She didn't ask if I had received only nine pairs or offer any suggestions. Instead, she counted the socks several times and looked at me and told me there were only nine pairs and that I couldn't make a return. At that moment, with my child beside me, I felt like a thief. It was a terrible feeling. I tried to remain smile and friendly because I was with my child. I just want to ask, if I truly received only nine pairs, can I return them? I don't have a factory, I can't make one more pair for your company. Thank God, she later found the missing pair nearby. It was her carelessness that caused the issue. I never doubt the items I received and never checked the number. Also, I always maintain my honesty when I want to make a return. I appreciate that later, while I was shopping, she provided me with a shopping basket, assisted me at checkout. However, regarding what happened earlier, I still feel awful.

I have always wanted…read moreto visit this store because it just peaked my interest but have only visited Old Town Pasadena at night, after they were closed. But this past Sunday, my husband, our little girl dog and I finally got a chance to visit since we were visiting Old Town Pasadena during the afternoon. When we walked in, we were greeted by an employee behind the register at the back of the store. This store is very cute and really would be a little girl's dream because of all the unicorns, pink, glitter and sparkle. I ended up purchasing a mermaid coloring book for my nieces to add to their Christmas gifts that I have for them, but not sure if they are even into mermaids (and my husband doesn't seem to know either if they are or if they are into unicorns. These little girls change their interests so often it is hard to keep up). But I'd love to take them to this store and see if they would want anything (and knowing me, I would most likely let them each pick out one item and I would purchase it for them). Overall, I really enjoyed my shopping visit and would come back for gifts in the future (maybe could also find a fun white elephant gift or a secret santa gift in here too).

I drop off my bin of clothes and get a status text update of my place in the queue. They are pretty quick about an hour or hour and half until I am ready for pick up. I have no issues whatsoever and the staff pick several clothing pieces they will take. It's a win win for everyone and I walk away with extra cash in my pocket.
