I've been coming here for a couple of years now. Recently, I came here and the guest service was on point. It wasn't until I got to the checkout counter that things just became very annoying. I selected a couple of tees for my daughter and niece. My intentions were to pay together and get two separate shopping bags for my daughter and niece. The cashier tells me," I'm sorry but unfortunately we didn't order enough bags to give you two." Really? I responded," That's poor management on behalf of your store. What are guests supposed to do if you run out of bags?" No response. I requested to have my daughter's and niece's items rang separately to obtain two separate bags. After ringing the second purchase she still asks me the stupidest question," Do you mind if I bag everything inside of one bag?" I replied," Of course. I need two bags. I paid separately. Give me two bags." Having worked retail before. I understand the policies regarding not giving people empty shopping bags without purchases. There's a belief that giving them an empty shopping bag will allow them to shoplift. In my case. It was just stupid. Still give them four stars for service, selection and value for my money.

Basically it's like a Abercrombie & Fitch store for smaller people. Sometimes, just SOMETIMES if your an adult you can possibly squeeze into a kids XL, or like I've seen some women do, they wear the boys clothes... Sometimes it gets a little crazy in here, with all the clearance stuff thrown on the floor, and littering the third room. But that only happens when the store in a hyper active mode. This store has horrible customer service.. I had an encounter with an extremely rude employee who…read moreinserted herself into my conversation which she was not a part of! I was talking to my kid about a sale that was going and was saying that I was confused about which items were included in the sale and she very rudely said, "there's a sign on the table"... I mean very very rude, rolling her eyes, sarcastic... even said "well that's not my problem, I just work here" when I said I wasn't sure which items were included in the sale cause the sign didn't specify... as I kindly asked another employee if she can specify.. again, no one was asking her, yet she decided to rudely insert herself into the conversation.. when I let her know that there was no need to be rude she just snapped at me then proceeded to laugh at us with another employee (a male).. Her behavior even seemed to make the employee helping me uncomfortable (as that individual was being totally professional).. These employees had no name tags on so there was no way of knowing who she was.. but she had on a midriff exposing top, tattoos on her hips/waist and arms .. a butterfly and clock tattoo.. even my kid said "whoah she was so rude! Why was she acting like that toward us?!" And we are the calmest people.. it was so odd, so unprofessional and uncalled for and I don't know why they have employees working at the store who are so immature and disrespectful to paying customers and don't know how interact appropriately with guests. I will not return my business to that store until they hire employees who interact appropriately and respectfully with people. There wasn't even a manager in sight so who knows who is supervising these employees! Horrible!

They have the tax on the price on each line. She said "Not really." with a smarty tone when I commented it was confusing. Plus only one sales clerk for a long line and no printed receipt. Get more support and ones that respect the ones that provide for their paychecks. I'll NEVER go to the Cerritos Zara again. Though most Zara's have only one checker.
