I was busy the week of 12/3 so I reach out on 12/8 to see if I can pick them up and he tells me they still aren't ready because his cobbler has been busy. I ask him to please have them ready by 12/12 and when I pick them up today they aren't exactly what I asked for. I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I also asked him to sole the entire heel and he didn't even touch it. The heels are the exact same as when I dropped them off. So I waited almost a month to not even get what I paid for.

The lady at the detailing shop said that I had discolored it and offered to sell me spray paint. Thinking spray painting would be too messy, I looked online to see about buying some leather coloring tool kits, but just had a bad feeling that the color would not match up and I would not be able to do a good job. Luckily, I was able to find Lee. He was prompt in his reply and quoted me right away from the picture I sent. I had sent the same picture to another company and the person responded that he needed a bigger picture and I just knew he was going to give an unreasonable quote. Lee is a very busy man and we set an appointment for three weeks later. He showed up and looked at my dashboard and knew right away it did not need to be colored, but just cleaned with some soap and water. He gave me a reasonable price for just making the trip and I just know that he is a man of integrity. I am sure he could have told me it needed to be colored. I will make sure to go to Lee again in the future.

The mother asked me to come back the following Wednesday 9/30 bc the son was sick and they would make sure he was going to take care of it. Came back Wednesday 9/30, it's still untouched (1.5 weeks later after dropping off on 9/21 noon)!!! The dad was furious and I said yes it's not only untouched and there were marks everywhere on the purse that's not there when I first came in; he helped me clean it and gave me some money back. And I felt bad for them so didn't ask for the full refund (if the son asked to pay by cash or on any app, don't! Credit card might be the safest bet especially for someone being dishonest about their services) due to their son could not perform. If you need anything done, try to avoid coming here Monday. Sorry, the son has ruined my first experience and the parents' reputation. First, no communication about being delay (no phone call nothing!) Second, purse was sitting there for 1.5 weeks untouched and charged me already. Third, I didn't ask for a full refund bc I felt bad for his parents, so I let them have my money for the marks that they left on my purse and baby sit my purse for the past 1.5 weeks.
