When I got to the cashier, Jaylene asked what I needed help with, and I explained the situation. She told me I could not receive a gift card and that the only option was a return, which would send the money back to the original purchaser. Another employee, who was helping a different customer, stepped in and correctly explained that I was able to receive a gift card since I had the gift receipt. Despite this, Jaylene said no and insisted it wasn't possible. She was very rude throughout the interaction and spoke as if she knew more than everyone else, even though she was incorrect about a basic store policy. She eventually did process the gift card. I want to thank the other employee who actually knew the policy and helped fix the situation. Customer service like this made a simple exchange annoying to go through.

My volume was all the way up and we were both getting frustrated because we couldn't hear eachother as i was showing him the shoe options. I honestly didn't even want to buy any shoes the lady was giving attitude and a hard time almost like she didn't even want me to buy anything seriously not exaggerating at all. at the register i couldn't hear what she was saying over the loud music and she spoke up but with MAJOR tone and even gave a little face attitude.... I wanted to get shoes for myself too but hell no i didn't wanna go through that i felt so un welcomed shes lucky it was an emergency gift if not i would've simply said yk what ? bi'm good and walked away i wish i got her name but it was a short girl w a slick back pony tail. Great music selection! 2 ladies @ the store were help. Items are definitely overpriced but they cute so you gotta bite the bullet.
