I don't ever write reviews but what happened today didn't sit right with me. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes I received as a gift and wanted the exchange put onto a gift card. When I got to the cashier, Jaylene asked what I needed help with, and I explained the situation. She told me I could not receive a gift card and that the only option was a return, which would send the money back to the original purchaser. Another employee, who was helping a different customer, stepped in and correctly explained that I was able to receive a gift card since I had the gift receipt. Despite this, Jaylene said no and insisted it wasn't possible. She was very rude throughout the interaction and spoke as if she knew more than everyone else, even though she was incorrect about a basic store policy. She eventually did process the gift card. I want to thank the other employee who actually knew the policy and helped fix the situation. Customer service like this made a simple exchange annoying to go through. read more

It's a big store to not have much of anything . It's a lot of staff but not one is really helping . Wasted my time telling me they checked for a shoe at the Crenshaw mall when it was actually at the Crenshaw plaza which isn't the same thing read more

So I bought these sweats for my son for his birthday, I give it to him. He likes the sweats, but when he tried them on they were too tight. He has big thighs. When I go to return the sweats and also look for something that was bigger in the legs ti which I could not find, I had to just return and get my money back. Cashier found a pin size stain on the inside of the sweats after dropping them on the floor and accused me of the stain and would not return. After a lengthy debate she returned it. Do not shop here they are unethical. read more

This store deals in bad faith. They know they don't have enough stock but still make people wait in the cold for new releases.

I mean they have a good selection but shopping here is suffocating. There's a bunch of employees on the floor which is convenient but they're constantly in your face. read more

Love this location tucked next to a busy mall right across the street. Customer service is very good. Employees are very attentive and eager to help. The variety of shoes for the entire family is on point. My teens love going to this location because they offer the latest shoes. read more

Only giving 2 stars bc the associate who helped me out was very sweet. The manager at this location is very sad & unhelpful, I forgot to get her name but she's a big women with insanely boxed sharpy eyebrows. I was going to spend over $500 at this location when I asked the associate if she can ask the manager for a discount on the last pair of shoes they had in stock I wanted that had an issue with manufacture.. the fact she was not only rude she didn't even acknowledge the question, the associate had to correct her on the issue. I thanked the associate for her help, but left & went to the mall across the street where I actually found the shoes at a discounted price!! Who hires these ladies? read more

This location was pretty clean and had quite a large selection of shoes. I came in looking for some Nike Air Max's and found just the pair. This is one of the largest footlockers around. They always are professional. Their staff is kind and courteous. They for the most part have well stock items parking is easy and the prices are reasonable. They have a wide variety of all the sneakers available. read more

Close to closing time I already knew what I wanted but the person to help me out was beyond outstanding and with such great effort perfect attitude and perfect service sole reason why I'm leaving the survey I bought 2 pairs she brought me 3 to try on Even gave me tip on what shoes to get larger or smaller size Overall people that do their job this way should be rewarded and I'm sure that girl will go very far in life The whole staff nothing short of extraordinary everyone asking to see if assistance was needed and I don't doubt they will also give that same service Cashier dude was courteous and suggestive on survey and things like that, great! Deisy the manager. Need to train her staff. I went to exchange a shoe for a half size bigger. They told me no problem so the next day I came back to exchange it. Then they don't have the shoe size or able to order it. I was informed I can exchange it for any other model. So I went to get it drove all the way there for them to tell me I was miss informed. Bad customer service go to another shoe place instead. Wasted my time here. FYI didn't have receipt I told them all of this info the day before and said it was no problem. So train the staff better to not give correct info and if they make a mistake and have a manager that makes exception since I pointed out the employees that gave me the info. read more

One thing I hate is being on a mailing list. You have no choice when buying something here. Phone number and email is the first thing they ask you for. They do not give paper receipts, will only email them. read more

Went to this place a couple of weeks back and had the worst service from Mat he was short with a mushroom haircut. Not only did i have to interrupt him talking to another co worker about how he didn't want to be there and how he didn't like any of his other co workers, but he was rude and not helpful. I asked about a shoe he said what they had out was all they had didn't offer any other help. If you dont like your job go to school dont take it out on the customer because you dont like it there. I know its hard to find people to work these days but do better footlocker. read more
