Very disappointed in this since DSW is one of the few places you can get White Whitfield. I really hope that the staff here makes it easier for shoppers to find what they're looking for without having to waste all the time to find out ourselves if they have wide width or not.

After being ignored, I honestly felt uncomfortable asking anyone for help because it seemed like we would just get a bad attitude. The only pleasant employee in the store was a young lady in the boots section with light brown/reddish hair. She was friendly, cheerful, and actually asked if we needed assistance. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff made the experience so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. He was knowledgeable, informed me about 'shoe of the week' and other details about Hibbett that will encourage me to shop there again. I'm partial to Downey because of Ari, he's the gold standard! Have purchased quite a few pairs of shoes online, have had to return a pair or two at the store. The customer service is great at this place. They greet you as soon as you enter the shop. Sometimes I can't hear them so won't say anything back to them so hopefully they won't take it the wrong way. The value is just like any other shoe retail store, haven't had the time to show up in the morning to a shoe drop. But with the big drops they're usually sold out. I do hope they don't let customers grab more than one pair or give resellers chances at buying a shoe before hand. Really glad there's a Hibbett close to my place, can't wait to stop by a Saturday morning for a sneaker drop.

While trying to pick up my online order, the employee assisting me allowed another employee to take over the same computer so they could process an employee discount for a friend. My transaction was interrupted, my order was passed between employees, and at one point they could not locate my online order. After being patient for quite some time, I finally expressed my frustration and explained that I felt ignored and discriminated against based on the way I was being treated. Unfortunately, when I brought my concerns to the manager, Ashley, I did not feel they were taken seriously. She appeared to dismiss my complaint and returned to laughing and having personal conversations with the staff. As a customer, I felt completely ignored, disrespected, and as though my time did not matter. I understand stores can get busy, but basic acknowledgment, professionalism, and respect should still be expected. I'm sharing this review because I hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service and professionalism at this location ,please review the camera footage . No customer should have to wait that long while watching employees socialize and feel as though their concerns are being laughed off or dismissed.
