So I came in today to Shoe City to buy some Van's. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in we we're greeted with a "Welcome" with made me feel acknowledged. Ali then asked "if we needed any help" and came over and helped me get my size, since they were at the very bottom. After finding my size, I paid and Ali welcomed me to spin the wheel. It landed on "FREE SHOES", I was able to pick any shoes within the same price range. Ali was super nice about it, my whole experience here was great! Definitely coming back and buying more shoes.

Bought a pair of bear paw boots about a week ago and they ripped from one of the seams. Only used twice. Waste of money . Low quality shoes.

The most horrible screen printing company I have ever done business with in my entire life. Instead…read moreof addressing the issues and how they damage hundreds of dollars worth of my hoodies with their careless employees, they ask yelp to remove my review. So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

Great job with my patches. Wish they did a discount for schools. But still great work.read more

Sky Sportswear did the job for 1/2 the price and twice as fast as our local West La embroidery shop. Even shipped the order next day once completed! Hello, My name is…read moreEddie Hernandez Jr., and I stopped by your location today from Pico Rivera hoping to get guidance on bringing a design idea to life. I want to be honest about my experience--not out of anger, but out of frustration and a desire to be understood. I came in explaining that I'm new to this process. I don't have technical knowledge, I don't know formats, and I'm still learning. What I do have is an idea and the drive to turn it into something real. When I was turned away because I didn't have my design in the correct format, it felt discouraging--especially after I had already explained that I'm starting from scratch and was looking for help, not just a service. I'm not expecting everything to be done for me, but I was hoping for some level of guidance or direction--something that could help someone like me take the next step forward instead of feeling shut out. This isn't just about today--it's something I've experienced often: being judged or overlooked before I even get the chance to grow or learn. I'm working hard to break that cycle. If your business offers any type of beginner guidance, design assistance, or even a direction I could take to come back better prepared, I would genuinely appreciate it. Thank you for your time, and I hope there's an opportunity to approach this again in a better way. Sincerely, Eddie Hernandez Jr.
