTIONAL customer service and went out of her way to physically look and make sure they had the boot that was showcased online. BUT WAIT...THERE'S MORE!!..Ruben is so knowledgeable about the boots/shoes there, he was able to get me into a better pair that were even cheaper then the ones I initially chose.
